Intention to quit is someone's intention which is part of moving behavior. Intention to quit is influenced by various factors. This study aims to determine the magnitude of intention to quit, work stress, job satisfaction, violation of psychology contracts and their effects at the level of intention to quit nurses at the Pure Asih Hospital in Tangerang. This research is a cross sectional study with quantitative methods. The number of samples in this study were 62 samples. The results showed that work stress, psychological contract violations and high intention to quit occurred in nurses in pure Asih Hospital and almost half of Pure Pure RSIA nurses experienced job dissatisfaction. There is a negative relationship between work stress, violation of psychological contracts, job satisfaction to the level of intention to quit nurses at Pure Asih Hospital.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubngan antara pelanggaran kontrak psikologis menurut perawat dengan intention to quit dan kepuasan kerja perawat rumah sakit x. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dan melibatkan 61 perawat sebagai responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengmpulan data adalah kuesioner yang terdiri dari kuesioner pelanggaran kotrak psikologis, intention to quit dankepuasan kerja. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dan hasil penelitian menunjukanbahwa kepuasan kerja dalam aspek pengawasan memiliki hubungan dengan intention to quit. Dari penelitian ini disarankan agar mengupayakan komunikasi lebih lanjut antara pihak Rumah Sakit X dan perawat mengenai aspek-aspek kontrak psikologis terutama yang dianggap masih kurang agar terbentuk kepuasan kerja dan menurunkan niat untuk berhenti perawat.
This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological contract breach according to nurse, intention to quit and nurse; job satisfication in X Hospital 2011. This study uses a quantitative approach with cross sectional design and involved 61 nurses as respondents. Instrumens used in data collection is a questionnaire consisting of psychological contract breach, intention to quit and job satisfication in terms of rewards and promotional opportunities have a relationship with psychological contract breach. In addition, rewards and supervision aspects of job satisfication have a relationship with intention to quit. It is suggested to seek further communication between X Hospital and nurses about psychological contract aspects that are considered primarily is still lacking so that it can improve nurses' job satisfication and lower intentions to quit.
