This thesis discusses the evaluation of the fire safety system using a computerizedprogram fire safety evaluation system (CFSES) to each building in VocationalProgram, Universitas Indonesia. Assessment in this evaluation are based on therequirements of NFPA 101: Life Safety Code with the stages of evaluation containedin NFPA 101A: Alternate Approaches to Life Safety. There are 12 main parametersthat becomes assessment in this study. The results of this evaluation indicate that theVocational Business Building UI has met the minimum standars required safetyvalue while the Administration Building and Vocational Class UI indicator are notmet the assessment of the value of the minimum standars.

Education Building and Laboratory, Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia has 8 floors, the higher building, the more potential fuel caused a fire. In addition to the fires in Indonesia is still relatively high. Fire can cause a variety of losses ranging from human, assets, productivity, and social losses. This study aims to evaluate the application of fire safety at Education Building and Laboratory, Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia. Evaluate included 12 safety parameters and additional requirements in accordance with the Fire Safety Evaluation System NFPA 101A: Guide on Alternative Approaches to Life Safety and NFPA 101: Life Safety Code which is then analyzed using the Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation system (CFSES). This study used a descriptive design with a semi-quantitative approach is observational. The results showed that the application of fire safety in the Education Building and Laboratory, Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia does not meet the minimum safety requirements. Improvements to 12 safety parameters and additional requirements may reduce the risk of fire.

This study used a semi-quantitative approach with a descriptive research design in accordance with NFPA 101A: Guide on Alternative Approaches to Life Safety This studi aims to evaluate the implementation of the fire safety on buildings fire safety by using Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation System (CFSES) software at X Hotel located in Jakarta. The evaluation is done based on the suitability of 12 safety parameters and additional requirements that exist in NFPA 101A: Guide on Alternative Approaches to Life Safety. Sample which was evaluated is the whole building of X Hotel. The implementation of fire safety in the whole building is under the minimum safety requirements of NFPA 101: Life Safety Code.

Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan penelitian dengan melakukan evaluasi sistem sistem manajemen tanggap darurat di perusahaan hulu minyak dan gas yang beroperasi di laut dalam, dengan ketentuan pada National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1600 edisi 2013.
Major accidents in the oil and gas industry is relatively rare, but it was cause catastrophic incident which lead fatality, assets and environmental loss. Although major of cause is human factors, but the failure of emergency management is part of major contribution that cause increasing severe of accidents and loss. The readiness of emergency management in upstream oil and gas operations is important to response emergencies. In order to continue maintain the level of readiness and effectiveness of emergency management, it is necessary to perform evaluation on regular basis.
In this paper the authors conducted research to evaluate emergency management system in the upstream oil and gas company that located in the depth water area, with the requirement from the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1600, 2013 edition.
This study analysis implementation of fire safety system at A and B buildings PT X in 2020 using Fire Safety Evaluation System (FSES). The purpose of this study was to know the condition of fire safety system at A and B building PT X. The design research was a descriptive with approach to semi quantitative. The building A and B are buildings for office activities. The evaluation was carried out for 12 safety parameters according to NFPA 101A: Alternate Approaches to Life Safety with the NFPA 101: Life Safety Code standard. The parameters evaluated are building construction, hazard separation, vertical openings, sprinklers, fire alarms, smoke detectors, 2 interior finish, smoke control, exit access, evacuation routes, corridors/ compartment and emergency response programs. Additional analysis was also carried out on passive protection system, active protection system, and lifesaving facilities in building A and B. The result showed that the implementation of fire safety at A and B building PT X still met the minimum value of fire safety in the office building based on the mandatory requirements in FSES.

Cases of fires in educational buildings are tend to be high. Educationalbuilding is a place where academic communities do the activities and store manyarchives, high-value documents and useful for knowledge. This research aims toevaluate the implementation of the fire safety on the building of the Faculty ofLaw, University of Indonesia located in Depok, West Java. This study used asemi-quantitative approach with a descriptive research design in accordance withNFPA 101A: Guide on Alternative Approaches to Life Safety and assisted withthe use of software Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation System (CFSES). Theevaluation is done based on the suitability of 12 safety parameters and additionalrequirements that exist in NFPA 101A: Alternate Approaches to Life Safety.Samples were evaluated consists of three buildings, namely building A, buildingB, and C. Based on the results of the research, the application of fire safety in thewhole buildings are under the minimum safety requirements of NFPA 101: LifeSafety Code.
