Abstrak:
Bahaya psikososial merupakan stresor di tempat kerja yang dilihat dari aspek context of work dan content of work dan berpotensi untuk menimbulkan stres kerja. Aspek dari context of work yang dianggap sebagai suatu bahaya yang dapat menyebabkan stres kerja mencakup budaya dan fungsi oganisasi, peran dalam organisasi, pengembangan karir, kontrol/pengambilan keputusan, hubungan interpersonal serta hubungan rumah-pekerjaan. Sedangkan, aspek content of work mencakup lingkungan dan peralatan kerja, desain tugas, beban kerja serta jadwal kerja. Dalam skripsi ini, penulis membahas persepsi bahaya psikososial pada karyawan Departemen Assembling Line PT NGK Busi Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian survei yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi terhadap bahaya psikososial lebih dominan ke arah persepsi karyawan yang melihat pekerjaannya sehari-hari tidak membuatnya merasa terbebani, baik itu dari aspek context of work maupun content of work. Walaupun demikian, karyawan menganggap aspek content of work lebih membebani daripada context of work. Salah satu content of work yang menjadi stresor bagi karyawan, yaitu lingkungan dan peralatan kerja di mana karyawan merasa perlu diperbaikinya lingkungan kerja terutama suhu panas di pabrik. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya perbaikan lingkungan kerja dan meningkatkan training terutama yang berkaitan dengan heat stress maupun tentang manajemen stres dan waktu untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan.

In this thesis, the author discusses the perceptions of psychosocial hazards on employees Department of Assembly Line PT NGK Busi Indonesia. Research methods used in this research, namely the descriptive survey research that used quantitative approach. The results showed perceptions of psychosocial hazards are more dominant over the perception of employees who see their work in everyday doesn't make it feel burdened, be it from the aspect of the context of work and the content of work. However, the employee considers aspects of the content of work is more burdensome than the context of work. One of the content of work that become stressors for employees, the environment and equipment in the workplace where employees feel need to be repaired, especially the working environment in the factory hot temperatures. Therefore, the need for improvement of the working environment and improve training, especially with regard to heat stress and on stress management and time to improve the safety and health of employees.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas faktor-faktor yang behubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru honorer SMA di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semi-kuantitiatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional (survey deskriptif). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proporsi tingkat stres kerja pada guru honorer SMA di Jakarta Timur dengan responden 110 orang guru honorer adalah 37.7% guru honorer mengalami stres ringan, 36.4% mengalami stres sedang, dan 26.4% mengalami stres berat. Selain itu, dari 8 variabel faktor stres kerja (context to work dan content to work) terdapat 7 variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja yaitu dari faktor context to work, gaji, hubungan interpersonal, peran dalam organisasi, keleluasaan dalam kontrol/pengambilan keputusan, dan faktor content to work yaitu beban kerja, jadwal kerja, dan desain kerja. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan sebagian besar faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja bersumber dari faktor content to work.
This paper examines factors regarding stress at work on temporary high school teacher in East Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional research design. The result of this study shows that the proportion of work stress on temporary high school teacher in East Jakarta with 110 respondents of temporary teacher are 37.7% having mild stress, 36.4% having moderate stress, and 26.4% having severe stress. Besides, from 8 variable factors of work stress (context to work and content of work) there are 7 variables related to work stress which is from context to work factor, salary, interpersonal relationship, role in organization, decision latitude/control. and content to work factor which is workload/workpace, task design, and work schedule. From the result of the study concluded that most of the factor related to stress at work derived from content to work factor.

Skripsi ini membahas gambaran faktor psikososial pada pekerja di PT X tahun 2023 yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai faktor psikososial yang mencakup konten dan konteks pekerjaan, mengingat belum adanya upaya manajemen risiko psikososial di PT X sebagai perusahaan konsultan lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 39 pekerja di PT X selama bulan Juni 2023. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi deskriptif dengan metode campuran (mix method) yang mencakup pengisian kuesioner dan pelaksanaan wawancara mendalam yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 variabel karakteristik yang diteliti, seluruhnya berada pada kateogori baik yang dibuktikan dengan nilai mean >3,50. Karakteristik yang dipersepsikan paling baik adalah hubungan interpersonal di tempat kerja (5,14), sedangkan karakteristik yang memerlukan perhatian khusus—meskipun masih ada pada kategori baik—yaitu pengembangan karir (3,62), beban dan kecepatan kerja (3,91), dan jadwal kerja (4,00). Selain itu, berbagai upaya pengendalian psikososial juga sudah terimplementasi di PT X, tetapi perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut agar bisa lebih sistematis sesuai dengan model manajemen risiko psikososial di tempat kerja.
This thesis discusses the description of psychosocial factors among workers at PT X in the year 2023, aiming to obtain understanding of the psychosocial factors encompassing content of work and context to work, given the absence of psychosocial risk management efforts at PT X as environmental consultant firm. The research was conducted among 39 workers at PT X during the month of June 2023. The study design employed was a descriptive study with a mixed-method approach, involving the administration of questionnaires and conducting in-depth interviews, which were subsequently analyzed using univariate analysis. The research findings indicate that out of the 10 characteristic variables studied, all of them fall within the good category, as evidenced by mean scores >3.50. The characteristic perceived most positively is interpersonal relationships in the workplace (5.14), while characteristics that require special attention—even though still in the good category—are career development (3.62), workload and work pace (3.91), as well as work schedule (4.00). Additionally, various psychosocial control measures have been implemented at PT X, but further development is needed to make them more systematic in accordance with the psychosocial risk management model in the workplace.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini adalah tentang gejala stres kerja dan bahaya psikososial pada pekerja kontraktor proyek repairing tanki 31T5 yang berlokasi di PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit IV Cilacap. Gejala stres kerja diukur menggunakan kuesioner dan ceklist mengenai keluhan-keluhan baik gejala fisik, emosi, dan perilaku yang merupakan gejala-gejala stres kerja. Sedangkan bahaya psikososial diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara mengenai persepsi responden terhadap Context to Work dan Content of Work di tempat kerja. Metode penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan melalukan observasi/wawancara, checklist dan kuesioner untuk pengukuran gejala stres kerja dan bahaya psikososial. Hasil dari pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa adanya keluhan gejala fisik pada responden sebesar 40%, yaitu keluhan sakit kepala, gangguan tidur, dan kaku otot. Sedangkan responden tidak menunjukkan persepsi yang diduga buruk terhadap aspek Context to Work dan Content of Work.
