Abstrak:
This observational study examined the associations of built environment features around the home and workplace with cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) based on a treadmill test and body mass index (BMI) (weight (kg)/height (m)2). The study included 8,857 adults aged 20–88 years who completed a preventive medical examination in 2000–2007 while living in 12 Texas counties. Analyses examining workplace neighborhood characteristics included a subset of 4,734 participants. Built environment variables were derived around addresses by using geographic information systems. Models were adjusted for individual-level and census block group–level demographics and socioeconomic status, smoking, BMI (in CRF models), and all other home or workplace built environment variables. CRF was associated with higher intersection density, higher number of private exercise facilities around the home and workplace, larger area of vegetation around the home, and shorter distance to the closest city center. Aside from vegetation, these same built environment features around the home were also associated with BMI. Participants who lived and worked in neighborhoods in the lowest tertiles for intersection density and the number of private exercise facilities had lower CRF and higher BMI values than participants who lived and worked in higher tertiles for these variables. This study contributes new evidence to suggest that built environment features around homes and workplaces may affect health.

Abstrak:
Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) harus menerapkan Cara Distribusi Obat yangBaik (CDOB) dalam semua aktivitas pengelolaan obatnya sebagai upayajaminan kualitas obat di rantai distribusi. PBF yang telah menerapkan CDOBdiberikan Sertifikat CDOB oleh Badan POM melalui proses Sertifikasi CDOB. Sebagai bentuk pelayanan publik di lingkungan Badan POM, pelaksanaan Sertifikasi CDOB masih belum optimal dalam memberikan pelayanan kepadaPBF. Hal tersebut dikarenakan tidak ada sistem pengawasan timeline padapelaksanaan sertifikasi, petugas di Badan POM terbebani untuk membuatlaporan di setiap tahapan sertifikasi, kurangnya integritas data dan informasiyang dihasilkan, ketidakpastian status dan waktu penyelesaian proses sertifikasiCDOB yang dialami oleh PBF pemohon, serta kurangya informasi kepadamasyarakat mengenai sertifikasi CDOB. Oleh karena itu peneliti mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Sertifikasi CDOB dengan menerapkan konsep pengembangan indikator pengawasan timeline, sistem manajemen basisdata dan sistem informasi berbasis web. Dari hasil penelitian, sistem informasiyang dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL database inidapat menghasilkan tabel pengawasan timeline yang memberikan informasi status sertifikasi serta waktu yang tersisa untuk pelaksanaan setiap tahapansertifikasi sehingga dapat membantu perencanaan sertifikasi dan timelinepelayanan publik dapat terpantau. Selain itu, sistem informasi ini dapatmenyimpan data base hasil setiap tahapan sertifikasi serta otomatisasi penentuan bahwa PBF memenuhi syarat atau tidak memenuhi syarat untuk diberikan Sertifikat CDOB. Dengan sistem informasi berbasis web akan mempermudah komunikasi antara petugas di Badan POM dan PBF karena sistem dirancang secara online serta bentuk publikasi hasil sertifikasi ini dapat dimanfaatkan olehinstansi lain dan pelaku usaha kefarmasian sebagai sumber data pemilihan distributor. Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen penyimpanan embryo freezing di salah satu Klinik Ferilitas di Jakarta. Embryofreezing merupakan salah satu pelayanan di klinik fertilitas, dimana embrio sisa program bayi tabung dibekukan agar dapat dipakai suatu saat jika diperlukan.Agar pelaksanaan pelayanan penyimpanan embryo freezing dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien, diperlukan sistem informasi yang dapat mengintegrasikan dataembryo freezing dari laboratorium dengan data untuk keperluan pembayaran administrasi. Tersedianya basis data yang terintegrasi ini diharapkan mampu memaksimalkan pelayanan penyimpanan embryo freezing. Sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menjamin kesehatan setiap warga negara dan peningkatan pembangunan bangsa, Pemerintah mencanangkan Posyandu sebagai Usaha Kesehatan Berbasis Masyarakat (UKBM). Posyandu diharapkan dapat memberikan layanan dan informasi mengenai kesehatan masyarakat secara tepat dan akurat. Namun, kegiatan pencatatan pelayanan Posyandu di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Mampang Kota Depok masih berlangsung secara manual menggunakan kertas dan alat tulis. Hal ini menimbulkan berbagai masalah antara lain pencatatan dan pengumpulan data memakan wakyu yang lama, data yang tidak lengkap bahkan hilang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancang bangun desain antar muka sistem informasi pencatatan Posyandu di UPTD Puskesmas Mampang Kota Depok. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tahapan perancangan sistem menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hasil penelitian berupa rancang bangun desain antar muka sistem informasi pencatatan Posyandu berbasis mobile application. Evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan bahwa rancang bangun sistem sudah cukup baik dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Diharapkan adanya penyediaan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung dan sistem dapat dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan Posyandu.
As an effort to ensure the health of every citizen and increase national development, the Government has declared Posyandu as a community based health enterprise (UKBM). Posyandu is expected to be able to provide services and information regarding public health precisely and accurately. However, activities for recording Posyandu services in UPTD Puskesmas Mampang, Depok City, still take place manually using paper and stationery. This causes various problems, including recording and collecting data taking a long time, incomplete and even lost data. This research aims to create a design for the interface of the Posyandu recording information system at the UPTD Puskesmas Mampang, Depok City. The research uses qualitative methods with system design stages using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The results of the research are in the form of a mobile application-based Posyandu recording information system interface design. User evaluation shows that the system design is good enough and can meet user needs. It is hoped that there will be provision of supporting facilities and infrastructure and the system can be developed according to the needs of the Posyandu.

Proses rekapitulasi data secara manual pada sistem informasi program usaha kesehatan sekolah di Kota Bogor membutuhkan waktu analisis data yang lamadan sering menyebabkan kesalahan-kesalahan perhitungan variabel data yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi sistem informasi program usaha kesehatan sekolah (UKS) yang mampu menghasilkan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan esensial di tingkat institusi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mengunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development)yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan kebutuhan, rancangan pemakai, dan kostruksi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototipe aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen program UKS berbasis web terintegrasi dari tingkat sekolah sampai ke tingkatDinas Kesehatan Kota Bogor. Rancangan aplikasi sistem informasi program UKSdapat membantu pelaksana program UKS di Kota Bogor dalam melakukan inputdata, pengolahan data, penyajian data dan disitribusi data sehingga diharapkan kedepanya mampu meningkatkan keakuratan dan ketepatan waktu pelaporan.Kata kunci: Rancangan, Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah

Prosentase pembayaran piutang Jamkesda terhadap jumlah piutang selama tiga tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan yaitu tahun 2010 sebesar 89,01 %, tahun 2011 sebesar 72,25 % dan tahun 2012 sebesar 70,54 %. Prosentase ini masih di bawah indikator mutu manajemen yaitu 90 % atau jumlah pasien belum terbayar kurang dari 10 %. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengelolaan piutang pasien jaminan kesehatan daerah di RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang tahun 2012, Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang membicarakan beberapa kemungkinan untuk memecahkan masalah. Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif bertujuan memberikan gambaran pengelolaan piutang pasien jamkesda. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa rata-rata pembayaran klaim oleh Dinas Kesehatan adalah 93,75 % di atas satu bulan dari pengiriman tagihan. Keterlambatan pembayaran dipengaruhi oleh factor internal dan ekstenal. Faktor internal antara lain dari input yang melakukan proses pada pengelolaan piutang. Sedang factor eksternal adalah pihak penjamin atau pasien dan keluarga pasien. Pada akhir penelitian disarankan penambahan SDM sesuai penghitungan analisis beban kerja, evaluasi dan monitoring PKS, melengkapi seluruh prosedur kerja dan membuat system informasi piutang yang handal.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the patient's health insurance receivable management area in Dr. Kariadi Semarang in 2012. Methods This study is a qualitative research approach to discuss some possible research to solve the problem. Type a descriptive study aims to provide an overview of patient accounts receivable management Jamkesda. From the results obtained that the average claim payment by the Department of Health was 93.75% above the one month of the delivery bill. Late payments is influenced by internal factors and ekstenal. Internal factors such as the input of the receivables management process. Being an external factor is the guarantor or the patient and the patient's family. At the end of the study suggested the addition of appropriate human resource calculation workload analysis, evaluation and monitoring of Cooperation Agreement, complete all work procedures and make the system reliable receivables information.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang rancangan pengembangan rekam medis di klinik Avenue 8 Dental Care. Klinik ini berada di dua lokasi berbeda dengan jenis pencatatan rekam medis berbeda, Klinik Jakarta menggunakan rekam medis elektronik dan klinik Bintaro menggunakan rekam medis manual. Penggunaan dua sistem yang berbeda antara dua klinik menciptakan dua database berbeda dan tidak saling terhubung sehingga dokumen rekam medis pasien menjadi terpisah diantara kedua sistem. Tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah membuat rancangan pengembangan rekam medis elektronik di klinik Avenue 8 Dental Care yang bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di Klinik Avenue 8 Dental Care. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan rancangan sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan tahapan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa rancangan rekam medis elektronik di klinik Avenue 8 Dental Care terutama di klinik Bintaro yang masih menggunakan rekam medis manual.
