Abstrak:
Karawang Central Plaza termasuk dalam pusat perbelanjaan yang terdiri dari berbagai jenis aktifitas yang memiliki resiko kebakaran besar. Berdasarkan NFPA 101 area umum dengan luas lebih dari 5000 M2 dan berpenghuni minimal 50 orang harus menerapkan sistem Manajemen Kebakaran dan Tanggap Darurat Penyusunan. Skripsi bertujuan untuk membandingkan Sistem Manajemen Kebakaran pada Karawang Central Plaza dengan standard NFPA 10,13, 14, 72 dan 101. Desain studi dalam penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan cara observasi ke lapangan dan telaah dokumen. Pada Gedung Karawang Central Plaza terdapat beberapa ketidaksesuaian seperti kontrol panel tidak berfungsi. Skripsi ini diharapkan dapat menyediakan informasi yang cukup mengenai pentingnya aspek pencegahan kebakaran dan tangga darurat bagi Karawang Central Plaza.

Abstrak:
ABSTRAK Dalam bangunan pusat perbelanjaan terdapat risiko kebakaran. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari bervariasinya aktivitas serta material yang terdapat dalam pusat perbelanjaan yang dapat menyebabkan risiko kebakaran semakin besar serta memberi kontribusi dalam penjalaran api saat terjadi kebakaran. Di samping itu, karakteristik pengunjung juga berkontribusi dalam proses evakuasi saat terjadi kebakaran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penyediaan sarana pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebakaran serta manajemen tanggap darurat yang baik merupakan cara yang efektif guna mencegah dan meminimalisir terjadinya kebakaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sarana pencegahan dan penanggulangan serta manajemen tanggap darurat yang terdapat di ITC Depok yang dibandingkan dengan dengan standar yang berlaku di Indonesia dan Internasional, yaitu Permen PU No.26/PRT/M/2008, Kepmen PU No.11/KPTS/ 2000 dan NFPA (10, 13, 14, 72, 101). Dalam gedung ITC sudah dilengkapi dengan sarana pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebakaran serta manajemen tanggap darurat. Namun terdapat beberapa komponen sarana pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebakaran serta manajemen tanggap darurat yang belum sesuai dengan standar acuan yang digunakan.
ABSTRACT In shopping center, there is a fire risk. This can be seen from the variety of activities and materials in the shopping center that could lead to greater fire risk and contributing to the spreading of flames during fire. In addition, the characteristics of visitors also contribute when process of evacuation during fire. Accordingly, the provision of good prevention and control of fire and emergency response management is an effective way to prevent and minimize the occurrence of fire. The objective of this study is to know facilities of prevention and control of fire and emergency response management in ITC Depok which compared with the standards prevailing in Indonesia and International, which Permen PU No.26/PRT/M/2008, Kepmen PU No.11/KPTS/2000 and NFPA (10, 13, 14, 72, 101). In the ITC building has been equipped with facilities of prevention and control of fire and emergency response management. However there are several components of facilities of prevention and control of fire and emergency response management that have not been in accordance with the reference standard used.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas tentang sistem rekrutmen dan seleksi tenaga keperawatan di Bagian Personalia Rumah Sakit Hermina Depok tahun 2014 berdasarkan pendekatan sistem. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan didapatkan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa orang instrumen, hasil dari observasi, dan menelaah data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menyarankan agar membuat Surat Keputusan (SK) Direktur mengenai tim rekrutmen dan seleksi tenaga keperawatan, perlu memiliki ketentuan anggaran atau dana khusus pada tahap pelaksanaan rekrutmen dan seleksi, tidak perlu mengadakan ruangan khusus wawancara, tetapi memanfaatkan ruangan yang telah ada dan dilengkapi dengan sarana yang memenuhi syarat, formulir berkas lamaran diisi sebelum pemanggilan pelamar lewat telepon, perlu mengembangkan instrumen karakter, membuat instrumen wawancara teknis, mengadakan tes kecerdasan atau psikotest, menambah pertanyaan pada tes tertulis, tes kesehatan sebaiknya dilakukan sebelum orientasi tenaga keperawatan baru berlangsung, perlu diadakannya tes buta warna dan tes pendengaran, mengadakan tes praktek, mengatur waktu dengan sebaik mungkin untuk memberikan informasi kepada pengajar orientasi, memperketat seleksi berkas, menyusun jadwal rekrutmen dan seleksi secara tertulis, memperbanyak pelamar yang dapat dicapai dengan menggunakan sumber serta metode rekrutmen yang tepat.

Humans almost 90% spend time in their room, and indoor pollution is consistently 2 to 5 times greater than outdoor pollution (EPA, 1989). The health effects of indoor air quality can be poor allergens, carcinogens, irritants, and interfere with the immune response system (Hess-Kosa, 2002). This study aims to describe the concentration of chemical contaminants (CO, CO2, HCHO, NH3, NO2, PM 2.5, PM10, and SO2) and level of exposure to physical parameters (light, temperature, and humidity) indoor air quality in Mall X Depok, West Java in 2014. The quantitative and qualitative research is descriptive, observational cross-sectional approach. Quantitative research conducted by reviewing the concentration of chemical contaminants and exposure levels of physical parameters of indoor air quality as well as qualitative research carried out by the data supporting the subjective complaints of sick building syndrome in a structured interview. Results worst measurement of all parameters, namely, temperature (29,4oC), humidity (69%), light (240 lux), CO (32.5 ppm), CO2 (2345.7 ppm), HCHO (0.05 ppm) , NH 3 (0.3 ppm), NO2 (2.5 ppm), SO2 (2.4 ppm), PM2,5 (0.646 mg / m3 ), PM10 (0.654 mg / m3 ). Aktivitas fisik merupakan hal penting dalam kehidupan karena memiliki banyak sekali manfaat. Walaupun begitu, masih banyak pekerja yang terpajan risiko kurang aktivitas fisik. Untuk itu, perlu diketahui komponen apa saja yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan aktivitas fisik pada pekerja Mal Pelayanan Publik Kota Cilegon. Digunakan desain kuantitatif dengan studi cross sectional pada 58 pekerja Mal Pelayanan Publik Kota Cilegon yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasilnya, 65,5% pekerja tergolong aktif, 34,5% pekerja tidak aktif dan 12% pekerja tidak melakukan aktivitas fisik sama sekali. Komponen yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan aktivitas fisik di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kota Cilegon antara lain; tingkat pendidikan (p value = 0.005), perceived benefits (P value = 0.01), dukungan teman (p value = 0.014), indeks massa tubuh (p value = 0.018), dan dukungan keluarga (p Value = 0.05). Hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pelaksanaan aktivitas fisik antara lain penyediaan fasilitas olahraga, pelaksanaan senam bersama, instruksi peregangan di sela bekerja, dan edukasi aktivitas fisik yang bisa dilakukan. Harapannya setelah dilakukan penelitian ini, aktivitas fisik pekerja Mal Pelayanan Publik Kota Cilegon dapat ditingkatkan.
Physical activity is important because it has so many benefits. Even so, there are still many workers who are exposed to the risk of lack of physical activity. For this reason, it is necessary to know what affects the implementation of physical activity in workers. Quantitative design was used with a cross sectional study on 58 Cilegon Public Service Mall workers who met the criteria. As a result, 65.5% of workers are classified as active, 34.5% of workers are inactive and 12% of workers do not carry out any physical activity at all. Level of education (p value = 0.005), perceived benefits (P value = 0.01), friend support (p value = 0.014), body mass index (p value = 0.018), and family support (p value = 0.05) are the components that affect the implementation of physical activity in Cilegon Public Service Mall. Things that can be done to improve the implementation of physical activity include providing physical activity facilities, implementing group exercises, stretching instructions between work, and educating on physical activities. It is hoped that after conducting this research, the physical activity of Cilegon City Public Service Mall workers can be increased.

Sejak biaya energi meningkat di tahun 1970, pembangunan banyak mengalami modifikasi dengan menurunkan komposisi pertukaran udara luar ke dalam ruangan sehingga meningkatkan ketergantungan pada ventilasi mekanis. Hal ini dapat membawa dampak buruk terhadap kualitas udara dalam ruangan dengan menyebabkan beberapa efek kesehatan, salah satunya sick building syndrome (SBS). Pusat perbelanjaan adalah salah satu tempat umum yang menggunakan ventilasi mekanis untuk sirkulasi udaranya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran konsentrasi kontaminan kimia (CO, CO2, HCHO, NH3, NO2, PM 2,5, PM10, dan SO2) dan tingkat pajanan parameter fisik (cahaya, suhu, dan kelembaban) kualitas udara dalam ruangan di Pusat Perbelanjaan X Kota Depok, Jawa Barat tahun 2014. Penelitian kuantitaitf dan kualitatif ini bersifat deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Since costs of energy increased from the 1970s, the building ventilation systems has been many modified by lowering the composition of the exchange of outdoor air into the room thus increasing the dependence on mechanical ventilation. This could have an adverse impact on indoor air quality by causing some health effects, one of them is sick building syndrome (SBS). Mall is one of the indoor public places which uses mechanical ventilation for its air circulation. This study aims to obtain an overview the concentration of chemical contaminants (CO, CO2, HCHO, NH3, NO2, PM2.5, PM10, and SO2) and the exposure level of physical parameters (illumination, temperature, and humidity) indoor air quality in Mall X Depok, West Java in 2014. This quantitative and qualitative research is descriptive, observational cross-sectional approach. This research resulted in a finding that some of the indoor air quality parameters such as CO, SO2, PM2,5, PM10, temperature, and humidity do not comply with the standard. Thus, some controls need to be implemented.
