Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang gambaran secara umum tingkat risiko ergonomi dankeluhan subjektif muskuloskeletal yang dirasakan oleh pekerja pada pekerja DinasAircraft Support and Power Services PT GMF AeroAsia Unit Gas Turbine Repair andOverhaul. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif denganmenggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan metode Quick Exposure Checklist(QEC) dan Nordic Musculoskeletal Questtionaire (NMQ). Keluhan selama 12 bulanterakhir yang paling sering dialami pekerja Unit Gas Turbine Repair and Overhaul adalahleher (87%), bahu kanan (87%), punggung atas (67%), punggung bawah (60%), danpergelangan tangan kanan (67%) dengan variasi kategori risiko dari sedang hingga tinggi.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor risiko ergonomi terhadap timbulnya MSDs pada operator crane di area finishing PT. Jakarta Cakratunggal Steel Mills. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Quick Exposure Check dan pengisian Nordic Body Map untuk mengetahui keluhan subjektif MSDs pada pekerja. Berdasarkan penilaian menggunakan Quick Expossure Checklist (QEC) pada kegiatan kerja memiliki skor 66% sehingga masuk kedalam tingkat risiko sedang dan diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut serta dilakukan perubahan. Keseluruhan operator (100%) merasakan keluhan MSDs dengan keluhan yang paling banyak di alami adalah pada leher, bahu kiri, bahu kanan, paha kiri, paha kanan. Hal ini disebabkan posisi janggal yang disebabkan oleh aktivitas kerja sebagai operator crane dan faktor peralatan yang dipakai operator. Memperbaiki desain peralatan kerja yang sesuai dengan antropologi pekerja, pemberian informasi terkait ergonomi di tempat kerja dan sosialisasi dapat menjadi cara untuk mencegah tingginya risiko ergonomi pada pekerja operator crane area finishing.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas analisis faktor risiko ergonomi dan keluhan musculoskeletal disorder di PT X tahun 2016. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan disain cross sectional. Dari penilaian risiko ergonomi dengan mengunakan metode Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) didapatkan pekerjaan menggunakan komputer di office termasuk ke dalam level 3 atau risiko tinggi dan pekerjaan manual di workshop dan di warehouse termasuk ke dalam level 4 atau risiko sangat tinggi. Postur janggal yang terbentuk saat melakukan pekerjaan dipengaruhi oleh disain workstation dimana dari hasil pengukuran diketahui beberapa workstation pada masing-masing area kerja belum sesuai. Hasil survey Nordic Body Map (NBM) menunjukan sebanyak 88,4% responden memiliki keluhan MSDs dengan persentase area kerja yang mengalami keluhan tertinggi pada area warehouse 100%, area workshop 94,4%, dan area office 83,7%. Bagian tubuh yang paling banyak mengalami keluhan MSDs pada area office adalah pada bagian pinggang 48,8%, leher bagian atas 46,5%, bahu kanan 30,2%, dan bahu kiri 27,9%, pada area workshop adalah pada bagian pinggang 50%, leher atas 50%, punggung 38,8% dan pinggul 38,8%, dan pada area warehouse adalah pada bagian pinggang 50%, leher atas 50%, punggung 38,8% dan pinggul 38,8%. Disarankan adanya perbaikan disain workstation dan program edukasi kesehatan kerja terkait ergonomi.

Abstrak:
Pekerjaan manual handling memiliki angka tertinggi penyebab terjadinya kasus Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) pada tahun 2012. Oleh karena itu, penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor risiko manual handling pada pekerjaangkut barang di stasiun Pasar Senen Jakarta tahun 2014. Faktor risiko manualhandling antara lain faktor pekerjaan, karakteristik pekerja, lingkungan kerja, sertalayout tempat kerja tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectionaldengan besar sampel 61 pekerja. Metode yang digunakan berupa Quick ExposureChecklist (QEC) untuk menilai faktor risiko pekerjaan serta kuesioner Nordic BodyMap untuk mengetahui keluhan subjektif MSDs pada pekerja. Berdasarkan hasilpenilaian QEC diketahui bahwa aktivitas yang memiliki risiko paling tinggi adalahaktivitas menaikkan atau mengangkat barang ke bagasi dengan tingkat risiko 86%.Sebesar 97% responden mengalami keluhan MSDs. Bagian tubuh yang palingbanyak dikeluhkan adalah pada bagian pinggang, kaki, tangan, bahu dan punggung.Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pekerjaan manual handlingpada pekerja angkut barang memiliki tingkat risiko yang sangat tinggi dandibutuhkan investigasi dan perubahan segera mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujan untuk melihat gambaran risiko yang ada di tempat kerja terkait keluhan GOTRAK pegawai kasir Supermarket X Rawamangun dan Depok. Metode yang digunakan adalah RULA, QEC, NBM, dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tempat kerja perlu dilakukan investigasi dan perubahan, dan keluhan tertinggi berada pada bagian pinggang dan bahu kanan untuk di Depok, dan leher bagian bawah, bahu kiri dan kanan, dan pinggan di Rawamangun.

Abstrak:
Pembuatan tahu di Indonesia masih menggunakan cara tradisioal yang melibatkan banyak aktivitas manual handling yang meningkatkan risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat risiko dari faktor fisik menggunakan metode quick exposure check dan juga untuk mengetahui prevalensi keluhan muskuloskeletal pada sembilan bagian tubuh menggunakan Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire. Penilaian dilakukan terhadap 52 pekerja dari tiga UMKM yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi keluhan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja UMKM Tahu tradisional lebih tinggi dibanding UMKM Tahu Sutra. Dalam 12 bulan terakhir, keluhan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja UMKM Tahu tradisional paling banyak dirasakan pada bagian punggung bawah (94%), bahu kanan (78%) dan leher (61%) pada pekerja UMKM Tahu tradisional dan punggung bawah (81%), bahu kanan (63%) dan punggung atas (56%) pada pekerja UMKM Tahu sutra. Tingkat risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal pada aktivitas penggilingan, perebusan dan penyaringan lebih rendah ditemui pada UMKM tahu sutra (tinggi; sedang dan rendah) dibanding UMKM Tahu tradisional (sangat tinggi; tinggi dan sangat tinggi) dikarenakan beberapa penanganan beban secara manual sudah digantikan oleh mesin

Abstrak:
Pekerja Batik Tulis Madura berisiko terkena keluhan Musculoscelatal Disorders, Khususnya Low Back Pain (LBP). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk deteksi awal tingkat risiko ergonomi pada Pekerja Sentra Industri Batik Tulis Madura di Dusun Banyumas Desa Klampar Kecamatan Proppo Kabupaten Pamekasan Madura Jawa Timur Tahun 2014. Dari 12 pekerja, 11 pekerja mengalami keluhan nyeri di bagian leher atas dan bawah, punggung, pergelangan tangan kanan, 10 pekerja mengalami keluhan nyeri di bagian bahu kanan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian kualitatif dengan mengamati aktivitas pekerja penggambaran motif dan peletakan lilin, pewarnaan kain, pelukisan kain (labas), pelorotan, pencucian dan penjemuran, terindentifikasi pekerja memiliki hazard ergonomi, yaitu saat postur janggal, gerakan memutar, repetitive, dan postur kerja statis. Menggunakan metode REBA dan QEC, hasilnya mendapatkan aktivitas tingkat risiko sangat tinggi pada setiap proses pembuatan batik tulis Madura yaitu penggambaran motif dan peletakan lilin, pewarnaan, pelukisan (labas), pelorotan, pencucian, dan penjemuran. Tingkat risiko dapat diturunkan dengan upaya perbaikan pada peralatan kerja yaitu penyediaan alat kursi, penyangga kain, pengaturan tinggi tungku, drum, bak pewarnaan, dan bak pencucian. Perkembangan manusia mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat ketika manusia sudah menemukan mesin uap. Titik tersebut merupakan titik revolusiindustri bagi peradaban manusia. Revolusi industri membuat manusia semakin sering berinteraksi dengan mesin-mesin produksi untuk mempermuda dan mempercepat produksi industri. Namun dalam interaksi antara manusia, mesindan lingkungan tempat kerja terdapat berbagai risiko yang dapat menimbulkanpenyakit akibat kerja (PAK) ataupun kecelakaan bagi manusia. Salah satupenyakit akibat kerja yang kerap diderita oleh pekerja adalah penyakit yangberkaitan dengan otot serta rangka, atau lebih dikenal dengan MusculoskeletalDisorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pekerja produksi pemurnianperak PT Antam Persero Tbk UBPP Logam Mulia tahun 2014. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk melihat faktor risiko ergonomi dan gejala MSds yang dialamioleh pekerja di bagian produksi pemurnian perak. Metode penelitian ini adalahsemi kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Responden berjumlah 14 orangpekerja produksi yang berada di lokasi pemurnian perak. Tingkat risiko ergonomidinilai dengan menggunakan Quick expossure Checklist (QEC). Penilaianmenggunakan QEC mendapatkan hasil dalam 3 kategori yaitu kategori risikosedang, tinggi, dan sangat tinggi. Nordic Body Map (NBM) digunakan untuk mengetahui keluhan MSDs yang dirasakan pekerja dan didapatkan hasil 100%pekerja mengeluhkan mengalami gejala MSDs.Kata Kunci: QEC, Tingkat Risiko Ergonomi, Keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders(MSDs), Nordic Body Map (NBM), Pemurnian Perak.
