Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 34,4% remaja memiliki perilaku seksual pranikah dengan risiko tinggi yang diantaranya sekitar 33,9% telah melakukan cium bibir, 16,1% cium leher sampai dada, 13,3% meraba area sensitif, 7,2% menempelkan alat kelamin, dan 5,6% melakukan hubungan seksual. Variabel yang paling dominan adalah peran teman sebaya, dimana remaja yang memiliki peran teman sebaya tinggi memiliki peluang 4,6 kali lebih tinggi untuk melakukan perilaku seks pranikah berisiko tinggi dibandingkan dengan responden yang memiliki peran teman sebaya rendah setelah dikontrol variabel pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterpaparan media pornografi.

This research was conducted by using quantitative method and data analysis was based on cross sectional design. The location of this research was is Senior High School in Jatiasih Bekasi with 180 samples that was selected through simple random sampling. The objectives of this study were to find out the relationship between the determinants with the premarital sexual behavior of adolescents and to find out the dominant variable of premarital sexual behavior of adolescents.
The results showed that 34,4% of adolescents had high risk premarital sexual behavior, of which about 33,9% had kissed the lips, 16,1% kissed the neck to the chest, 13,3% touched sensitive area, 7,2% had petting, and 5,6% had sexual intercourse. The most dominant variable is the role of peer group, where adolescents with high role of peer group have 4.6 times higher for having high risk premarital sexual behavior than adolescents who have low role of peer group after controlled by variables of knowledge, attitude, and exposure of pornographic media .

The large number of adolescent populations will certainly bring consequences on various social and reproductive health issues of adolescents including adolescent sexual behavior issues. This thesis aims to know the description of premarital sexual behavior and factors related to premarital sexual behavior in students of SMKN X Year 2018. This study used a cross-sectional study design using primary data on 158 adolescents in SMKN X Year 2018. The results show that the proportion of risky sexual behavior in adolescent SMKN X is 22,8% with the most respondent's gender is male 50.6%, respondents with low knowledge of 76.6%, adolescent with positive attitude 58.2%, adolescent with working parents 84.2%, adolescent with enough pocket money 50.6%, adolescents who consider peers do not contribute to sexual behavior as much as 51.3%, and adolescents exposed to pornography as much as 93%. Based on bivariate analysis, it can be seen from factors that have significant relationship with teen sexual behavior is gender (p Value = 0.045, PR = 2.36, 95% CI = 11.1-5.14), and peer role (p Value = 0.03 ; PR = 3.62; 95% CI = 3.62 (1.6-8.1).

In the 2017 IDHS study, prevalence of male adolescents who had premarital sexual relationships in Indonesia in 2017 was 8%, while based on the 2003 IDHS only 4,9% the prevalence of male adolescents who had premarital sexual relations. This has increased from the previous year’s data. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between attitudes toward premarital sex with premarital sexual practices in young men in Indonesia by analyzing IDHS 2017 data. Design of this research used cross sectional study, sample wich suitable from inclusion and exclusion criteria was 10.849 respondens. The results showed the proportion of male adolescents who engage in premarital sexual practices is 8,4%. The multivariate results of attitude towards premarital sex with premarital sexual practices have a p-value 0,001 with a POR 17,618 (95% CI 13,707-22,645), this means that male adolescent who have an agreed attitude towards premarital sex have an 18 times risk of having premarital sex compared to male adolescent who have disagreeing attitude towards premarital sex.
Premarital sexual behavior in female adolescent is a problematic behavior that can affect negative impact on health. Female adolescent is a risk group if they get pregnant at young age. The percentage of premarital sexual behavior among female adolescents in both rural and urban areas has increased. This study aims to determine the factors associated with premarital sexual behavior among female adolescent adolescent in rural and urban areas. This research used secondary data from Indonesian Demographic Health Survey (IDHS) 2017 with cross-sectional design. The population in this study were unmarried female adolescent aged 15-24 years. Based on the results of multiple logistic regression, age, alcohol consumption, drug consumption, attitudes towards premarital sexual behavior, knowledge of reproductive health, and peer influence are related to premarital sexual behavior of adolescent girls in urban areas. Meanwhile, factors related to premarital sexual behavior of teenage girls in rural areas are age, education, economic status, attitudes towards premarital sexual behavior, exposure to mass media, smoking behavior, alcohol consumption, dating experience, and reproductive health communication with health workers. The attitude variable towards premarital sexual behavior is the most dominant factor associated with the premarital sexual behavior of female adolescents in urban and rural areas
Adolescence is an advanced phase from childhood before heading to adulthood with growth and development in biological, cognitive, psychosocial, and emotional aspects. Within the phase, adolescents have a high curiosity to try or explore new things, including risky sexual behavior in adolescents. Therefore, based on the IDHS report of 2017 on Adolescent Reproductive Health (KRR) that male and female adolescents tried to have premarital sex for the first time at the age of 15-19 years with a percentage of 8 percent for men and 2 percent for women. This study aims to determine the relationship between reproductive health education that received for the first time at school to the premarital sexual behavior of male adolescents aged 15-19 years in Indonesia. The data used in this study is IDHS data for the 2017 KRR with a total sample of 7.345 adolescents who have been adjusted by both of the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study. This study used a cross sectional study design. The results of this study are there were 6,966 (94.8%) teenage boys aged 15-19 years who had premarital sexual intercourse, while only 379 (5.2%) teenagers who had not. Based on bivariate analysis, It was found that the variables of reproductive health education about the human reproductive system (p=0.000), family planning (p=0.000) and HIV/AIDS (p=0.002) had a significant relationship with adolescent premarital sexual behavior. In addition, variables related to adolescent premarital sexual behavior are communication with teachers (p = 0.004) and education level (p = 0.000 and 0.008). While the variable of residence did not have a significant correlation (p = 0.095).
Hasil penelitian multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistikmenunjukkan bahwa umur, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, status ekonomi keluarga,daerah tempat, sikap terhadap hubungan seksual pranikah, pengaruh teman, pengalamankonsumsi alkohol, perilaku pacaran berisiko, dan perilaku merokok berhubungansignifikan dengan perilaku hubungan seksual pranikah pada remaja di Indonesia. Faktorpaling dominan adalah perilaku pacaran berisiko, yaitu dengan nilai p = 0,000 dan aOR= 27,236 (95% CI: 19,979-37,129).
