Abstrak:
Rendahnya pendidikan memberikan dampak hampir 48,1% dari remaja SMP/MTstidak melanjutkan jenjang sekolah yang lebih tinggi di Jepara dengan demikiandiharapkan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi yang di dapat di sekolah formalSMP/MTs mampu memberikan pengetahuan yang baik sebelum siswa tidakmelanjutkan sekolah dan mengahadapi pergaulan bebas. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui penerapan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi di SMP/MTs binaanPuskesmas dengan Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja (PKPR) di Jepara,menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Rapid Assesment Procedure(RAP). Didapatkan hampir semua sekolah belum mempunyai kebijakan yangberkaitan dengan penerapan kesehatan reproduksi, pemberian materi kesehatanreproduksi yang dilakukan oleh guru secara sepintas, fasilitas, materi pengajaranserta informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi yang sebagian besar diambil dariinternet dan dana yang seadanya serta belum adanya pelatihan yang konsistenterhadap petugas Puskesmas, kerjasama dengan puskesmas belum menghapusanggapan tabu yang masih dimiliki sebagian guru maupun siswa. Hal tersebutmenjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi penerapan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi disekolah SMP/MTs di Jepara. Kesimpulannya Penerapan Pendidikan KesehatanReproduksi di Sekolah belum berjalan.Kata Kunci: Kesehatan Reproduksi; Pendidikan Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja;Reproduksi Remaja.

This study aims to determine theimplementation of reproductive health education in SMP / MTs targeted Puskesmaswith Adolescent Friendly Health Services in Jepara, using qualitative method withRapid Assessment Procedure (RAP) approach. It is found that almost all schoolshave no policies related to reproductive health practices, the provision ofreproductive health materials by teachers only in passing, facilities, teachingmaterials as well as information on reproductive health, mostly from the internet,modest funds and lack of consistent training to the Puskesmas staff also thecooperation with the puskesmas has not erased the taboo assumption that someteachers still have. Abstrak:
Fenomena penurunan persentase perkawinan usia 15-19 tahun dan peningkatan median usia kawin pertama (UKP) dari data SDKI 1997, 2002-2003, dan 2007 menjadi anomali dengan masih adanya permasalahan kependudukan, termasuk dalam hal keluaran kesehatan reproduksi. Pengaruh Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Praktek diduga mempengaruhi hubungan UKP terhadap keluaran kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data SDKI tahun 2007 dengan membagi keluaran kesehatan reproduksi menjadi dimensi fisik dan sosial. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa sikap dan praktek mengganggu hubungan UKP terhadap keluaran kesehatan reproduksi dengan begitu disarankan pemerintah tak hanya berfokus dalam UKP saja melainkan juga mempertimbangkan hasil temuan ini.
