ABSTRAK Nama : Annisa Nursita Angesti Program studi : Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat Judul : Riwayat Hipertensi Keluarga sebagai Faktor Dominan Hipertensi pada Remaja Kelas XI SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok Tahun 2017 Perubahan status gizi, pola makan dan gaya hidup pada remaja turut mempengaruhi hipertensi remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor dominan hipertensi pada remaja di SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dari 144 responden (tekanan darah, IMT/U, asupan natrium, kalium, kalsium, lemak, konsumsi buah dan sayur, durasi tidur, stres, aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin dan riwayat hipertensi keluarga dengan menggunakan sfigmomanometer air raksa, antropometri, Semi Quantitative FFQ, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sebanyak 42,4% remaja SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok mengalami hipertensi (≥95 persentil). Terdapat perbedaan IMT/U dan riwayat hipertensi keluarga pada hipertensi. Faktor dominan yang paling berhubungan dengan hipertensi pada remaja di SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok tahun 2017 adalah riwayat hipertensi keluarga. Diperlukan edukasi tentang pentingnya riwayat hipertensi keluarga seperti kegiatan konseling genetik sebagai pencegahan hipertensi remaja. Kata kunci : hipertensi, remaja, riwayat hipertensi keluarga
ABSTRACT Name : Annisa Nursita Angesti Study Program : Public Health Science Title : Family History of Hypertension is The Dominant Factors of Hypertension among Student 11 st Grade in SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok 2017 Nutrional status changing, diet, and lifestyle are influence adolescent’s hypertension. The purpose of this research is to determine the most dominant factor of hypertension among adolescent at SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok 2017. This research used a cross sectional design Data was collected trough primary data collection from 144 respondens (blood pressure, BMI for age, sodium, potassium, calcium, fat intake, fruit and vegetable consumption, sleep duration, stress, physical activity, sex and family history of hypertension by mercury sphygmomanometer, anthropometry and Semi Quantitative FFQ) and questionnaire. The study showed that 42.4% of adolescent of SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok had hypertension (≥95 percentile). Factors associated with hypertension was BMI for age and family history of hypertension. The most dominant factor associated with hypertension among adolescents at SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok 2017 was family history of hypertension. Education’s family history of hypertension such as genetic counseling was needed for prevent adolescent’s hypertension.. Keywords: adolescent, family history of hypertension, hypertension
This thesis aims to explain the differences of proportion of hypertension risk factors. The research method is cross sectional study during March 2013 - April 2013 with elementary school’s teachers in Cilandak, South Jakarta who are 20 years old or older as the specified sample. The result of this research shows that there are several variables with significant differences. The result of this study shows the prevalence of hypertension by 30.2%. Those variables was a significant correlation are Body Mass Indeks (IMT) (OR 4.778 and value 0.001), parent's history of hypertension, (OR 4.667 and p value 0.000), and age (OR 8.017 and p value 0.000). Fat consumption is the dominant variable that trigger the occurrence of hypertension at elementary school’s teachers in Cilandak, South Jakarta in 2013.

Hypertension is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Thepurpose of this study is to identify factors related with hypertension. A total of83 employees education of FKM UI were included in this study, and alsoconducted in April to June 2017. Dependen variable in this study is hypertension,and the independent variables is age, gender, family history of hypertension,body mass index (BMI), high sodium intake, high fat intake, physical activity,smoking habits, and stress.Hypertension measured by looking at blood pressure value using atensimeter, body mass indeks (BMI) was measured by measurement of bodyweight and height than calculated using the formula, high sodium and high fatintake was measured using 24-hours food recall, physical activity measured usingGlobal Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ), and stress measured using SelfReporting Questionnaire (SRQ). The other variables such as age, sex, familyhistory of hypertension, and smoking habits were measured using questionnaireself-written by responden. The design of this study used a cross-sectional study.The prevalence of hypertension was 26,5% (≥140/90 mmHg).From the tested variables, there were significant related of age, gender,high sodium intake, and high fat intake with hypertension. The results suggest thatemployees education servants to reduce high sodium and fat foods consumption.
