Abstrak:
Jajanan anak sekolah merupakan masalah yang perlu mendapat perhatian. Denganadanya beberapa kasus yang telah terjadi akibat makanan jajanan, orang tua mulaimelarang anaknya untuk membeli makanan jajanan tertentu. Tujuan penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan dan faktor apa saja yang berhubungandengan kepatuhan siswa kelas 5 sekolah dasar terhadap larangan membeli jajanantertentu oleh orang tua di SDN Ciputat VI Kecamatan Ciputat Kota TangerangSelatan tahun 2012. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional,sasaran siswa kelas 5 dengan total sampel 140 siswa. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin, membawa bekalke sekolah dengan kepatuhan siswa terhadap larangan membeli jajanan tertentu olehorang tua (p<0,05). Tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan siswa,sikap siswa, uang jajan, perilaku orang tua, dan teman sebaya dengan kepatuhansiswa terhadap larangan membeli jajanan tertentu oleh orang tua (p>0,05). Sebaiknyajajanan yang dijual harus lebih diperhatikan demi mendukung anak memilih jajananyang baik.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of complianceand what factors are associated with adherence to Grade 5 elementary school to bancertain snacks purchased by parents at Chester Elementary School Chester DistrictVI South Tangerang City in 2012. The study design is cross-sectional, target grade 5with a total sample of 140 students. There results showed a significant associationbetween the sexes, bring lunch to school with the students adherence to theprohibition of certain snacks bought by parents (p <0.05). There is no significantrelationship between students 'knowledge, attitudes of students, pocket money,parents' behavior, and student peers in compliance with the ban on buying somesnacks by parents (p> 0.05). Should snacks sold must be considered in order tosupport the children choose snacks that are good.

Abstrak:
Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian obesitas pada anak di sekolah. Desain penelitian berjenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April 2013, sampel adalah siswa kelas 5 MI Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 246 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini, instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner yang berisi daftar pertanyaan tentang faktor-faktor (karakteristik anak, pola makan, aktifitas fisik, dan uang jajan) yang berhubungan dengan kejadian obesitas pada siswa kelas 5. Selain itu, untuk mendapatkan berat badan dan tinggi badan, instrument yang digunakan adalah timbangan injak dan meteran khusus tinggi badan. Hasilnya, berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui 26,4% siswa adalah obesitas. Frekuensi makanan fast food, kebiasaan jajanan, besar uang jajan, kebiasaan ngemil, lama menonton televisi, lama main video game dan lama olahraga berhubungan dengan kajadian obesitas (p <0,05).

Abstrak:
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kejadian diare terhadap karakteristik anak, karakteristik perilaku anak, karakteristik ibu/keluarga dan karakteristik lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan desain cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 151 anak sekolah dasar. Dengan variabel dependen yaitu kejadian diare dan variabel independen yaitu frekuensi jajan, frekuensi makan sayuran mentah, kebersihan kuku, panjang kuku, mencuci tangan sebelum makan, mencuci tangan pakai sabun dan air mengalir, mencuci tangan setelah BAB/BAK, pendidikan ibu, pekerjaan ibu, penghasilan orangtua, kebiasaan BAB sembarangan, keberadaan jamban, sumber air minum dan tempat penyimpanan air minum.

Abstrak:
Kejadian overweight dan obesitas pada anak usia sekolah di Jakarta Timur tahun 2013 tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan prevalensi overweight dan obesitas di Kota Bogor dan Kota Bekasi. Anak usia sekolah yang mengalami overweight sebelum menarche, 60% lebih berakibat pada kejadian obesitas dan memiliki risiko tinggi untuk mengalami penyakit diabetes mellitus serta dapat berlanjut menjadi penyakit kardiovaskular. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan kejadian overweight dan obesitas pada siswa kelas 1 SD di Jakarta Timur tahun 2016. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan 157 siswa berusia 6-9 tahun dari 6 sekolah dasar di Jakarta Timur selama bulan MaretJuni 2016. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara mengukur tinggi badan dengan microtoise dan berat badan siswa menggunakan timbangan digital merk camry serta pengisian kuesioner mandiri oleh orangtua siswa. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat dan bivariat serta analisis multivariat Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan jajan merupakan faktor dominan kejadian overweight dan obesitas pada siswa. Siswa yang memiliki kebiasaan jajan sering berisiko 4,9 kali untuk mengalami overweight dan obesitas dibandingkan siswa yang memiliki kebiasaan jajan jarang. Untuk itu perlu adanya program penyuluhan pemilihan makanan dan jajanan, membiasakan sarapan pagi dan membawa bekal bagi siswa dan orangtua. Kata kunci : Kebiasaan jajan, overweight dan obesitas, anak usia sekolah The prevalence of overwight and obesity among school-aged children in East Jakarta at 2013 was higer than Bogor and Bekasi. School-aged children who had overweight before menarche, more than 60% of them will be obese and increasing the risk to have diabetes mellitus type 2 and cardiovarcular disease. The aim of this study is to investigate snacking frequences as dominant factor related to over nutrition among school-aged children at first years elementry school in East Jakarta 2016. A cross sectional study was perform on 157 participant aged 6-8 in 6 elementry school in East Jakarta during March to June 2016. Data collected by measurement of height using microtoise, weight using camry digital scale and self administered quesionnaire by the mothers of children. The analysis that used in this study are univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The result showed that snacking frequences is a dominant factor of over nutrition among school-aged children. The students who had snacking frequances > 3 times/day increase 4,9 times of risk become over nutrition compared with children who had ≤ 3 times/day snacking frequances. Reseacher suggest the parents to reduce snacking frequences, routine breakfast and bring food box to school for children. Key words: snacking frequences, overweight, obesity, children.
