ABSTRAK Nama : Ida Ayu Eka Tirta Arini Program Studi : Kajian Administrasi Rumah Sakit Judul : Kelengkapan Pengisian Informed Consent Pada Pasien Operasi di Rumah Sakit Risa Sentra Medika Mataram Tahun 2016 Tesis ini membahas tentang kelengkapan pengisian informed consent pada pasien operasi di Rumah Sakit Risa Sentra Medika tahun 2016 dan faktor – faktor yang berhubungan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan Cross Sectional Study. Sampel diambil secara acak, yaitu 235 lembar informed consent pada rekam medis pasien operasi bulan Januari hingga Desember 2016 di Rumah Sakit Risa Sentra Medika serta pengisian kuisioner oleh 10 orang dokter spesialis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata – rata pengisian lembar informed consent pada pasien operasi di Rumah Sakit Risa Sentra Medika tahun 2016 adalah 21 item terisi atau sebesar 61% dan bagian yang paling banyak tidak terisi adalah bagian pemberian informasi yaitu sebesar rata – rata 7 item terisi (41%). Bagian informasi yang paling jarang diberikan adalah informasi tentang alternatif tindakan, yaitu hanya sebanyak 51 lembar dari 235 lembar informed consent yang didata (21,7%). Berdasarkan uji korelasi Spearman Rank, faktor yang memiliki hubungan dengan kelengkapan pengisian informed consent tersebut adalah faktor motivasi dan jenis tindakan operasi. Hal yang dapat disarankan adalah melakukan penyegaran pengetahuan tentang informed consent dan komunikasi efektif kepada dokter spesialis; lembar informed consent juga perlu dikaji ulang agar sesuai aturan identifikasi pasien. ABSTRACT Name : Ida Ayu Eka Tirta Arini Study Program : Master of Hospital Administration Title : The Completeness of Informed Consent Sheets In Surgery Patients at Risa Sentra Medika Hospital Mataram in 2016 This thesis discusses the completeness of informed consent in surgery patients at Risa Sentra Medika Hospital in 2016 and related factors. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional study design. Samples were taken at random, ie 235 informed consent sheets in medical records of surgery patients from January to December 2016 at Risa Sentra Medika Hospital and filled out questionnaires by 10 specialist doctors. The results showed that the average of filling of informed consent sheet in operation patients at Risa Sentra Medika Hospital in 2016 was 21 items filled or 61% and the most unfilled part was the information giving section which was 7 items in average ( 41%). The most rarely informed section of information is information on alternative actions, ie only 51 sheets of 235 informed consent sheets (21.7%). Based on Spearman Rank correlation test, factors that are related to the completeness of the filling of informed consent are motivational factors and types of surgical measures. It may be suggested to refresh knowledge of informed consent and effective communication to a specialist; the informed consent sheet also needs to be reviewed to fit the patient identification rules. Performance management system is a systematic process that has a verywide field of an organization including input, process, output andoutcomes to achieve organizational goals. Specialists are the major ofhuman resource in hospital. This study aims to determine theimplementation of performance management system analytics of specialistat Dr.Kariadi Hospital Semarang. This study is descriptive qualitativeresearch design. The results of this study consist of input include planning,recruitment, credentials, training, development, reward, guidance ofmedical care and complete infrastructure is already running. Workprograms and targets have not been running.Process; adherence toguidance of medical yet either. Output; measurement, performanceevaluation and feedback mechanism are not running well. Conclusion; theimplementation of performance management systems of specialists atDr.Kariadi Hospital have not been integrated and sustainable.Thesuggestion is to organize performance management system of specialistscorrectly and consistently at Dr.Kariadi Hospital.Key WordPerformance management, System, Specialist
Kepatuhan adalah sikap mentaati peraturan dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan tanpa pamrih. Rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan dokter spesialis terhadap kebijakan dan aturan di rumah sakit penting untuk segera ditangani oleh manajemen. Tujuan penelitian obsevasional ini, dengan pendekatan rancangan penelitian cross sectional, adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan dokter spesialis terhadap kebijakan dan aturan di RS Hermina Daan Mogot.
Populasi penelitian: seluruh dokter spesialis di RS Hermina Daan Mogot. Analisis statistik yang digunakan: analisis bivariat dengan uji Chi Squre. Uji statistik Chi Square menghasilkan variabel yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan kepatuhan dokter spesialis yaitu p-value ≤ 0,05 adalah motivasi (p-value = 0,043). Dari analisis diperoleh pula nilai OR=2,4, artinya dokter yang motivasinya lebih mempunyai peluang 2,4 kali lebih baik dalam kepatuhan dibanding dokter yang motivasinya kurang. Perlu upaya mempertahankan motivasi kerja para dokter agar tetap di level yang tinggi, sehingga akhirnya berdampak positif bagi perkembangan rumah sakit kedepan.
Compliance is the attitude of obeying the rules and conditions set unconditionally. Low levels of compliance specialist in the policies and rules of the hospital is important to be addressed by management. The purpose of this observational research, with cross-sectional study design approach, is to know the internal and external factors affecting the specialists adherence to policies and rules in Hermina Daan Mogot Hospital.
Study population: all specialists in Hermina Daan Mogot Hospital. Staristical analysis used: bivariate analysis with Chi squre test. Chi Square statistical test results in variables that have a significant relationship with compliance specialists where p-value ≤ 0.05 is motivation (p-value = 0.043). Obtained also from the analysis of the value of OR = 2.4, meaning that physicians with more motivation have greater odds 2.4 times better adherence than physicians with less motivation. Necessary efforts are to maintain the motivation of doctors to remain at a high level, so that ultimately have a positive impact on the future development of the hospital.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor dimensi kualitas yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan dokter spesialis radiologi terhadap pemanfaatan teleradiologi di Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2013. Desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teleradiologi dimanfaatkan oleh 58,7% dokter spesialis radiologi (n=155) dan kebutuhan merupakan faktor yang berhubungan paling kuat dengan pemanfaatan teleradiologi. Dokter spesialis radiologi yang puas terhadap teleradiologi sebanyak 78% (n=91) dan tangibility merupakan faktor yang berhubungan paling kuat dengan kepuasan dokter spesialis radiologi. Kelengkapan dan kerahasiaan data pasien serta evaluasi oleh pimpinan unit radiologi merupakan prioritas utama untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dokter spesialis radiologi.
This study aims to determine the quality dimension factors related to the radiologist satisfaction toward the use of teleradiology in Jakarta in 2013. The research design is a descriptive quantitative study with cross sectional approach. The results showed that teleradiology utilized by 58,7% of radiologists (n=155) and the need is the most strongly factor related to the use of teleradiology. Radiologists were satisfied with the teleradiology as much as 78% (n=91) and tangibility is the most strongly factor related to the radiologist satisfaction. Completeness and confidentiality of patient data and the evaluation of the radiology leader are priorities to improve radiologist satisfaction.
