Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai peluang pengembangan dan rancangan sistem informasi identifikasi bahaya dan analisis risiko keselamatan kesehatan kerja secara on line pada pekerjaan yang dilakukan dilingkungan UI. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa UI perlu mengembangkan sistem informasi identifikasi bahaya dan analisis risiko keselamatan kesehatan kerja secara on line; UI telah memiliki kebijakan umum yang mendukung pengembangan sistem informasi identifikasi bahaya dan analisis risiko keselamatan kesehatan kerja secara on line; UI memiliki sumber daya dan organisasi yang dapat diberdayakan dalam pengembangan dan pelaksana harian sistem informasi identifikasi bahaya dan analisis risiko keselamatan kesehatan kerja secara on line; metode yang paling tepat untuk identifikasi bahaya dan analisis risiko keselamatan kesehatan kerja di UI adalah dengan menggabungkan metode Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) dan Manajemen Risiko dari Australian Standart/New Zealand Standart (AS/NZS); dibutuhkan suatu tim khusus untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan sistem lebih lanjut; di UI terdapat berbagai macam jenis pekerjaan dan kegiatan akademik ataupun non-akademik; bahaya yang paling banyak terdapat di kegiatan atau pekerjaan di UI adalah bahaya fisik, kimia, ergonomi, dan biologi; risiko kegiatan di UI beragam dari risiko yang kecil sampai besar.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas tentang gambaran proses identifikasi kasus fraud pada klaim reimbursement PT Asuransi ABC. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, data sekunder terkait dengan kasus fraud yang terjadi pada klaim reimbursement. Dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa proses identifikasi kasus fraud sudah cukup baik namun harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi pola anti-fraud dengan membangun kesadaran para pihak yang terkait dalam proses identifikasi agar kejadian fraud pada klaim reimbursement dapat dicegah sebelum terjadi peningkatan yang terus menerus. Kata Kunci : Gambaran proses identifikasi, Fraud, Klaim Reimbursement This thesis discusses the description of fraud case identification process on reimbursement claim of PT Asuransi ABC. This research uses qualitative method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, secondary data related to fraud cases that occurred on reimbursement claims. From the research it was found that the process of fraud case identification is good enough but it should be further enhanced anti-fraud pattern by building awareness of related parties in the identification process so that fraud incident on reimbursement claim can be prevented before continuous improvement. Abstrak:
RS X dalam aktivitas kerjanya memiliki bahaya fisik, kimia, biologi, ergonomi, bahaya lingkungan yang berpotensi menimbulkan kecelakaan. Pekerja kesehatan berisiko terpapar darah dan cairan tubuh yang terinfeksi,tertusuk jarum suntik, dan risiko yang berhubungan dengan listrik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan melakukan penilaian risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada pekerja incinerator, instalasi sterilisasi sentral, unit laundry, dan ruang hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit X tahun 2013. Analisis penelitian ini bersifat semi-kuantitatif berdasarkan pendekatan manajemen risiko AS/NZS 4360:2004. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko adalah Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) dan untuk penentuan tingkat risiko dengan menggunakan Skoring Fine (1971). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tingkat risiko yang didapat pada pekerja di unit Incinerator Prioritas 1 sebanyak 8 risiko, dan substansial sebanyak 11 risiko. Instalasi Sterilisasi Sentral tingkat risiko prioritas 1 sebanyak 2, dan substansial sebanyak 4 risiko. Pekerja di Instalasi Laundry didapat prioritas 1 sebanyak 12, dan subtansial sebanyak 4 risiko. Ruang Hemodialisa tingkat risiko yang didapat substansial sebanyak 2 risiko. Pengendalian risiko yang telah dilakukan oleh pihak rumah sakit yakni penyediaan alat-alat pelindung diri untuk bekerja, standar operasional prosedur, dan engineering control.
Activities in the hospitals could poses a physical, chemical, biological,ergonomic, and also environmental hazard to workers. Amongst the risk to workers include infectious blood and bloody fluids, needle stick injuries and electric shock related. The purpose of this study was to identify and conducting risk assessment at incinerator, CSSD, laundry and hemodialysis unit at X Hospital in 2013.This study was semi-quantitative study which was conducted based on AS/NZS 4360:2004 Standard. Risk identification methods used was Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Risk level was determined based on Skoring Fine (1971). The result of this study shows that the level of risk was obtained by worker at incinerator Unit who had risk level priority 1 was 8 and risk level substantial was 11. The level of risk was obtained by worker at CSSD unit who had risk level priority 1 was 2 and Substantial Risk level was 4. At laundry unit, workers obtained risk level priority 1 was 12 and substantial risk level was 4. Level of risk contained in the hemodialysis unit is as much as 2 substantial risk. Risk controls that have been implemented by the hospital is to provide personal protective equipment for work, standard operating procedures, and engineering control.

Keamanan lingkungan kampus merupakan aspek penting karena berdampak langsung terhadap kenyamanan dan keberlangsungan aktivitas akademik maupun non-akademik. Kampus Universitas Indonesia di Depok merupakan kampus terbuka, sehingga memiliki potensi risiko keamanan baik faktor internal maupun eksternal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai risiko keamanan di Universitas Indonesia, khususnya Kampus Depok menggunakan desain studi deskriptif analitik dengan metode kualitatif sehingga didapatkan gambaran risiko terkait keamanan di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kampus Universitas Indonesia Depok pada bulan Maret hingga Juni 2025. Data primer didapatkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan petugas keamanan, serta data sekunder didapatkan dari dokumen laporan kasus di kantor keamanan Universitas Indonesia, serta literatur lain yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil identifikasi ancaman menunjukkan terdapat 38 potensi ancaman keamanan di lingkungan kampus, antara lain 2 ancaman extreme risk, 3 ancaman high risk, 18 ancaman significant risk, 10 ancaman medium risk, dan 5 ancaman low risk. 5 prioritas ancaman yang memerlukan perhatian lebih meliputi pelanggaran aturan lalu lintas, parkir, berdagang, memancing dan pemulung tanpa izin di dalam kampus, pencurian, perampokan, serta kekerasan seksual. Penilaian risiko keamanan yang sistematis di Universitas Indonesia penting dilakukan sebagai dasar penerapan sistem manajemen keamanan kampus di masa depan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan di lingkungan kampus.

This study aims to assess security risks in Universitas Indonesia, specifically at Depok Campus, using descriptive analytical study design with qualitative method to describe security-related risks at Universitas Indonesia.
