The large number of adolescent populations will certainly bring consequences on various social and reproductive health issues of adolescents including adolescent sexual behavior issues. This thesis aims to know the description of premarital sexual behavior and factors related to premarital sexual behavior in students of SMKN X Year 2018. This study used a cross-sectional study design using primary data on 158 adolescents in SMKN X Year 2018. The results show that the proportion of risky sexual behavior in adolescent SMKN X is 22,8% with the most respondent's gender is male 50.6%, respondents with low knowledge of 76.6%, adolescent with positive attitude 58.2%, adolescent with working parents 84.2%, adolescent with enough pocket money 50.6%, adolescents who consider peers do not contribute to sexual behavior as much as 51.3%, and adolescents exposed to pornography as much as 93%. Based on bivariate analysis, it can be seen from factors that have significant relationship with teen sexual behavior is gender (p Value = 0.045, PR = 2.36, 95% CI = 11.1-5.14), and peer role (p Value = 0.03 ; PR = 3.62; 95% CI = 3.62 (1.6-8.1).

Premarital sexual behavior in female adolescent is a problematic behavior that can affect negative impact on health. Female adolescent is a risk group if they get pregnant at young age. The percentage of premarital sexual behavior among female adolescents in both rural and urban areas has increased. This study aims to determine the factors associated with premarital sexual behavior among female adolescent adolescent in rural and urban areas. This research used secondary data from Indonesian Demographic Health Survey (IDHS) 2017 with cross-sectional design. The population in this study were unmarried female adolescent aged 15-24 years. Based on the results of multiple logistic regression, age, alcohol consumption, drug consumption, attitudes towards premarital sexual behavior, knowledge of reproductive health, and peer influence are related to premarital sexual behavior of adolescent girls in urban areas. Meanwhile, factors related to premarital sexual behavior of teenage girls in rural areas are age, education, economic status, attitudes towards premarital sexual behavior, exposure to mass media, smoking behavior, alcohol consumption, dating experience, and reproductive health communication with health workers. The attitude variable towards premarital sexual behavior is the most dominant factor associated with the premarital sexual behavior of female adolescents in urban and rural areas
Meningkatnya temuan kasus HIV-AIDS di Kabupaten Kuningan dari tahun ke tahun, menunjukkan bahwa perilaku seksual berisiko di Kabupaten Kuningan mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa belum dilakukannya upaya pencegahan penularan HIV-AIDS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui besarnya bentuk hubungan antara pengetahuan komprehensif HIV-AIDS terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko ditinjau dari aspek penularan dan pencegahan HIV-AIDS dan sikap terhadap perilaku seksual pranikah berisiko pada remaja di SMA Negeri I Garawangi Kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif melalui pendekatan yang bersifat cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret - Mei 2013 di SMA Negeri I Garawangi Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat. Besar sampel yang diambil sebanyak 200 orang, pengumpulan data dilakukan sekaligus pada satu waktu secara bersamaan (point time approach) dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu pengujian statistic chi square dengan batas kepercayaan (α=0,05); dengan estimasi confidential interval/tingkat kepercayaan (CI) 95%. Hasil uji statistik hubungan antara pengetahuan komprehensif HIV-AIDS dengan perilaku seksual pranikah remaja, diperoleh nilai p = 0,755 maka dapat disimpulkan tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan komprehensif HIV-AIDS dengan perilaku seksual remaja. Hasil uji statistik hubungan antara sikap dengan perilaku seksual remaja diperoleh nilai p= 0,019 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap dengan perilaku seksual remaja.
The findings of increasing cases of HIV-AIDS in Kuningan district from year to year, suggesting that sexual risk behavior in Kuningan has increased. This increase suggests that prevention efforts of HIV-AIDS have not done. The purpose of this study, to determine the relationship between comprehensive knowledge of HIV-AIDS to adolescent sexual behavior in terms of aspects of transmission and prevention of HIV-AIDS and attitudes toward adolescents premarital sexual behavior in SMA Negeri I Garawangi Kuningan. This study uses descriptive research method through a cross sectional approach, was conducted in March-May 2013 in the SMA Negeri I Garawangi Kuningan regency of West Java. Samples taken by 200 respondents, as well as the data collection is done at the same time (time point approach) by using a questionnaire,. with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. Type of statistical test used is the chi square test with statistical confidence limits (α = 0.05), with an estimated confidential interval / confidence level (CI) 95%. Results of statistical tests the relationship between comprehensive knowledge of HIV-AIDS with adolescent premarital sexual behavior, the value of p = 0.755, it can be concluded there is no significant relationship between a comprehensive knowledge of HIV-AIDS with. Results of statistical tests the relationship between attitudes to adolescent premarital sexual behavior obtained p value = 0.019, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between attitudes and adolescent premarital sexual behavior.
The high rate of premarital sexual behavior in male adolescents in Indonesia at risk for health problems. Families, especially parents, play a role in preventing premarital sexual intercouse. This study aims to determine the role of reproductive health information from families on premarital sexual behavior of male adolescents aged 15-24 years in Indonesia. This study is a further analysis of the 2017 IDHS-KRR data using a cross sectional design with a sample of 7,030 male adolescents who meet the criteria: male adolescents aged 15-24 years and unmarried. The results showed that about 11% of male adolescents had premarital sexual intercourse, while only 19.5% had received information on health issues from their families. Reproductive health information from family contribute to adolescent premarital sexual intercouse of male adolescents in Indonesia after being controlled by the level of education and reproductive health discussions with teachers. Adolescents who do not get reproductive health information from their families and have low education are nearly 4 times more likely to have premarital sexual intercourse compared to adolescents who get reproductive health information from their families, while adolescents who do not get reproductive health information from their families and are highly educated are 3.5 times more likely to have premarital sexual intercouse compared adolescents who get reproductive health information from their families. Adolescents who do not get information on reproductive health from their families and have never discussed with the teacher about reproductive health are nearly 4 times more likely to have premarital sexual intercourse than adolescents who get information on health care from their families, while adolescents who do not get information on reproductive health from their families and have had discussions with teachers about reproductive health have the opportunity 3.3 times for having premarital sexual intercourse compared to adolescents who get reproductive health information from their families. The hope is that the BKKBN through the GenRe program (PIK R / M, and BKR) can be further utilized by young men and teenage parents, especially fathers, while the PKPR program, the Ministry of Health needs to reach more young men in Indonesia so that it can help reduce the number of sexual behavior young men in Indonesia.

This thesis aims - describe premarital sexual behavior and the factors thatinfluence adolescent class XI SMA Budhi Warman II Jakarta in 2013. This studyis a cross-sectional study, which using primary data on 146 adolescents in the highschool class XI Budhi Warman II Jakarta in 2013. Results showed that theproportion of high-risk sexual behavior in adolescents class XI SMA BudhiWarman II Jakarta is 17.12%. Based on bivariate analysis, it has known, for theindividual factors which have a significant relationship with adolescent sexualbehavior are male gender (PR = 3.39, 95% CI = 1.35 - 8.55), high permissiveattitude -ward sexuality (PR = 4.00, 95% CI = 1.59 - 10.08), early puberty (PR =2.20, 95% CI = 1.08 - 4.50), smoking (PR = 4.17, 95% CI = 2.10 - 8.28), andalcohol consumption (PR = 2.52, 95% CI = 1.25 - 5.12). Then, for extra familialfactors, which have a significant relationship with adolescent sexual behavior arehaving friends who've done sexual intercourse (PR = 7.50, 95% CI = 1.06 -53.19), and the encourage to doing sexual intercourse from friends (PR = 4.81,95% CI = 2.41 - 9.60).

This study talk about of the factors associated with premarital sexual behavior of street children. This research is study quantitative by using cross sectional design. Samples from this study are street children aged 10-19 who are in the bina insani mandiri Depok foundation the many of 144 respondents with snow balling sampling techniques. Bivariate analysis using chi square test. There are 23,6 % of street children premarital sexual behavior is risk. This study investigated pre-marital sexual behavior and its associated factorsamong adolescent street children in Himmata Foundation with period ofDecember 2013. A quantitative research using cross-sectional design wasemployed in this study. The participants were 110 adolescent street children livingin Himmata Foundation. The chi square test and logistic regression predictionmodel was used for analyzing the data. Data analysis revealed that there were 33.6% of street children suffered from pre-marital sexual behavior. Factors associatedwith pre-marital sexual debut were assessed using bivariate and multivariatestatistical test. The results of bivariate statistical test showed significantcorrelation between gender, age, educational background, place of residence,employment status, puberty, and media exposure to pornography exposure amongchildren. The results of multivariate statistical tests described that the onset ofpuberty and reproductive health knowledge were the most dominant variableassociated with pre-marital sexual behavior among the children. The largest OR ofdata analysis was puberty 8.6 which means the puberty was affected by 8.6 timesagainst pre-marital sexual behavior among the respondents. From this research weknow the relation between the ten variables with premarital sexual behavior ofadolescence street children.
