Abstrak:
Identifikasi bahaya dan analisis risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan di lingkungan sekolah dasar merupakan salah upaya peningkatan derajat kesehatan serta keselamatan siswa, guru maupun karyawan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi bahaya serta menganalisis tingkat risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan yang ada pada kegiatan sekolah di 14 sekolah dasar yang ada di Kecamatan Beji, Kota Depok tahun 2018 menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif William T. Fine. Desain studi penelitian ini adalah cross sectional yang bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan studi observasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan 596 potensi bahaya dengan tingkat risiko berkisar dari tingkat acceptable hingga priority 1. Dengan proporsi temuan bahaya yaitu pada kegiatan olahraga sebesar 14%, berjalan dan bermain 21%, belajar di kelas 35%, belajar di perpustakaan 9%, menggunakan toilet 12%, menggunakan laboratorium 6% dan membeli makanan 3%. Tingkat risiko tertinggi merupakan tingkat priority 1 yang ditemukan pada kegiatan belajar di kelas dengan potensi bahaya atap runtuh serta kegiatan berjalan dan bermain dengan potensi bahaya terjatuh dari ketinggian. Sedangkan untuk tingkat risiko substantial, ditemukan di beberapa aktivitas seperti belajar di kelas dengan potensi bahaya pencahayaan yang kurang dan postur janggal serta pada kegiatan berjalan dan bermain yaitu permukaan licin dan laju kendaraan. Untuk itu diperlukan tindakan preventif dan promotif dalam rangka meminimalisasi risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan yang ada di sekolah dasar

Hazard identification and analysis of safety and health risks in primary schools is an effort to improve the health and safety of students, teachers and school employees. This study aimed to determine the potential hazards as well as to analyze the level of safety and health risks that exist in school activities within 14 primary schools in Beji Districk, Depok 2018 using semi-quantitative method William T. Fine. The design of this study was cross sectional with analytic descriptive and observational study. This study found 596 potential hazards with risk level ranged from acceptable to priority level 1. Proportion of hazard was 14% at sport facility, 21% at walking and playing, 35% at studying in classroom, 9% at studying in library, 12% at using toilet, 6% at work in laboratory and 3% at buying food. The highest risk (priority 1) was found in two activities, studying in classroom with potential hazard roof collapse, and walking and playing with potential hazard fall from height. The substantial level was found in various activity such studying in classroom with potential hazard inadequate lighting and awkward posture and walking and playing with potential hazard slippery surface and moving vehicles. Therefore, preventive and promotive action is needed in order to minimize safety and health risk in primary school.

Abstrak:
Penelitianini tentang health risk assessment pada kegiatan produksi yang dilakukan di area Stasiun Pengumpul A (SP A) dan Stasiun Pengumpul Utama B (SPUB) PT X tahun 2014. Penilaian risiko kesehatan dilakukan dengan dengan menganalisis nilai potensi dari bahaya yang ada (P), Frekuensi pajanan (F), Durasi (D), Risiko Awal (RA), Upaya Perlindungan (UP) dan Risiko Risidual (RR) untuk mengetahui level risiko kesehatan yang ada pada setiap kegiatan kerja. metode penelitian ini adalah semikuantitatif dengan melakukan observasi dan pengumpulan data. Hasil dari penilaian risiko menunjukkan bahwa pada kegiatan di area SP A yaitu pengukuran volume tangki di tangki produksi 7 (benzene, toluene, xylene, hexane, pasta gasoline), di tangki 4 dan 6 (pasta gasoline), pengoprasian pompa transfer, compressor (bising) memiliki risiko kesehatan tinggi. Sedangakn di area SPU B pajanan kebisingan pada pompa transfer memiliki risiko medium. Health risk assessment was conducted by analyzing the value potential of hazard (P), Frequency rate of exposure (F), Duration (D), level of risk (RA), Prevention means (UP) and Residual Risk (RR) from every job activity. This study is a semi quantitative method by observation and data collection. The result of this risk assessment indicated that in SP A activity, measuring the volume of tank in tank production 7 (benzene, toluene, xylene, hexane, gasoline pasta), in tank 4 and 6 (gasoline past), in transfer pump and compressor (noisy) has a high risk. While in the area SPU B noise exposure in transfer pump that have a medium risk.
