Abstrak:
Pekerja pengguna komputer di PT. X berisiko terkena keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kesesuaian peralatan kerja, tingkat risiko ergonomi melalui pengukuran postur kerja dan keluhan subjektif yang mengarah pada Cumulative Trauma Disorders. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Menggunakan Metode RULA dan Nordic Body Map, hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat ketidaksesuaian pada beberapa peralatan kerja. Sementara hasil penilaian tingkat risiko ergonomi menggunakan metode RULA pada 18 pekerja pengguna komputer yang diteliti dari 18 divisi yang ada menunjukkan risiko tinggi dan sangat tinggi dengan kisaran nilai RULA 6-7. Sedangkan hasil observasi pada keluhan subjektif yang mengarah pada Cumulative Trauma Disorders dari 153 responden yang di observasi menunjukkan 120 (78.43%) responden merasakan ada keluhan pegal/nyeri/sakit/tidak nyaman. Keluhan terbesar terjadi pada bagian pinggang (35.29%), leher bagian atas (33.98%), dan leher bagian bawah (33.33%). Disarankan untuk melakukan perbaikan pada peralatan kerja, melakukan peregangan setiap 2 jam sekali selama 1- 5 menit dan membuat media cetak untuk menambah informasi mengenai ergonomi perkantoran.

Abstrak:
Aktivitas mengemudi memiliki beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan berulang, postur janggal dan postur statis yang berpotensi terhadap MSDs. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran risiko ergonomi dan gangguan muskuloskeletal pada pengemudi bis kuning Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan bersifat deskriptif observatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sasaran penelitian merupakan seluruh pengemudi bis kuning sebanyak 10 orang untuk menilai risiko ergonomi dan keluhan MSDs. Tingkat risiko ergonomi menggunakan instrumen RULA sedangkan untuk keluhan subjektif menggunakan NBM. Berdasarkan hasil RULA, sebanyak 7 pengemudi harus di investigasi lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui risiko ergonomi, 3 dari 10 pengemudi perlu dilakukan perbaikan segera. Berdasarkan NBM, keluhan yang paling banyak dirasakan oleh pengemudi adalah sakit pada bahu kanan dan kiri sebanyak 6 orang (60%) pengemudi, diikuti oleh keluhan pada leher bagian atas sebanyak 5 orang (50%) serta pada lutut 5 orang (50%). Saran dari peneliti agar dilakukan upaya perbaikan baik dari segi rekayasa tempat kerja maupun dari segi administratif.

Pekerja kasir dilaporkan sering mengalami permasalahan punggung, pinggang, leher, bahu, dan tangan. Penelitian ini bertujan untuk melihat gambaran risiko yang ada di tempat kerja terkait keluhan GOTRAK pegawai kasir Supermarket X Rawamangun dan Depok. Metode yang digunakan adalah RULA, QEC, NBM, dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tempat kerja perlu dilakukan investigasi dan perubahan, dan keluhan tertinggi berada pada bagian pinggang dan bahu kanan untuk di Depok, dan leher bagian bawah, bahu kiri dan kanan, dan pinggan di Rawamangun.

Proses kerja di bagian Bagging Off memiliki risiko MSDs untuk pekerja.Penelitian ini menggambarkan tingkat risiko ergonomi yang berpotensimenyebabkan gangguan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja dan gambaran dari keluhansubjektif gangguan muskuloskeletal dari pekerja di PT. JAPFA ComfeedIndonesia Unit Tangerang. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional denganmenggunakan REBA dan RULA untuk menilai tingkat risiko ergonomi padasetiap tahap proses kerja dan Nordic Body Map (NBM) untuk mengetahui dimana keluhan pada pekerja. Berdasarkan penilaian REBA pada proses palletingbekerja menunjukkan tingkat risiko sangat tinggi, penilaian RULA pada prosespenjahitan menunjukkan tingkat risiko yang sangat tinggi dan penilaian REBApada proses pengantongan menunjukkan tingkat risiko tinggi dan tingkat risikosedang. Penilaian NBM menunjukkan ada 20 pekerja memiliki keluhan dipinggang, 8 pekerja mengeluh di bawah pinggang dan 7 pekerja memiliki keluhandi leher bagian atas dan bahu kanan. Tingkat risiko dapat dikurangi denganmenyediakan Pallet Adjustable Berdiri untuk proses kerja palleting, mendesainulang tempat kerja pada proses penjahitan dan memberikan kursi yang cocokuntuk pekerja pada proses pengantongan. Selain itu, pekerja harus meregangkanotot sebelum bekerja, di tengah-tengah bekerja dan setelah bekerja, dan kemudianbekerja dengan postur tubuh yang benar.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor risiko dan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders dari pekerja pengguna komputer di Pusdiklat BPS tahun 2014. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Dari penilaian Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) didapatkan risiko tinggi dengan skor range 5 hingga 7. Dari sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 40 orang, sebanyak 37 orang memiliki keluhan MSDs, dengan keluhan terbanyak pada leher bagian atas 27 orang (67,5%), leher bagian bawah 24 orang (60%), punggung 26 orang (65%), dan pinggang 21 orang (52,5%). Disarankan adanya program edukasi kesehatan kerja perihal bekerja dengan komputer yang benar, perbaikan desain workstation, dan perlunya istirahat setiap ≤2 jam sekali dari bekerja menggunakan komputer.
