Quality of complementary feeding practices is an effort to overcome stunting. Giving a poor quality complementary feeding ptactices, have a bad effect on child‟s health and growth. Minimum Acceptable Diet (MAD) is one of the indicators of complementary feeding assessment. This study was to represent the relationship between complementary feeding practices with stunting using MAD requirements. Qualitative research is conduct with case studies, data collection by in-depth interviews, and observations. Six mothers are the main respondent. The study was conducted in 4 Central Jakarta Sub-districts in February-March 2020. The results of the study are complementary feeding practices with poor quality. Maternal knowledge related to complementary feeding practices is quite, there is no belief in taboo, most of the mother buy complementary feeding. The basic references are mother and children healthcare handbook. From the results, there are no obstacles to get the food; the husband's income does not an resistance in buying complementary feeding. The conclusion of this study complementary feeding practices with poor quality.
This research is about the correlation maternal characteristics (educational level,level of knowledge, employment status, family income, the weight gain duringpregnancy), infant characteristics (gender and birth weight), feeding practices(breastfeeding practices and complementary feeding) with nutritional status ofinfants aged 6 until 11 months in Jatinegara, Cakung Subdistrict, in 2012. Thedesign of this research is cross sectional. The sampel of this research is 77 infantsaged 6 until 11 months. The independent variabels are maternity education,maternity knowledge of nutrition, the family income, and the practice ofbreastfeeding. Based on the result of this research improving the activities aboutmaternity knowledge of nutrition by attending illuminations at Posyanduespecially related to exclusive breastfeeding and improving the control ofsocialization related to exclusive breastfeeding.Keywords: Infant nutritional status, feeding practices, breastfeeding,complementary feeding

This thesis aims to evaluate complementary feeding program implementation for Children 6-24 Months from Poor Families in Ciamis Regency 2013. This research is qualitative research and use purposive sampling as sampling technique of informan. The result shows that scope of program is not reach the target. Inputs that used as program resources can be concluded the the quantity and quality of human resources in accordance with the supposed. Nutrients contained in compelementary feeding is not in accordance with the needs of the target. The amount provided in accordance with the plan. Implementation guidelines are not yet available. Overall, the logistics management prosess has been going well. But the prosess of recording and reporting, also monitoring programs need to be improved. Recommendations for solving the probels is to maximize the performance of nutrition program in Dinas Kesehatan Ciamis Regency, supervising the target in posyandu everyweek, reviewing of relevant indicators used, and cooperation with domestic food isdustry in Ciamis.
