Bahaya psikososial berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan kerja melalui persepsi dan pengalaman yang dialami pekerja. Bahaya psikososial tak hanya berkaitan dari individu pekerja, melainkan konteks pekerjaan, sosial dan perusahaan atau organisasinya. Peneliti melihat bagaimana tingkat risiko psikososial yang dihadapi oleh para pekerja di sektor migas dengan menggunakan HSE Management Standard Indicator Tool dari HSE UK yan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan gambaran sesuai dengan tingkatan dan kategori, yaitu demand, control, manager support, peer support, relationship, role, dan change. Penelitian berhasil mendapatkan 63 responden pengisi kuesioner dengan sebelumnya menggunakan pendekatan rumus besar sampel jenuh dari data sekunder dan secara umum, gambaran kondisi psikososial di PT X berada pada level 4.
Psychososial hazards affect occupational health through perceptions and experiences experienced by workers. Psychososial hazards are not only related to individual workers, but also to the work, sosial and corporate context or organization. Researchers see how the level of psychososial risk faced by workers in the oil and gas sector by using the HSE Management Standard Indicator Tool from HSE UK which aims to produce a picture according to levels and categories, namely demand, control, manager support, peer support, relationship, role, and change. The study succeeded in getting 63 respondents to fill out the questionnaire by previously using a saturated sample size formula approach from secondary data and in general, the description of psychososial conditions at PT X was at level 4..

Abstrak:
Tesis ini membahas faktor-faktor risiko kelelahan dan pemulihan kelelahan, tingkat kelelahan dan pemulihan, serta potensi penurunan Human Performance akibat kelelahan akut dan kronis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan Migas X yang merupakan perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi (migas) dengan proses kerja kompleks dan kritikal yang berpotensi menimbulkan kelelahan pada pekerja dan menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional area dilakukan dengan metode pengisian kuesioner online oleh 1650 responden yang didapatkan dengan cara random sampling pada bulan April hingga Mei 2021. Data yang masuk di olah untuk mendaptkan nilai kelelahan akut, kronis, pemulihan, at-risk behavior, human performance, kemudian dilakukan Analisis hubungan antara faktor risiko kelelahan, nilai kelelahan, pemulihan serta human performance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam faktor risiko yang secara signifikan memengaruhi kelelahan akut, sembilan faktor risiko yang secara signifikan memengaruhi kelelahan kronis, dua faktor yang secara signifikan memengaruhi pemulihan kelelahan, serta terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kenaikan tingkat kelelahan kronis ataupun akut terhadap penurunan Human Performance

Abstrak:
Penelitian tesis ini menganalisis iklim K3 pada PT.XYZ yang merupakan perusahaan eksplorasi dan produksi minyak bumi dan gas alam. Data perusahaan menunjukkan terjadi 16 kasus recordable injury (RI) pada tahun 2019, 9 kasus RI pada tahun 2020 dan 2 kasus RI sampai dengan 31 Agustus 2021 yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran, kewaspadaan serta kelalaian. Survei iklim budaya K3 pada PT. XYZ dilakukan untuk mendapatkan potret terkini, menganalisis kelemahan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meminimalisir angka kecelakaan kerja. Studi cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta metode penelitian Iklim K3 dipergunakan dengan menyebar survei kuisioner melalui Google Form dengan pemilihan sampel bersifat proporsional cluster random sampling yang melibatkan 322 responden. Hasil survei menunjukkan nilai rata-rata iklim K3 perusahaan adalah 4.12 pada skala 1-5 dengan nilai rata-rata pada masing-masing variabel >3.75 menunjukkan bahwa pekerja mempersepsikan bahwa nilai keselamatan sudah terinternalisasi dengan optimal baiik sebagai individu, kelompok dan organisasi. Fokus perbaikan pada variabel kelompok yang memiliki 2 subvariabel dibawah nilai rata-rata. Terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada kelompok status pekerja (Supportive Environment p-value 0.048, Involvement p-value 0.001) dan kelompok lokasi kerja (Management Commitment p-value 0.018).

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) merupakan penyakit pernapasan yang menyebar di seluruh dunia dan telah dinyatakan sebagai Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) oleh World Health Organization (WHO). Covid-19 yang telah dinyatakan sebagai pandemi internasional, tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan masyarakat tetapi juga operasional bisnis dan keselamatan pekerja di tempat kerja. Meskipun keadaan seperti itu, beberapa bisnis vital masih beroperasi karena status kebutuhannya. Salah satu industri yang tetap beroperasi di masa pandemi Covid-19 adalah industri migas. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang pelaksanaan pencegahan dan pengendalian Covid-19 di tempat kerja PT. X, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara personil kunci. Hal ini kemudian didukung dengan pengamatan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan; prosedur; pengawasan kesehatan; dan protokol pengujian, deteksi, dan pelacakan. Prosedur Kesiapsiagaan Pandemi Covid-19 yang dikembangkan oleh PT. X dimaksudkan untuk mitigasi pada situasi saat ini. Prosedur ini mencakup berbagai aspek seperti pengaturan kerja karyawan; penilaian diri untuk deteksi dini; protokol kesehatan; pengawasan kesehatan; informasi, edukasi, dan komunikasi kepada seluruh karyawan. Data menunjukkan bahwa selama pandemi ini, Indikator kinerja keselamatan PT.X, yaitu Lost Time Injury Frequency and Total Recordable Injury Rate, masih di bawah kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kebijakan pencegahan dan pengendalian Covid-19 oleh PT. X telah mengikuti peraturan kesehatan, industri, dan ketenagakerjaan yang relevan di Indonesia dengan baik. PT. Abstrak:
Pelaporan Observasi Keselamatan (POK) diterapkan di industri minyak dan gas di PT.X, Provinsi Riau untuk mencoba mengurangi angka kejadian kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pelaporan observasi keselamatan kerja sebagai alat yang digunakan untuk mengurangi angka kecelakaan. POK ini merupakan hasil modifikasi dari STOP Cardnya DuPont. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif yang berfokus pada kajian pelaporan observasi keselamatan kerja. Angka kejadian kecelakaan juga dikumpulkan untuk dibandingkan dengan jumlah pelaporan observasi keselamatan. Kuesioner sebanyak 15 pertanyaan juga diberikan kepada 50 pekerja untuk melihat persepsi pekerja terhadap POK yang diterapkan. Scatterplots digunakan untuk menetapkan korelasi antara penerbitan pelaporan dan kejadian kecelakaan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaporan observasi keselamatan berkaitan dengan penurunan kejadian kecelakaan. Pelaporan observasi keselamatan secara positif memengaruhi pola pikir pekerja terhadap praktek kerja aman. Namun, perlu diperhatikan oleh managemen perusahaan terkait penyelesaian status temuan (finding) pelaporan observasi keselamatan yang statusnya masih tertunda penyelesaiannya

The purpose of this study is to examine the safety observation reporting as a tool used to reduce the number of accidents. This POK is a modified version of the DuPont STOP Card. This study uses a descriptive analysis method that focuses on the study of safety observation reporting. Accident figures were also collected to compare with the number of safety observation reporting. A questionnaire of 15 questions was also given to 50 workers to observe workers' perceptions of the applied POK. Latar Belakang: Hubungan antara kelelahan dengan aspek psikososial dalam industri hulu migas sampai sekarang relatif belum banyak diteliti. Sejak akhir tahun 2019, terdapat beberapa kebijakan terkait pandemi COVID-19 yang berdampak pada psikologis pekerja dalam merespon kondisi yang berubah secara acak.
Tujuan: mengetahui hubungan aspek psikososial dengan kelelahan diantara pekerja migas baik onshore maupun offshore selama pendemi Covid-19 tahun 2020-2021.
Metode: Penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan disain studi potong lintang. Dilakukan di salah satu instalasi hulu migas di Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia. Aspek psikososial diukur menggunakan kuesioner 3rd Version of Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ III), sedangkan kelelahan akibat kerja diukur dengan Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory-20 (MFI-20). Analisis regresi linier multivariabel digunakan untuk menganalisa hubungan dan interaksi keduanya.
Hasil: seluruh aspek psikososial kepuasan dipersepsikan tinggi oleh pekerja. Sedangkan untuk aspek psikososial ketidakpuasan berada pada tingkat menengah selama Pandemi Covid-19, sementara itu tingkat kelelahan multidimensi akibat kerja berada pada tingkat ringan.
Kesimpulan: Setelah mengendalikan variabel perancu, penghargaan, kepuasan kerja, dan konflik keluarga-pekerjaan ditemukan berhubungan dengan kelelahan total di area onshore, sedangkan aspek kepuasan kerja merupakan satu satunya aspek psikososial yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan total di area offshore. Perusahaan perlu memusatkan program pencegahan kelelahan yang terkait dengan pengurangan konflik pekerjaan-keluarga serta membangun makna kepuasan dalam bekerja

Method: quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional study design. Conducted at one of the upstream oil and gas in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Psychosocial aspects were measured by using the 3rd Version of Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ III) questionnaire, whilst work-related fatigue was measured by using the Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory-20 (MFI-20). Multivariable linear regression analysis was used to examine the associations and interactions.
Results: All satisfaction subscales of psychosocial aspects were perceived as high level by workers. Meanwhile dissatisfaction subscales were at medium level during the COVID-19 pandemic. The work-related fatigue tended to be at light level.
Conclusion: After the confounding variables were controlled, the Recognition, Job Satisfaction and Work Life Conflict aspects were found to have association with total fatigue in Onshore, whereas the job satisfaction is the only psychosocial aspect that is related to the total fatigue in offshore area. Company is encouraged to concentrate the fatigue prevention programs particularly on reducing the Work Life Conflicts and to growth the meaning of satisfaction at work.

Abstrak:
Sindrom metabolik adalah kumpulan dari beberapa faktor risiko berupa tingginya kadar gula darah, rendahnya kadar High Density Lipid (HDL), tingginya kadar trigliserida, obsesitas sentral serta hipertensi. Seseorang yang mengidap sindrom metabolik memiliki risiko lebih tinggi untuk terserang penyakit kronik seperti kardiovaskuler dan diabetes melitus tipe 2 di kemudian hari. Berdasarkan hasil Medical Check Up pada pegawai Perusahaan Migas X Jakarta di tahun 2014, angka dislipidemia mencapai 69,4%, obesitas 14,8%, overweight 33,17%, diabetes 8,7%. Selain itu, berdasarkan pengamatan penulis, pegawai pusat Perusahaan Migas X memiliki gaya hidup yang cenderung sedentary karena lebih banyak duduk di kursi untuk mengerjakan pekerjaan administratif dan cukup sering mengonsumi makanan yang tinggi lemak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor risiko apa saja yang berhubungan dengan sindrom metabolik pada pekerja kantor pusat Perusaahan Migas X dengan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa prevalensi sindrom metabolik pada pekerja kantor pusat Perusaahan Migas X adalah 25%. Variabel independen yang berhubungan signifikan dengan kejadian sindrom metabolik adalah pola makan protein hewani (p value= 0,016), pola makan lemak (p value=0,037), Indeks Masa Tubuh (p value=0,001), aktivitas fisik (p value= 0,010), perilaku sedentary (p value=0,030) dan merokok (p value=0,037). Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya strategi untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi terkait pola makan yang seimbang serta meningkatkan kemauan pekerja untuk senantiasa melakukan aktivitas fisik yang cukup dan teratur serta tidak merokok untuk menjaga berat badan yang ideal, memiliki gaya hidup yang sehat dan mencegah penyakit kronik akibat sindrom metabolik
Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of some risk factors such as high level of glucose and triglyceride, low level of High Density Lipid (HDL), central obesity, and hypertension. Furthermore, based on observation, office workers of Oil and Gas Company X tend to have sedentary life style since they spent most of their time at office to sit for doing some administrative task and often consume high fat food. Thus, the objective of this study was to analyze the risk factors that associate with metabolik syndrome on Head Office Workers of Oil and Gas Company X using cross sectional design study. The result of this study foud that prevalence of metabolik syndrome on Head Office Workers of Oil and Gas Company X is 25%. The independent variables that were significant with metabolic syndrome were animal protein diet (p value = 0.016), fat diet (p value = 0.037), body mass index (p value= 0,001), physical activity (p value = 0.010), and sedentary lifestyle (p value = 0.030) and smoking (p value= 0,037). Therefore, it is necessary to create strategy in order to provide knowledge and information regarding a balanced diet and increase the willingness of workers to do sufficient and regular physical activity and stop smoking to maintain ideal body weight, having a healthy life style and prevent chronic disase caused by metabolik syndrome

Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of some risk factors such as high level of glucose and triglyceride, low level of High Density Lipid (HDL), central obesity, and hypertension. Someone who suffers from metabolic syndrome has higher risk to get chronic disease like cardiovascular disease and diabetes melitus type 2 in the future. As per Medical Check Up result of Oil and Gas Company X workers in 2014, found that dyslipidemia up to 69,4%, obesity 14,8%, overweight 33,17%, diabetes 8,7%. Abstrak:
Seiring dengan perkembangan jaman sebagaimana kegiatan di industry Minyak dan Gas (Migas) yang memiliki risiko tinggi sehingga diperlukan pengelolaan operasi yang sangat baik, tertata dan terencana dengan matang. Hal ini berkaitan dengan kecelakaan yang diakibatkan oleh prilaku tidak aman (un-safe act) sebagai penyebab dominan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian tentang analisis budaya keselamatan dengan mengukur Safety Climate Level (SCL) dan Safety Culture Maturity Level (SCML), sebagai upaya peningkatan buadaya keselamatan untuk mengurangi kecelakaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 2.568 pekerja, kemudian pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penyebaran keusioner dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk di Site A dengan jumlah 245 pekerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui skor SCL 7,82 (>7,5 ref. Norma SCL) dimana safety climate sudah tercermin dengan baik pada individu dan kelompok. Sedangkan safety culture sudah berada pada level 4 (proactive) dengan skor SCML 4,17 dari total skor 5. Hal ini menunjukkan peran pekerja dalam program K3 telah meningkat dimana pendekatan bottom-up perlu ditingkatkan dengan menyerap dan menindaklanjuti spirasi dan masukkan dari pekerja.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko pipa bawah laut milik PT. AZ yang terdampak proyek reklamasi kilang PT.XY berlokasi di perairan Jawa Barat. Menggunakan penilaian risiko proteksi pipa bawah laut DNVGL-RP-F107, penelitian memperhatikan Skenario Bahaya Besar yang teridentifikasi, yaitu: kejatuhan jangkar (dropped anchor) dan pengerukan tanah (soil excavation). Objek penelitian difokuskan pada pipa bawah laut berdiameter 12 dari GG A ke OPF (Onshore Processing Facilities) dalam kondisi terkubur dengan tingkat kedalaman 2 meter dari KP 24,6 ke KP 34,713 dekat area Reklamasi kilang seluas 280 Ha. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yang melingkupi karakteristik dan properti pipa bawah laut, karakteristik kapal serta jangkar yang melintas, dan aktivitas pengerukan Jawa Barat. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif analitik yang mengutamakan indepth-analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsekuensi dropped anchor mendapat level kerusakan pipa D1, yang artinya tidak diperlukan tambahan safeguard untuk menurunkan residual risk. Untuk penilaian risiko soil excavation nilai initial risk yang dihasilkan adalah 9 (medium) dengan tingkat kerusakan D3 sehingga direkomendasikan safeguard tambahan untuk menurunkan residual risk menjadi Tolerable (ALARP). Using the DNVGL-RP-F107 subsea pipeline protection risk assessment, the study pays attention to the identified Major Accident Event, i.e., dropped anchor and soil excavation. The object of this research is focused on the 12 diameter subsea pipeline from GG A to OPF (Onshore Processing Facilities) with 2 meters burial depth from KP 24.6 to KP 34,713 near the 280 Ha refinery reclamation area. This study uses secondary data covering the characteristics and properties of the subsea pipeline, the passage ships/tugboat and deployed anchors, and the soil excavation activity. The approach used is quantitative descriptive analytic which prioritizes in-depth analysis. The results shows that the consequence of dropped anchor is with pipe damage level of D1 which means that no additional safeguard is needed to further reduce the residual risk. On soil excavation risk assessment, the initial risk value generated is 9 (medium) with pipe damage level of D3, therefore some additional safeguards recommended so that the residual risk becoming Tolerable (ALARP).
