Abstrak:
Untuk melihat hubungan berbagai faktor tersebut dengan pola makan, dilakukan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan dari pengisian kuesioner secara daring yang melibatkan 207 responden dari SMAN 99 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 81.2% siswa SMAN 99 Jakarta memiliki pola makan yang kurang baik. Variabel yang berhubungan secara signifikan (p-value <0.05) antara lain adalah jenis kelamin, body image, dan pengaruh teman sebaya.

Body image didefinisikan sebagai suatu gambaran mental seseorang mengenai bentuk dan ukuran tubuhnya, serta bagaimana individu tersebut mempersepsikan dan memberikan suatu penilaian tentang apa yang dipikirkan dan dirasakan terhadap bentuk dan ukuran tubuhnya. Obesitas merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan dengan tingkat prevalensi cukup tinggi di Indonesia. Adanya masalah obesitas pada remaja tentunya juga dapat dipicu oleh berbagai faktor salah satunya adalah terkait dengan bagaimana seorang remaja mempersepsikan gambaran tubuhnya sendiri (body image). Prevalensi obesitas pada mahasiswa S-1 Reguler FKM UI angkatan 2019 bisa dikatakan masih cukup tinggi, yaitu sebesar 21 %. Sedangkan pada mahasiswa S-1 Reguler FKM UI angkatan 2022, besar prevalensi obesitas sudah mencapai di angka 18 %. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang memiliki tujuan untuk menggali informasi secara mendalam terkait faktor yang dapat berperan penting terhadap pembentukan persepsi body image pada mahasiswa S-1 Reguler FKM UI Tahun 2023. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif FKM UI, kerabat/sahabat terdekat mahasiswa FKM UI, ahli gizi, ahli psikologi, serta ahli antropologi. Pemilihan informan pada penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor psikologis (sikap, motif, pengalaman) dan faktor sosial (dukungan sosial, paparan media sosial, pola asuh orang tua) berperan penting terhadap pembentukan persepsi body image pada mahasiswa. Dimana persepsi terhadap tubuh juga berkaitan dengan gaya hidup sehat dan kondisi kesehatan mental mahasiswa itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada Klinik Satelit Makara UI dan organisasi kesehatan di UI untuk mengoptimalkan dalam hal mensosialisasikan pentingnya mahasiswa untuk memiliki kesadaran terkait dengan bentuk tubuh ideal.
Body image is defined as a person's mental image of the shape and size of his body, as well as how the individual perceives and gives an assessment of what is thought and felt about the shape and size of his body. Obesity is a health problem with a high prevalence rate in Indonesia. The problem of obesity in adolescents, of course, can also be triggered by various factors, one of which is related to how a teenager perceives his own body image (body image). The prevalence of obesity in FKM UI Regular Undergraduate students class of 2019 can be said to be still quite high, namely 21%. Whereas in FKM UI Regular Undergraduate students class of 2022, the prevalence of obesity has reached 18%. This research is a qualitative research which aims to dig up indepth information regarding factors that can play an important role in the formation of body image perceptions in FKM UI Regular Undergraduate students in 2023. Informants in this study are active FKM UI students, relatives/closest friends of students FKM UI, nutritionists, psychologists, and anthropologists. The selection of informants in the study was to use a predetermined purposive sampling method. The results showed that psychological factors (attitudes, motives, experiences) and social factors (social support, exposure to social media, parenting patterns) play an important role in the formation of body perceptions in college students. Where it is felt towards the body is also related to a healthy lifestyle and the mental health condition of the students themselves. Therefore, it is suggested to the Makara UI Satellite Clinic and health organizations at UI to optimize it in terms of socializing the importance of students to have awareness related to ideal body shape.

Abstrak:
Pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi yang tidak memadai selama masa remaja dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan dan dapat berdampak pada generasi mendatang. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara faktor-faktor, seperi body image, jenis kelamin, keragaman pangan, tingkat stress, pengetahuan gizi, konsumsi sarapan, frekuensi konsumsi makanan utama, pengaruh media sosial, dan pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap asupan energi siswa SMA X Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner dan wawancara (2x 24 hours recall) kepada siswa SMA X Tangerang Selatan yang dilakukan pada Bulan Oktober – November 2023. Penelitian dilakukan pada 104 siswa yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Sebagian besar siswa SMA X Tangerang Selatan memiliki asupan energi kurang (< 80% AKE) yaitu sebesar 57,7%. Berdasarkan hasil uji bivariat didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel body image (p-value= 0,001), keragaman pangan (p-value= 0,024), pengetahuan gizi (p-value= 0,035), konsumsi sarapan (p-value= 0,001), frekuensi konsumsi makanan utama (p-value= 0,001), dan pengaruh media sosial (p-value= 0,007) terhadap asupan energi serta tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara variabel jenis kelamin (p-value= 1,000), tingkat stress (p-value= 0,377), dan pengaruh teman sebaya (p-value= 0,793) terhadap asupan energi. Diperlukan edukasi gizi pada remaja yang dapat dilakukan dengan dukungan dari orang tua, pihak sekolah, dan puskesmas setempat dengan membentuk program yang dapat memaksimalkan pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi pada remaja.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan citra merek, terhadap kepuasan pasien di bagian rawat inap Rumah Sakit Nacional Guido Valadares (HNGV) di Timor-Leste. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian diambil secara acak dari total 100 pasien rawat inap (sample random sampling). Variabel independen yang diteliti meliputi empat aspek citra merek: identitas perusahaan, lingkungan fisik, karyawan dan layanan yang diberikan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner pada bulan februari – april 2024. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi logistik untuk menilai dampak setiap aspek citra merek terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa hanya aspek lingkungan fisik yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, dengan nilai P sebesar 0,046, customized odds ratio (AOR) sebesar 2,332, dan interval kepercayaan 95% (CI95%). Variabel lain seperti identitas perusahaan, karyawan, dan pelayanan yang diberikan tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan nilai P masing-masing sebesar 0,391, 0,120, dan 0,450. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan fisik rumah sakit mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, sedangkan aspek lainnya tidak. Hasil ini memberikan rekomendasi agar manajemen rumah sakit sebaiknya fokus pada peningkatan fasilitas fisik untuk memperkuat citra merek dan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Strategi untuk meningkatkan citra merek harus mencakup perbaikan lingkungan fisik untuk menciptakan pengalaman pasien yang lebih baik dan memuaskan.
The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between brand image and patient satisfaction in the inpatient department of the Guido Valadares National Hospital (HNGV) in Timor-Leste. This research uses a cross-sectional research design with a quantitative approach. The research sample was taken randomly from a total of 100 inpatients ( Sample random sampling). The independent variables studied include four aspects of brand image: corporate identity, physical environment, contact personnelles and services offering. Data was collected using a questionnaire during februari – april 2024. Data analysis was carried out using logistic regression to assess the impact of each aspect of brand image on patient satisfaction. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that only aspects of the physical environment had a significant influence on patient satisfaction, with a P value of 0.046, a customized odds ratio (AOR) of 2.332, and a 95% confidence interval (CI95%). Other variables such as company identity, employees, and services provided do not have a significant influence on patient satisfaction with P values of 0.391, 0.120, and 0.450 respectively. This research concludes that the physical environment of the hospital has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, while other aspects do not. These results provide recommendations that hospital management should focus on improving physical facilities to strengthen brand image and increase patient satisfaction. Strategies to improve brand image should include improving the physical environment to create a better and more satisfying patient experience.

Penelitian ini bertujun untuk menganalisis hubungan antara brand image Rumah Sehat Untuk Jakarta terhadap loyalitas pasien melalui kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di RSUD Kembangan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Responden berjumlah 100 orang yang merupakan pasien yang berobat di Poli Spesialis Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUD Kembangan yang diperoleh dengan metode simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dilakukan selama bulan Mei 2023. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dibuat tabel distribusi frekuensinya dan kemudian dianalisis dengan uji korelasi dan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan, brand image juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, dan kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Brand Image berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas pasien melalui kepuasan pasien. Hasil analisis jalur didapatkan bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung brand image terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan pasien lebih besar nilainya dibandingkan pengaruh langsung brang image terhadap loyalitas pasien.
This study aims to analyze the relationship between the brand image of Rumah Sehat Untuk Jakarta and patient loyalty through patient satisfaction in RSUD Kembangan. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The respondents consisted of 100 patients who received treatment at the Outpatient Specialist Clinic of RSUD Kembangan, selected using simple random sampling method. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire during May 2023. The collected data were then tabulated in frequency distribution tables and analyzed using correlation tests and path analysis. The results showed that brand image has a significant effect on satisfaction, brand image also has a significant effect on loyalty, and satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty. Brand Image has a significant and positive effect on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction. The results of path analysis found that the indirect effect of brand image on loyalty through patient satisfaction is greater than the direct effect of brand image on patient loyalty.

Hasil analisis Survei Konsumsi Makanan Individu tahun 2014 menyatakan bahwa hanya 6,7% remaja di Indonesia yang memiliki kualitas konsumsi yang baik. Hal ini didapatkan dari penilaian terhadap keragaman, proporsi, dan kecukupan konsumsi. Salah satu indikator yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai kualitas konsumsi makanan seseorang adalah dengan menggunakan healthy eating index. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas konsumsi makanan melalui penggunaan healthy eating index pada mahasiswa S1 Reguler Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2022 melalui pengisian kuesioner online oleh responden (n=140). Kuesioner yang digunakan yaitu Semi- quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ) terkait data asupan makan, Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) terkait tingkat stres, Food Choice Questionnaire terkait alasan pemilihan makan, Pengetahuan Gizi, Health Belief Items terkait keyakinan kesehatan, dan Multidimensi onal Body-Self Relations Questionnaire (MBRSQ) terkait body image. Hasil analisis univariat memperlihatkan bahwa 51.9% responden memiliki kualitas konsumsi makanan kategori rendah. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin (pvalue: 0,002), tingkat stres ((p-value: 0,042), pengaruh media sosial (p-value: 0,002), health belief, dan body image (p-value: 0,009). Sementara itu, tidak ditemukan hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan gizi image (p-value: 0,091), alasan pemilihan makan image (p-value: 0,563), dan uang saku bulanan image (p-value: 0,988)dengan kualitas konsumsi makanan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menyarankan untuk dilakukannya edukasi mengenai pentingnya konsumsi makanan yang sehat dan teratur sesuai dengan pedoman gizi seimbang dengan memanfaatkan media sosial untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas konsumsi makanan.

One of the indicators that can be used to assess the quality of a person's food consumption is to use a healthy eating index. This study aims to determine the factors related to the quality of food consumption through the use of a healthy eating index in Regular S1 students of the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia. The study used a cross-sectional study design with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out in May-June 2022 through filling out an online questionnaire by respondents (n=140). Eating disorders merupakan suatu jenis penyakit mental dan fisik yang serius dimana penderitanya mengalami gangguan perilaku makan yang parah dan bisa berakibat fatal, seperti meningkatkan risiko melahirkan bayi BBLR, pendarahan selama kehamilan, hipertensi, aborsi spontan, kelahiran prematur, hingga kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan paparan K-Pop, body image dan faktor lainnya terhadap risiko eating disorders pada remaja putri pnggemar K-Pop di DKI Jakarta Tahun 2022. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara daring dengan metode quota sampling melalui pengisian kuesioner online oleh responden (n=140). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 92,1% responden memiliki risiko eating disorders. Hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara paparan K-Pop (p value 0,042), body image (p value 0,027) dan tingkat stres (0,018) terhadap risiko eating disorders. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penulis menyarankan untuk dilakukan pembuatan media edukasi bagi remaja agar lebih bijak dalam bermedia sosial dan menyaring budaya asing yang diterima, serta meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap eating disorders

WHO (2019) memperkirakan terdapat 14 juta kasus eating disorders secara global, dengan 3 juta di antaranya dialami oleh anak-anak dan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara celebrity worship, body image, dan faktor lainnya dengan risiko eating disorders pada remaja putri penggemar K-Pop di Daerah Khusus Jakarta tahun 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan secara daring melalui kuesioner online yang diisi oleh 160 responden. Sebanyak 85% responden teridentifikasi memiliki risiko eating disorders, dengan rincian 33,8% risiko anorexia nervosa, 1,9% bulimia nervosa, 2,5% binge-eating disorder, dan 46,9% other specified feeding or eating disorders (OSFED). Analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara body image, pengaruh teman sebaya, pengaruh keluarga, pengaruh media sosial, dan tingkat stres dengan risiko eating disorders. Sementara itu, diketahui bahwa celebrity worship, kepercayaan diri, dan pengetahuan gizi tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan risiko eating disorders. Untuk meminimalisasi risiko eating disorders, dibutuhkan intervensi edukatif mengenai pentingnya persepsi tubuh yang sehat, kemampuan mengelola stres, dan kesadaran dalam bermedia sosial yang bijak, termasuk dalam menyaring pengaruh tren K-Pop yang sangat populer di kalangan remaja.
Eating disorders are persistent eating behaviour disturbances that negatively affect both physical health and psychosocial functioning. According to the World Health Organization (2019), an estimated 14 million cases of eating disorders occurred globally, with 3 million affecting children and adolescents. This study aims to examine the relationship between celebrity worship, body image, and other influencing factors with the risk of eating disorders among female adolescents who are K-Pop fans in Daerah Khusus Jakarta in 2025. A quantitative approach was used with a cross-sectional study design. Data were collected online through a questionnaire completed by 160 respondents. Results showed that 85% of respondents were at risk for eating disorders, comprising 33.8% at risk for anorexia nervosa, 1.9% for bulimia nervosa, 2.5% for binge-eating disorder, and 46.9% for other specified feeding or eating disorders (OSFED). Bivariate analysis revealed significant associations between body image, peer influence, family influence, social media exposure, and stress levels with the risk of eating disorders. On the other hand, celebrity worship, self-esteem, and nutritional knowledge were not significantly associated with eating disorder risk. To reduce the risk of eating disorders, educational interventions are needed to promote healthy body perception, effective stress management, and critical awareness in social media use, including discerning the influence of K-Pop trends, which are highly prevalent among adolescents.
