Abstrak:
Tesis ini membahas iklim keselamatan pada pekerja di industri minyak dan gas, data iklim keselamatan pekerja diperoleh melalui survei daring. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei yang bersumber dari survei yang digunakan pada jurnal (Sunindijo et al. 2019) dan (Loosemore et al. 2019) yang sudah digunakan pada industri lainnya yaitu industri bangunan, infrastruktur, konstruksi di Indonesia dan Australia. Survei dilakukan terhadap karyawan dan partner di industri minyak dan gas, hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada beberapa bagian antara karyawan dan partner, dan antara pekerja industri minyak dan gas dan pekerja industri lainnya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa iklim keselamatan di industri migas sudah baik dan secara rerata lebih tinggi dari industri konstuksi, dimana di sisi positif pekerja industri migas merasa lingkungan kerjanya aman untuk bekerja, namun di sisi lain memerlukan perbaikan dalam implementasi peraturan dan prosedur keselamatan di tempat kerja.
The focus of this thesis is safety climate on oil and gas industry worker, the objective is to analyze safety climate in oil & gas industry and compare it with construction industry. Data collection is performed using a survei method which sourced from journal (Sunindijo et al. 2019) and (Loosemore et al. 2019) which already used in other industry such as building, infrastructure, construction in Indonesia and Australia. PT. ABC adalah operator yang dipercaya untuk mengelola salah satu blok migas di daerah Riau. Salah satu divisi dari PT. ABC bertanggung jawab untuk pekerjaan konstruksi yang mendukung pekerjaan migas PT. ABC. Tesis ini fokus kepada iklim keselamatan pada pekerja migas di area operasi XXX divisi Facility Engineering PT. ABC, data iklim keselamatan pekerja diperoleh dengan cara melakukan survei. Metode survei bersumber dari survei yang digunakan pada jurnal (Sunindijo et al. 2019) dan (Loosemore et al. 2019) yang sudah digunakan pada industri konstruksi bangunan, infrastruktur, konstruksi di Indonesia dan dan konstruksi Australia. Responden adalah karyawan dan mitra kerja PT. ABC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata nilai survei iklim keselamatan karyawan dan mitra kerja PT. ABC adalah baik, berada di angka 4,92 dari 6 skala likert, tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan antara iklim keselamatan karyawan dan mitra kerja PT. ABC. Pengujian t-test menunjukkan tidak ada nilai p < 0.05, dan rerata nilai survei iklim keselamatan karyawan dan mitra kerja PT. ABC lebih baik, berada diatas rerata nilai survei iklim keselamatan industri infrastruktur, bangunan, konstruksi di Indonesia dan konstruksi di Australia.

Abstrak:
Pandemi COVID-19 telah mempengaruhi seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia di Indonesia dan dunia yaitu pada aspek kesehatan, perekonomian, pendidikan, sosial, dan psikologis. Pandemi COVID-19 juga mempengaruhi industri minyak dan gas (migas) dengan dampak kesehatan pada pekerja dan dampak pada kegiatan operasionalnya. Keberlangsungan industri migas memiliki peran penting sebagai penyedia energi untuk penggerak perekonomian. Luasnya dampak dari pandemi COVID-19 serta dengan diterapkannya adaptasi kebiasaan baru membutuhkan pencegahan dan pengendalian yang baik pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak di industri migas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID-19 di perusahaan migas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk mengukur implementasi dari pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID19 di perusahaan migas PT.X secara kuantitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan daftar periksa yang dikembangkan dari ISO 45005:2020 mencakup aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemantauan dan tindakan yang dijabarkan dalam 11 klausul persyaratan. Implementasi pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID-19 di PT. X sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan tingkat pemenuhan sebesar 82%. Nilai tertinggi didapatkan oleh klausul komunikasi dimana PT. X sudah memenuhi aspek komunikasi yang dipersyaratkan dalam daftar periksa. Terdapat hal-hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh PT. X guna meningkatkan kinerja pengendalian COVID-19 di tempat kerja antara lain melakukan identifikasi dan penilaian apakah tempat dan situasi di rumah pekerja memungkinkan untuk bekerja dengan efektif

PT. X merupakan fasilitas proses pengolahan hidrokarbon minyak dan gas di anjungan lepas pantai yang berlokasi di Pulau Jawa. Fasilitas pengolahan hidrokarbon minyak dan gas di PT. X merupakan fasilitas sumur anjungan yang mengandung gas bertekanan tinggi dan berada di area yang sangat dekat dengan pemukiman dan jalur pelayaran umum. Keadaan tidak terkontrol seperti kebakaran, ledakan atau kebocoran dapat menyebabkan terjadinya bahaya serius pada keselamatan manusia dan hilangnya aset. Hal ini dapat memberikan dampak yang besar baik bagi fasilitas PT. X beserta keberlangsungan bisnis. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk perusahaan melakukan analisis Layers of Protection yang dapat mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan terutama major incidents.Tujuan dari studi ini adalah menentukan besar risiko yang terjadi akibat kegagalan Safety instrumented function (SIF) di anjungan lepas pantai PT.X berdasarkan skenario kegagalan yang telah diidentifikasi dan bagaimana evaluasi risiko terhadap Safety Instrumented Level (SIL) node Gas compressor dan KO drum pada pengolahan minyak dan gas PT.X tahun 2022. Metode Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) digunakan untuk Menghitung SIL dan menentukan apakah diperlukan Independent Protection Layers (IPL) tambahan untuk mencapai Risk Tolerance Criteria (RTC) dari PT.X. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 2 safety instrumented function (TSHH gas compressor dan LSHH KO drum) yang memiliki nilai SIL 1 yang berarti bahwa diperlukan penambahan IPL pada kedua SIF tersebut untuk mencapai RTC PT.X.
PT. X is an oil and gas hydrocarbon processing facility on an offshore platform located in Java Island. PT. X facility is a well and processing platform facility that contains high pressure gas and is located in a close area to residential areas and public shipping lanes. Uncontrolled circumstances such as fire, explosion or oil spill can cause serious harm to human safety and loss of assets. This can have a big impact on PT. X facilities and business continuity. Therefore, it is important for the company to conduct analysis regarding layers of protection that can prevent accidents, especially major incidents. The purpose of this study is to determine the risk that occurs due to the failure of the Safety Instrumented Function (SIF) on the PT.X offshore platform based on the SIF failure scenario that has been identified and also to perform risk evaluation of its Safety Instrumented Level (SIL) in node Gas Compressor and KO drum at oil and gas processing facility. Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) method is used to calculate SIL and determine whether additional Independent Protection Layers (IPL) are required to achieve PT.X's Risk Tolerance Criteria (RTC). The results show that there are 2 safety instrumented functions (TSHH gas compressor and LSHH KO drum) which have SIL value of 1 which means that it is necessary to add IPL to both SIFs to achieve PT.X RTC.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko kesehatan terkait pajanan bahaya kimia benzene, toluene, dan xylene pada pekerja di unit pengolahan minyak dan gas bumi. Penelitian ini menganalisis pajanan bahaya kimia benzene, toluene, dan xylene di dua unit pengolahan minyak bumi menggunakan metode Chemical Hazard Risk Assessment dari Departemen of Safety and Health Malaysia Tahun 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa benzene termasuk dalam kategori tingkat risiko kesehatan tinggi, sedangkan toluene dan xylene termasuk dalam kategori tingkat risiko kesehatan rendah. Tingkat pajanan bahaya kimia benzene, toluene, dan xylene dengan nilai rata-rata tertinggi berada pada unit laboratorim.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai profil iklim K3 di Perusahaan PHE Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui iklim K3 yang ada di PHE Perusahaan multinasional yang bergerak di bidang minyak dan gas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para Karyawan PHE di Jakarta untuk kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode univariat dan bivariat terhadap variabel dependen dan independen yang digunakan. Hasil dari metode tersebut, kemudian dilakukan scoring terhadap berbagai variabel untuk kemudian dibuat grafik radar yang kemudian dianalisa oleh peneliti secara deskriptif. Abstrak:
Industri migas erat kaitannya dengan bahan berbahaya, menggunakan proses yang berisiko tinggi, masih menggunakan banyak tenaga kerja, serta menggunakan konstruksi fasilitas peralatan yang besar dan kompleks menyebabkan aspek K3 sangat penting untuk diterapkan. Terlebih 87,7% kecelakaan pada Industri Migas disebabkan oleh kontraktor. Dalam studi ini, akan dikembangkan terkait indikator apa saja yang terkait dengan biaya dan manfaat implementasi K3 pada perusahaan mitra kerja KKKS hulu migas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan studi kasus pada 10 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Penelitian yang dilakukan pada perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha manufactur, consultant, EPC, petrochemical, construction, general contractor, sub contarctor, inspection, F&B, clinic telah melakukan kegiatan implementasi K3. Implementasi yang dilakukan di 10 perusahaan kontraktor KKKS memberikan gambaran positif terkait uapaya implementasi K3 di tempat kerja. Dari hasil studi kasus yang menjadi prioritas dalam pelaksanaan Implementasi K3 adalah terkait indikator biaya pengukuran lingkungan kerja sebesar 60% dari perusahaan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Prioritas berikutnya adalah biaya yang dikeluarkan perusahaan untuk melakukan kegiatan emergency respond plan, pemenuhan APD, promosi K3, pelatihan K3, rekrutmen tenaga ahli, sertikasi, P3K, MCU. Terkait dengan pengeluaran yang akan dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan jika terjadi kecelakaan sebanyak 47 % perushaan yang menyatakan bahwa biaya terkait losstime akibat dari terhentinya pekerjaan ini menjadi biaya tertinggi yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Ketika kecelakaan/PAK ini dapat diatasi dan tidak terjadi, ini akan meberikan manfaat baik secara langsung maupun tidak tidak langsung. Dalam hal ini 38% perusahaan, menerima manfaat lansung yaitu pada penghematan biaya medis, penghematan biaya losstime serta penghematan biaya penggantian akibat kerusakan alat. Manfaat tidak langsung yang dirasakan oleh perusahaan terkait dengan implementasi K3 di tempat kerja ini adalah pada peningkatan produktivitas serta peningkatan citra perusahaan

Penelitian ini membahas gambaran persepsi risiko keselamatan kerja pada pekerja di PT.X dengan pendekatan paradigma psikometri yaitu kesukarelaan terhadap risiko, kesegeraan dampak, pemahaman risiko berdasarkan pengalaman, potensi dampak risiko, reaksi yang ditimbulkan risiko, keparahan risiko, pengetahuan terhadap risiko, pengendalian terhadap risiko dan tingkat kebaruan risiko. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif, pengambilan data dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner, dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2024, di PT.X, Sumatera Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas persepsi risiko keselamatan kerja pada pekerja PT.X adalah baik yaitu sebanyak 55.1% pekerja memiliki persepsi baik (tinggi) dan 44.9% pekerja dari total responden memiliki persepsi buruk (rendah) terhadap keselamatan kerja. Disarankan terhadap PT.X terus meningkatkan pelatihan-pelatihan dan pengawasan terhadap pekerja yang bertujuan untuk meminimalisir tindakan tidak aman dan mencegah kecelakaan kerja di lingkungan operasional PT.X.
This study discusses the description of occupational safety risk perception in workers at PT.X with a psychometric paradigm approach, namely voluntariness of risk, immediacy of impact, understanding of risk based on experience, potential risk impact, risk reaction, risk severity, knowledge of risk, risk control and level of risk novelty. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive design, data collection by distributing questionnaires, conducted in June 2024, at PT.X, South Sumatra. The results showed that the majority of perceptions of occupational safety risks in PT.X workers were good, namely as many as 55.1% of workers had good perceptions (high) and 44.9% of workers from total respondents had poor perceptions (low) of occupational safety. It is recommended that PT.X continue to improve training and supervision of workers which aims to minimise unsafe acts and prevent work accidents in the PT.X operational environment.
