Pengembangan teknologi saat ini menjadikan telehealth turut berkontribusi pada inovasi pelatihan, edukasi, pendampingan, dan kolaborasi jarak jauh bagi tenaga kesehatan, salah satunya berupa teknologi telementoring. Telementoring (pendampingan jarak jauh) sudah banyak digunakan sebagai sarana pendampingan antara mentor dan mentee, yang berhasil mengatasi kendala geografis, keterbatasan waktu, tenaga, serta dapat meminimalisir biaya perjalanan (travelling). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan telementoring Puskesmas di Kabupaten Bogor untuk kemudian dikembangkan sebuah prototipe sistem telementoring sebagai wujud sebuah inovasi pendampingan antara Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bogor dan Puskesmas dan mengatasi masalah keterbatasan SDM Kesehatan di Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan prototipe telementoring adalah User Centered Design (UCD) yang berfokus pada kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Puskesmas Kabupaten Bogor dan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bogor membutuhkan telementoring sebagai sebuah tools pendampingan untuk meningkatkan interaksi, motivasi, edukasi, dan penguatan institusi Puskesmas, terutama pada Puskesmas yang memiliki jumlah tenaga kesehatan terbatas dan memiliki [encapaian program yang lemah. Dari hasil analisis kebutuhan juga diperoleh adanya peluang pengembangan fitur telementoring untuk mendukung penguatan Puskesmas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, disusun suatu rancangan fitur telementoring berbasis web berbasis pada pengguna untuk Puskesmas di Kabupaten Bogor. Current technology development makes telehealth contribute to the innovation of training, education, mentoring, and long-distance collaboration for for health workers, telementong is kind of telehealth technology. Telementoring has been widely used as a mentoring facility between mentor and mentee, which is successfully overcome geographical constraints, limited time, energy, and so can minimize travel cost. This research aims to analyze the need of development of telementoring system for Puskesmas in Bogor Regency, then develop a prototype of telementoring system as a kind of innovation assistance between Bogor District Health Office and Puskesmas. Telementoring is expected to toovercome the limitations of health human resources in Bogor Regency and geographical constraints. The method used in the development of a telementoring prototype is User Centered Design (UCD), that focuses on user needs. The result of the research shows that Puskesmas in Bogor Regency and Bogor District Health Office require telementoring as an advisory tool to improve interaction, motivation, education for strengthening of Puskesmas institutionm especially for Puskesmas which have limited number of health personnel and have weak program attainment. From the result of requirement analysis also obtained the existence of opportunity for development telementoring system to support the strengthening Puskesmas. Based on this, a web based telementoring system based on user designed for Puskesmas in Bogor District was developed. Keywords : telehealth, design, prototype, telementoring, Puskesmas, UCD.
Healthcare workers become the most important thing in the success ability of the health system, which the last aim is to improve community health and wellbeing. So that, maintaining the health of its workforce is so important to maintain the quality and performance of the healthcare workers. Hospital is one of the workplace with the highest risk of diseases occurrence among its workers. Occupational Health Service is a program to maintain the health and safety of workers in hospital. Public Hospital of Nganjuk is one of the referral hospital in the COVID-19 pandemic, making the risks of its workers higher. Unfortunately, the Occupational Health Service which was expected to be well implemented, still had some shortcoming in the terms of data documentations, monitoring, and review which could not be well integrated, less consistent, and not efficient. Information systems can handle these problems well. So that, it was proposed a development of Occupational Health Service Information System (SIPEKA) based on web-mobile. The development using prototyping methodology. In the initial stage of development, user requirement analysis was done with stakeholder analysis and in-depth interview to 12 (twelve) staff of Public Hospital of Nganjuk, and documents review. Based on that, the software prototype was made. From the research, resulted that SIPEKA development has great opportunity to be implemented in the next stage because of the stakeholders support was good enough. But, to be on the next development stage (implementation), coordination with the IT staff and more feedback from the Public Hospital is needed
Recapitulation process data manually on information systems school healthprogram in the City of Bogor takes a long data analysis and often lead to errorsexisting data variable calculation. This study aims to design managementinformation systems application for school health program is able to produce theinformation in accordance with the essential requirements at the institutional level.This study is a qualitative research method using a RAD (Rapid ApplicationDevelopment) which includes the stages of planning needs, design the user, andconstruction. This research resulted in a web-based prototype application ofmanagement information systems for school health program to integrated of inschool level up to the level of Bogor City Health Department. The design of theapplication management information systems can help implementers users ofschool health program in Bogor to doing data input, data processing, and datapresentation so that the expected inforward disitribution able to improve theaccuracy and timeliness of reporting.Keywords: Designing, Management Information Systems, School Health Program
