The City Hall Building of DKI Jakarta Province as a symbol of the Regional Government of DKI Jakarta Province has increasingly complex buildings in terms of intensity, technology, and infrastructure and facilities. The threat of fire hazard can lead to major disasters with severe consequences, both for the safety of life and property, which will directly hinder the smooth running of development, especially in DKI Jakarta Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to prevent and overcome fire hazards in the City Hall Building of DKI Jakarta Province by analyzing the reliability of fire protection systems and life-saving facilities in the City Hall Buliding of DKI Jakarta Province. This research is a descriptive study with qualitative methods, where to obtain the required data is direct observation in the field. The results of observations made by researchers are entered into the Building Safety System (NKSKB) Reliability Value by using the SNI Pd-T-11-2005-C Building Fire Safety Reference Guidelines to obtain information on the level of reliability of the building. The results of this study DKI Jakarta Province City Hall building has a level of building reliability with a value of 87.6%, namely Good classification.
This study discusses the implementation and analysis of active and passive fire protection systems and means of egress at the Jakarta International Stadium in 2022. This study uses a descriptive analytic research design using a semi-quantitative method. Based on the results of the study, the overall level of conformity of the implementation showed a value of 77.79% in the Existing result and was categorized as "Enough (C)". In addition, the score on the Projecting Result was 84.65% which was categorized as "Good (B)". These results indicate that the existing implementation is considered capable of maintaining building construction during a fire, providing defense to the building to prevent the spread of fire and smoke, detecting, informing, and extinguishing fires, and being able to provide means and egress routes and minimize obstacles that can impact the total evacuation time of occupants until they reach the release exit and assembly point.
The office sector located in high-rise buildings has the potential for significant fire hazards and risks. This study focuses on the analysis of active protection systems, passive protection systems, means of escape, and fire safety management at PT XYZ Head Office. The research design uses an observational study with a semi-quantitative approach. Data collecting is gathered through direct observation, interviews, document review, and using the checklist sheet instrument. Data analysis is performed by comparing the actual conditions with Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 26/PRT/M/2008, Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 48 Tahun 2016, Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 20 Tahun 2009, and Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). According to the results of the study, the active fire protection system obtained a percentage level of conformity of 85,2% with good criteria, the passive fire protection system obtained a percentage level of conformity of 66,6% with sufficient criteria, means of escape obtained a percentage level of conformity of 91,5% with good criteria, and fire safety management obtained the percentage of conformity level of 91,8% with good criteria. In general, the elements of fire protection systems and fire safety management at PT XYZ Head Office have complied with regulations and standards with an average percentage of 83,7%.

This study discusses about implementation of fire protection system, means of escape, and fire management at X Hospital. The design of this study is a qualitative study with observative research method. The object of this study is active fire protection system facilities, passive protection system facilities, means of escape facilities, and fire management at X Hospital. Data collection is obtained by observation, interviews, and document review, also this study use an instrument in the form of checklist. Data analysis is perform by comparing actual condition with applicable standards and regulations. The standards and regulations used in this study is NFPA and Pedoman Teknis Di Bidang Bangunan dan Sarana Rumah Sakit, Ministry of Health Republic Indonesia 2012. The final result of this data are precentage of standards compliance and assessment categoreis according to Reasearch and Development Agency of Public Works Department. Based on the result of the study, active fire protection system has a precentage value of 53% fulfillment rate with deficient category, passive fire protection system has a precentage value of 42% fulfillment rate with deficient category, means of escape has a precentage value of 66,7% fulfillment rate with fairly good category, and fire management has a precentage value of 81% fulfillment rate with good category.

The purpose of this research is to know the compliance of of prevention and control of fire at Mina Bahari III Building Minstry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in 2012 to standard.

This study discusses about the analysis of fire protection systems, means of escapefacilities, and fire management in Hajj X Building. The design of this study is adescriptive analytic with qualitative approach. The objects of this study are active andpassive fire protection systems, means of escape facilities, and fire management in D3Hajj X Building. Data collection is obtained by observation, interviews and documentreview, and using instruments in the form of checklist. Data analysis is performed bycomparing the actual conditions with NFPA, Permen PU No. 26 tahun 2008, Permen PUNo 20 tahun 2009, and Perda DKI Jakarta No 8 tahun 2008 standards. The final result ofthe data is a percentage of the level of compliance with the applicable standards andregulations. The final results showed an average of 34,2% fulfillment of the fire protectionsystem, means of escape facilities, and fire management in the D3 Hajj X Building. Thisshows that the D3 Hajj X Building has not met the requirements in applicable standards.
