The probability of work accidents in the construction sector are still high while the challenges ahead are even greater. Construction industri is one of the dominant factors in the national development strategy and facing global markets. Organizational commitment in implementing occupational safety and health management system can reduce the number of workplace accidents and create a safe environment for work. This study examines the level of commitment and evaluates the application of occupational safety and health in construction company, namely PT X. This study was a descriptive analytic research with in-depth analysis based on in depth interviews. The main variables of this research are considered to obligation of Republic of Indonesia OHSMS regulation, those are organizational structure and policy. The commitment set by the company is compared with the consistency of its implementation at three stages of work on the project those are preparation, execution and post construction. This research obtained that the company’s commitment is administratively high however the consistency is still medium because the application was not optimal in the field. In the evaluation found several gaps, those are client enforcement, role models, monitoring and communication scheme that must be improved.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang peran komitmen pimpinan, kepemimpinan, perencanaan anggaran, komunikasi, dan kerjasama dalam proses penyusunan standard operating prosedur antenal care di Dinkes Kota Serang tahun 2013. Informan pada penelitian ini ialah kepala dinkes kota serang, kepala bidang binkesmas, kepala bidang yankes, kasi kesga, kasi yandas dan rujukan, staf kesga & yankes, bidan koordinator. penelitian ini dilaksanakan periode Maret-April 2013. Disain penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam, focus group discussion (FGD), observasi dan telaah dokumen.
This study aimed to gain insight into the role of leadership commitment, leadership, budget planning, communication, and cooperation in the process of drafting a standard operating procedure of antenatal care in Serang City Health Office in 2013. Informants in this study is Serang City Health Office Head, Head of Community Health, Head of PHC, Kesga Kasi, Kasi Yandas & referral, kesga and health services staff, Midwives coordinator. the research design is qualitative in-depth interviews, focuss group discussion (FGD), observation and document review.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Dari hasil wawancara dapat disimpulkan bahwa, komitmen afektif di PT "X" sudah cukup baik karena sikap penerimaan karyawan terhadap program K3 di PT "X" sudah sangat baik, manajemen PT "X" juga selalu mengadakan training untuk pekerja baru dan refresh training untuk pekerja lama, manajemen PT "X" juga berkonsultasi pada para pekerja terkait K3 walaupun tidak melalui rapat-rapat melainkan langsung kepada karyawan di tempat, manajemen PT "X" juga sudah melakukan inspeksi dan investigasi terkait K3 secara rutin. (2) Dari hasil wawancara dapat disimpulkan bahwa Komitmen Kontinyu di PT "X" masih rendah karena tidak adanya anggaran dan SDM khusus dalam menunjang berlangsungnya K3 dalam perusahaan. Tidak adanya struktur organisasi khusus diperusahaan yang menangani program K3, semua yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan K3 itu tanggung jawab seorang personalia. Serta belum adanya evaluasi-evaluasi yang dilakukan manajemen mengenai pelaksanaan K3 selama ini. (3) Dari hasil wawancara di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Komitmen Normatif di PT "X" masih rendah, karena kepatuhan karyawan terhadap peraturan K3 masih rendah, tingkat pelanggaran yang dilakukan karyawan juga masih tinggi dan PT "X" belum memiliki prosedur dalam menjalankan K3 di seluruh unit kerja, yang ada hanya berupa instruksi-instruksi kerja.
This study aims to conduct analysis of study-level management commitment to the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety in crumb rubber processing plant in PT. "X" West Kalimantan, 2014. Study was carried out on a permanent employee at managerial level and workers representative in Crumb Rubber Processing Factory PT "X" West Kalimantan in the month of March-June 2014, the use of descriptive analytic study design with qualitative analysis approach, the primary data in the form of in-depth interviews, and observations in the field. Observations carried out by cross-checking between the policies or procedures of the company with its implementation in the field.
The results showed that: (1) From the interviews it can be concluded that, affective commitment in PT "X" is good enough for acceptance to the program employees K3 PT "X" has been very good, the management of PT "X" has always held a training for new workers and training to refresh the old workers, the management of PT "X" was also consulted on the workers concerned K3 although not through meetings but directly to employees in place, the management of PT "X" has also been conducting inspections and investigations are routinely associated K3 . (2) From interviews it can be concluded that a Continuous Commitment to PT "X" is low because there has the absence of a special budget or human resources to support the company's ongoing K3. The absence of specific organizational structure in the company that handles the K3 program, all of which relate to the implementation of K3 was responsible personnel. And the lack of evaluations conducted during the management of the implementation of the K3. (3) From the interview above, it can be concluded that, Normative Commitment PT "X" is low, because the employee compliance with regulations K3 is still low, the level of offense committed employees are also still high and PT "X" does not yet have procedures in running K3 in all work units, which exist only in the form of work instructions.
This thesis explores the profile through interviews related to the commitment to the K3LL Policy owned by the Industrial SBU Manager of PT. A in 3 dimensions of commitment, ie Affective, Continuous, and Normative. This research is a qualitative study with descriptive study design. From the results of this study found that Affective commitment owned by the management is shown from the understanding of the existing K3LL Policy and the conformity of values believed by the K3LL policy points. Continuance commitment is felt by management as the company has supported the implementation of K3LL Policy and management has benefited from the consideration of profit and loss in implementing K3LL Policy. Normative commitment is felt in the form of attachment rather than management to the implementation of K3LL Policy in the company. In general, management has a commitment to run K3LL policies owned by the company even the commitment was more influenced by the company business needs. Background: Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five due to chronic malnutrition, especially in the first 1,000 days of life (HPK). Health financing including stunting, commitment by regional policy makers. Objective: To find an overview of the realization of health spending from the government for stunting at the Serang District Health Office in 2018-2019. Methods: This study used a non-experimental research design with a Distric Health Account (DHA) approach. Results: The analysis shows that the 2018 health budget states IDR 3,296,445,655,287 (10.73%) and an increase in 2019 may be IDR 3,429,111,553,700 (11.48%). Allocated costs for this type of stunting activity are mostly used for direct activities, in 2018 the portion reached 58.29% and in 2019 the portion was up to 100%. Viewed from the line item budget, the realization is mostly used for operational costs. In 2018 it was 91.63% and in 2019 it reached 100%. The type of stunting intervention shows that the Serang District Health Office has implemented but has not implemented stunting reduction instructions in 2018 and 2019. Conclusion: This study provides information that the adequacy of stunting financing in the Serang District Health Office in 2018 and 2019 is performance-based, but not all activities have been carried out according to new and commitment of policy makers in 2019
The high rate of nurse turnover > 10% at Prikasih hospital causes a variety ofproblems, increased operating cost, disruption operations and raising moral issuesin nurse who stay, This research is a quantitative analytical research aiming todescribe the types of organizational culture (clan, adhocracy, market, hierarchy)and organizational commitment (affective, normative, continuance). The researchalso aims to illustrate the relations between the different types of organizationalculture and organizational commitment, and the association with turnoverintention at Prikasih hospital as well as to identify the most dominant factor ofrelations. The research uses cross-sectional method with 102 nurses asrespondents, using questionnaires. The result correlation and regresion analysisshows that there is correlation between organizational culture (clan, market,hierarchy), organizational commitment (affective, normative, continuance) withturnover intention. Affective commitment exhibits as the most dominant variablein relation to turnover intention.Keyword : nurse, organizational culture, organizational commitment, turnoverintention
