Abstrak:
Penelitian ini melakukan investigasi terhadap faktor-faktor ergonomi yang berhubungan dengan Indoor Health and Comfort/IHC (dengan indikator keluhan gejala SBS dan kenyamanan kerja) dan keluhan MSS yang dialami oleh pegawai fungsional dan staf di Kantor X. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor X dengan objek penelitian yaitu pegawai fungsional dan staf yang bekerja menggunakan komputer/laptop dan berada di ruangan staf bertipe cubicle (ruangan A, B, C, D, dan E). Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pengamatan, wawancara, pengukuran kualitas lingkungan kerja di dalam ruangan serta pengisian kuesioner kenyamanan kerja, keluhan gejala SBS dan keluhan MSS. 53,85% pegawai memiliki tingkat kenyamanan kerja tinggi dan 46,15% pegawai memiliki tingkat kenyamanan kerja rendah. 53,85% pegawai merasakan keluhan gejala SBS dengan keluhan paling banyak ditemui 33,85% mata lelah dan 33,85% lelah atau mengantuk. 78,57% pegawai mengalami keluhan MSS. Faktor-faktor ergonomi yang tidak sesuai dengan standar meliputi : dimensi kursi, dimensi meja, penggunaan perangkat komputer, postur kerja, dimensi ruangan, layout ruangan, warna ruangan, serta faktor lingkungan berupa kebisingan, pencahayaan, temperatur, kelembaban, karbondioksida, formaldehyde, dan VOCs. Ditemukan adanya hubungan signifikan antara faktor level aktivitas dengan kenyamanan kerja; serta faktor konsentrasi VOCs dengan keluhan gejala SBS. Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara faktor-faktor ergonomi yang diteliti dengan keluhan MSS.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai Musculoskeletal Symptoms (MSS) Perawat Triage Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) red zone, yellow zone, dan green zone. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan metode penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan melakukan pengambilan data secara langsung kepada Perawat Triage Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) red zone, yellow zone, dan green zone dengan melakukan penilaian postur tubuh menggunakan isian REBA dan untuk mengatahui Muskoloskeletal Symptom (MSS) menggunakan kuisioner Nordic Body Map (NPM). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian perawat green zone dengan postur tubuh yang memiliki risiko paling tinggi yaitu memasang infus pasien yang sedang duduk, perawat yellow zone pada aktifitas pemindahan pasien, dan Perawat red zone pada aktifitas pemindahan pasien. Penelitian kuisioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) menunjukkan bahwa 25 perawat (100%) yang bekerja di Instalasi Gawat Darurat semuanya mengalami keluhan pada sistem muskuloskeletal. Keluhan yang terjadi dalam 1 bulan terakhir rata-rata paling tinggi yaitu keluhan pada bagian tubuh pinggang, punggung, leher atas.

Abstrak:
PT X adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang ground handling penerbangan, yang memiliki karyawan office yang cukup sibuk. Banyak karyawan office berpostur janggal yang ditemukan ketika survei awalan. Kondisi ini meningkatkan risiko keluhan subjektif Musculoskelatal Symptoms (MSS) pada karyawan office PT X. Selain itu, belum pernah dilakukan analisis mengenai keluhan muskuloskeletal. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan studi cross sectional, yang bertujuan untuk mengalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan subjektif Musculoskelatal Symptoms (MSS). Analisis dilakukan dengan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil pada penelitian ini, dari analisis univariat, diketahui bahwa keluhan MSS pada karyawan office PT X yang dirasakan dari 12 bulan terakhir hingga 7 hari terakhir sebanyak 55 orang (53,4 %), sedangkan yang diperoleh dengan analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa masa kerja, postur, stress, umur, dan jenis kelamin berhubungan dengan keluhan subjektif Musculoskelatal Symptoms (MSS). Skripsi ini berisi tentang hubungan faktor risiko manual material handling (MMH) dengan keluhan subjekif musculoskeletal symptoms (MSS) pada pekerja di Departemen Produksi Textile Chemical PT. X tahun 2020. Pada penelitian ini, observasi faktor risiko manual material handling (MMH) menggunakan kuesioner dan metode Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC). Selain itu, untuk mengetahui keluhan terhadap musculokeletal symptoms (MSS) peneliti menggunakan Nordic Body Map (NBM) Questionnaire. Desain studi merupakan studi cross sectional dengan pendekatan observasional. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat. Analisis univariat digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran dari masing-masing faktor risiko manual material handling. Sedangkan analisis bivariat digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antara faktor risiko individu (usia, masa kerja, indeks massa tubuh, kebiasaan olahraga, dan stress) dan faktor risiko pekerjaan (berat objek, durasi kerja, dan postur kerja) dengan keluhan musculoskeletal symptoms (MSS) yang dirasakan oleh pekerja di Departemen Produksi Textile Chemical PT. X Tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dengan keluhan musculoskeletal symptoms (MSS) yang dirasakan pekerja (p value = 0,040). Selain itu, terdapat hubungan antara stress kerja dengan keluhan musculoskeletal symptoms (MSS) yang dirasakan pekerja (p value = 0,044).

Abstrak:
Pelayanan kesehatan orang terduga TB merupakan salah satu standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) bidang Kesehatan yang harus dipenuhi oleh pemerintah Kab/Kota. Puskesmas merupakan unit terdepan dalam pencapaian target kinerja SPM bidang Kesehatan. Capaian SPM TB di kota Depok tahun 2021 baru mencapai 36,17 % dan menjadi capaian terendah kedua dari 12 SPM bidang Kesehatan Kota Depok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara mendalam aspek struktur, aspek proses peningkatan mutu dan kinerja dengan pendekatan PDSA (Plan-do-study-act) serta output dalam upaya peningkatan capaian pelayanan kesehatan orang terduga TB di Puskesmas Kota Depok Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam kepada 31 informan, observasi lapangan dan telusur dokumen. Hasil penelitian, belum semua Puskesmas menetapkan Tim TB Dots, kurangnya tenaga yang terlatih,sarana-prasarana belum semua sesuai standar, bahan-obat belum memadai, penggunaan teknologi informasi belum optimal, komitmen pimpinan dan staf masih kurang. Pada faktor proses, kegiatan upaya peningkatan capaian SPM TB pada tahapan study belum semua Puskesmas melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap capaian SPM TB.Pada output; terjadi peningkatan capaian pelayanan orang terduga TB pada tahun 2022 dibandingkan tahun 2021, namun belum semua Puskesmas dapat mencapai target SPM TB yang ditetapkan. Kesimpulan: faktor struktur dan proses peningkatan mutu dan kinerja yang dilakukan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan dalam pencapaian SPM TB di Puskesmas

The Public Health Center is the leading unit in achieving the MSS performance targets in the health sector. TB MSS achievement in Depok city in 2021 only reached 36.17% and became the second lowest achievement of the 12 MSS in Depok City Health. The aim of this study was to analyze in depth aspects of the structure, aspects of the quality and performance improvement process using the PDSA (Plan-do-study-act) approach as well as outputs in an effort to increase the achievement of health services for people suspected of having TB at the Depok City Health Center in 2022. This research used a qualitative approach using a case study design through in-depth interviews with 31 informants, field observations and document searches. The results of the study, not all Public Health Centers have established TB Dots Teams, lack of trained personnel, not all facilities are up to standard, medicinal materials are not adequate, use of information technology is not optimal, leadership and staff commitment is still lacking. Kualitas data SPM KIA yang baik diperlukan untuk dapat digunakan sebagai dasar perencanaan. Salah satu model penilaian data yang telah dikembangkan adalah model Penilaian Kualitas Data Rutin (PKDR), yang merupakan adaptasi model WHO yang diadopsi oleh Pusdatin. Hingga saat ini belum pernah dilakukan penelitian pada Kota Depok. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menilai data SPM Kesehatan Ibu, khususnya indikator K4 dan Linakes, di Kota Depok. Penilaian dilakukan dengan memperhatikan indikator kelengkapan, ketepatan waktu, konsistensi internal, dan konsistensi eksternal, akurasi serta faktor-faktor organisasi yang mempengaruhinya. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kelengkapan data di Kota Depok tergolong baik, ketepatan waktu belum dapat dianalisis secara optimal, konsistensi internal relatif baik meski terdapat beberapa puskesmas yang tidak konsisten, serta konsistensi eksternal bagus, terakhir ketidakakuratan ditemukan di salah satu puskesmas di Kota Depok. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan masalah-masalah organisasi seputar pengumpulan data yang berpotensi mempengaruhi kualitas data.
Data of good quality on Minimum Service Standard of Maternal and Child Health (MSS MCH) is required to be utilized as a basis for planning. One of the data assessment models that has been developed is the Routine Data Quality Assessment (RDQA) model, which is an adaptation of the WHO model adopted by Pusdatin. No research has been conducted in Depok City until recently. Therefore, this study aimed to assess SPM data on maternal health, specifically indicators such as the K4 and Linakes, in Depok City. The assessment was conducted by considering the indicators of completeness, timeliness, internal consistency, external consistency, and accuracy as well as the organizational factors that influence them. The results showed that data completeness in Depok City was good, timeliness could not be optimally analyzed, internal consistency was relatively good although there was some inconsistent data in some puskesmas, external consistency was good, and lastly, inaccuracy was found in one of the health centers in Depok City.. In addition, this study also found organizational issues surrounding data collection that could potentially affect data quality.
