Lembar persetujuan tindakan medis (informed consent) adalah lembar tertulis yang menjelaskan tindakan medis yang akan dilakukan kepada pasien. Terdapat kolom dari informed consent yang ditulis oleh dokter sebelum melakukan tindakan bedah setelah didapatkan persetujuan dari pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit TNI AK MArinir Cilandak yang merupakan salah satu rumah sakit rujukan TNI AL dibawah komando Korps Marinir yang siap memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terutama bagi anggota Marinir yang memiliki kerentanan mengalami resiko dalam berlatih dan bertugas. Kelengkapan informed consent merupakan adalah bukti tersampaikannya informasi oleh dokter kepada pasien mengenai kondisi penyakit dan tindakan yang akan dilakukan untuk menghindari adanya kesalah pahaman antara pasien dan dokter. Kesinambungan untuk mendapatkan kepercayaan dari pasien yang didapat dari interaksi yaitu dalam bentuk perilaku profesional. Perilaku profesional ditinjau dari empat aspek yaitu komunikasi, humanism, hukum etik, dan pengetahuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui aspek perilaku profesional dalam kelengkapan informed consent pada tindakan bedah di Rumah Sakit TNI AL Marinir Cilandak (informed consent). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui telaah dokumen dan wawancara mendalam Informan berjumlah 4 orang dokter spesialis bedah di Rumah Sakit TNI AL Marinir Cilandak. Hasil dari telaah dokumen informed consent sebanyak 89 ditemukan bahwa kelengkapan berjumlah 40%. Rumah Sakit TNI AL Marinir Cilandak telah memiliki aturan mengenai pengisian informed consent. Masih diperlukan tindak lanjut untuk dapat meningkatkan kelengkapan kolom informed consent yaitu monitoring dan evaluasi mengenai kelengkapan informed consent. An informed consent form is a written sheet that describes the medical action to be taken to the patient. There is a column of informed consent written by the doctor before performing the surgery after obtaining consent from the patient. This research was conducted at the TNI AK Marine Hospital Cilandak, which is one of the Navy referral hospitals under the command of the Marine Corps which is ready to provide health services, especially for Marines who are vulnerable to risk in training and duty. Completeness of informed consent is evidence that the doctor conveys information to the patient regarding the condition of the disease and the actions to be taken to avoid misunderstandings between the patient and the doctor. Continuity to gain the trust of patients obtained from the interaction is in the form of professional behavior. Professional behavior is viewed from four aspects, namely communication, humanism, ethical law, and knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine aspects of professional behavior in the completeness of informed consent for surgery at the TNI AL Marine Hospital Cilandak (informed consent). The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This research was conducted through document review and in-depth interviews. Informants totaled 4 surgeons at the TNI AL Marine Hospital in Cilandak. The results of a review of 89 informed consent documents found that the completeness was 40%. The TNI AL Marine Hospital Cilandak already has rules regarding filling out informed consent. Follow-up is still needed to improve the completeness of the informed consent column, namely monitoring and evaluation of the completeness of informed consent . Abstrak:
ABSTRAK Kepesertaan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) sesuai peta jalan (roadmap) menuju jaminan kesehatan semesta / Universal Health Coverage (UHC) di tahun 2019, seluruh penduduk menjadi peserta Jaminan Kesehatan. Untuk itu Rumkital Dr. Mintohardjo harus selalu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu karena jumlah pasien BPJS Kesehatan yang di rawat inap semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Analisis biaya merupakan tindakan strategis yang sangat perlu dilakukan karena saat ini rumah sakit telah menjadi suatu lembaga sosial-ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya satuan tindakan bedah appendiktomi di kamar operasi Rumkital Dr. Mintohardjo tahun 2017 dengan menghitung biaya langsung dan tidak langsung. Penelitian ini merupakan operational research yang bersifat deskriptif, melakukan analisis biaya satuan tindakan appendiktomi di kamar operasi tahun 2017. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode distribusi sederhana. Hasil penelitian yaitu biaya investasi tindakan appendiktomi sebesar Rp 26.280.456,- atau 5,2% dari biaya total tindakan appendiktomi. Biaya operasional merupakan biaya yang paling besar dibandingkan dengan biaya investasi dan biaya pemeliharaan yaitu sebesar Rp 420.142.348,- atau 83,7% dari biaya total tindakan appendiktomi dan biaya pemeliharaan sebesar Rp 1.992.830,- atau 0,4%, Alokasi biaya unit penunjang untuk tindakan appendiktomi sebesar Rp 52.313.904,- atau 10,4% dan alokasi biaya tidak langsung lainnya sebesar Rp 1.430.090,- atau 0,3%. Total biaya tindakan appendiktomi sebesar Rp 502.159.628,- Biaya satuan aktual tindakan appendiktomi sebesar Rp 3.025.058,-. Cost Recovery Rate (CRR) sebesar 109,07%. Perhitungan biaya satuan merupakan strategi awal dari setiap perhitungan tarif pelayanan. This research is a descriptive operational research, analyzes the unit cost of appendectomy in the operating room in 2017. The analytical method used is a simple distribution method. The results of the study are the investment costs of appendectomy is Rp. 26,280,456, or 5.2% of the total cost of appendectomy. Operational costs are the biggest costs compared to investment costs and maintenance costs, which amounted to Rp 420,142,348, or 83.7% of the total cost of appendectomy and maintenance costs is Rp 1,992,830, - or 0.4%, cost allocation supporting units for appendectomy is Rp. 52,313,904, - or 10.4% and allocation of other indirect costs amounting to Rp 1,430,090, - or 0.3%. Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas kelengkapan pengisian informed consent tindakan bedah di RS X tahun 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar dapat mengetahui gambaran kelengkapan pengisian informed consent tindakan bedah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pengisian kuesioner dan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen formulir informed consent menggunakan daftar tilik serta menggunakan data sekunder. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan sebanyak 56,9% dari total formulir yang diamati telah diisi secara lengkap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belum adanya Standar Prosedur Operasional dan Kriteria tentang kelengkapan pengisian formulir informed consent tindakan bedah. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan tidak lengkapnya pengisian formulir informed consent tindakan bedah di RS X.
