Abstrak: Fatigue diakui sebagai risiko utama yang membahayakan keselamatan dalam dunia penerbangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan pada petugas Tower Control ATC di Jakarta ATS Center, Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Faktor yang diteliti yaitu faktor risiko terkait pekerjaan (shift kerja dan durasi kerja) dan faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan (usia, jenis kelamin, status gizi, kuantitas tidur, dan waktu tempuh perjalanan) terhadap kelelahan. Checklist Individual Strength-20 (CIS-20) digunakan untuk mengukur kelelahan secara subjektif. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif observasional dengan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Hasil penelitian diketahui sebanyak 56,5% petugas Tower Control mengalami kelelahan. Namun, dari keseluruhan variabel tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik terhadap kelelahan.

Fatigue is recognized as a major risk that endanger the safety of aviation world. This study aims to determine risk factors associated with fatigue on Aerodrome Controllers in Jakarta ATS Center, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Factors studied were work-related factors (shift work and duration of work) and non-workrelated factors (age, sex, nutritional status, sleep quantity, and commuting time) to fatigue. Checklist Individual Strength-20 (CIS-20) was used to measure fatigue subjectively. This research is a quantitative observational study using cross sectional design. The results of the study known as much as 56,5% of Aerodrome Controllers experiencing fatigue. However, there is no significant relationship to fatigue found from all of the variables statistically in this study.

Abstrak:

Drug users in Indonesia are threatened by many health and social challenges of which HIV, HBV and HCV are dominant and hence the utilization of health services is vital for them. This study was aimed to determine the individual factors that influence the health service utilization among drug users in west Java (Bandung), Indonesia. We used secondary data from the National Drug Survey Indonesia 2008, with a sample size of 130 drug users. The individual determinant of health service utilization were studied in three categories, predisposing, enabling and need factors we found that living with parents, drug overdose, respiratory and miscellaneous symptoms were significantly associated with health service utilization. Those living with parents were more likely to use health services than those living with others. Those who had Digestive and Miscellaneous symptoms and did not experience drug overdose were also more likely to use health service utilization. We did not find any association among the predisposing factors and health service utilization among drug users.
