Abstrak: Systematic investigations into the structure of measurement error of physical activity questionnaires are lacking. We propose a measurement error model for a physical activity questionnaire that uses physical activity level (the ratio of total energy expenditure to basal energy expenditure) to relate questionnaire-based reports of physical activity level to true physical activity levels. The 1999-2006 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey physical activity questionnaire was administered to 433 participants aged 40-69 years in the Observing Protein and Energy Nutrition (OPEN) Study (Maryland, 1999-2000). Valid estimates of participants' total energy expenditure were also available from doubly labeled water, and basal energy expenditure was estimated from an equation; the ratio of those measures estimated true physical activity level ("truth"). We present a measurement error model that accommodates the mixture of errors that arise from assuming a classical measurement error model for doubly labeled water and a Berkson error model for the equation used to estimate basal energy expenditure. The method was then applied to the OPEN Study. Correlations between the questionnaire-based physical activity level and truth were modest (r = 0.32-0.41); attenuation factors (0.43-0.73) indicate that the use of questionnaire-based physical activity level would lead to attenuated estimates of effect size. Results suggest that sample sizes for estimating relationships between physical activity level and disease should be inflated, and that regression calibration can be used to provide measurement error-adjusted estimates of relationships between physical activity and disease.

Abstrak: Dalam meningkatkan kualitas SDM Rumah Sakit (RS) Khusus THT-Bedah KLProklamasi, maka perlu menciptakan sistem manajemen kinerja yang baik, yaitumelakukan penilaian kinerja dengan merumuskan Key Performance Indicators(KPI) yang berfungsi sebagai alat ukur tercapainya tujuan RS. Dilakukanpendekatan kualitatif dengan metode diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD) danwawancara mendalam terhadap seluruh unit di RS untuk merancang KPI yangsejalan dengan tujuan RS, dimana terbentuk 196 rancangan KPI untuk 23 unitdimana setiap unit terdiri dari 8-10 KPI yang dapat menjadi pertimbangan RSuntuk digunakan sebagai penilaian kinerja unit yang sesuai dengan tujuan RS.Kata kunci: key performance indicators, KPI, pengukuran kinerja.
Improvement in human resources quality in Proklamasi- ENT Hospital requirescreation of a good performance management system through implementation ofperformance measurement by formulating Key Performance Indicators whichfunction as a measuring instrument to achieve hospital goals. A qualitativeapproach with focus group discussions and in depth interviews method with alldivisions in the hospital was performed to formulate KPI which compatible tohospital goals. A 196 KPI draft was formed for 23 divisions whereas each divisionconsist of 8-10 KPI to became hospital consideration to measure all divisionperformance that compatible with hospital goals.Keywords: Key performance indicators, KPI, Performance Measurement.

Abstrak:
Berdasarkan data pengukuran kebugaran pegawai dengan metode rockport dari program Kesehatan Olahraga Puskesmas Rawat Inap Permata Sukarame Tahun 2020, didapatkan hasil Vo2Max pegawai dengan 34% kategori cukup dan 66% kategori kurang dan tidak ditemukan hasil Vo2Max kategori baik. Kondisi jasmani yang bugar memberikan dampak positif pada tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif desain fenomenologi . Hasil penelitian ini adalah ditemukan adanya motivasi intrinsik informan melakukan pengukuran kebugaran jasmani yaitu adanya ketertarikan pada kegiatan tersebut yang memberikan efek positif untuk kesehatan. Informan juga merasa mendapatkan penyegaran di luar dari rutinitas sehari-hari, serta perlunya kesadaran diri pegawai tentang arti pentingnya kebugaran jasmani. Untuk motivasi ektrinsik pegawai yaitu: penghargaan, pengawasan, tanggung jawab, hubungan pribadi, kondisi kerja serta kebijakan dan administrasi tempat kerja. Kondisi tubuh tidak fit, cuaca, kurangnya waktu dan keluarga menjadi hambatan dalam pengukuran kebugaran jasmani. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk mendapatkan hasil pengukuran kebugaran jasmani yang optimal, diperlukan minat berupa hobi dan ketertarikan, tantangan serta tanggung jawab yang berupa kesadaran diri yang berasal dari motivasi intrinsik. Untuk motivasi ekstrinsik, diperlukan penghargaan, pengawasan, hubungan antar pribadi, kondisi tempat kerja serta kebijakan dan administrasi. Terdapat juga hambatan lingkungan sosial dan lingkungan fisik yang menghalangi pegawai melakukan pengukuran kebugaran jasmani.

Based on employee fitness measurement data using the rockport method from the 2020 Permata Sukarame Inpatient Health Center Sports Health program, employee Vo2Max results were obtained with 34% in the sufficient category and 66% in the insufficient category and no Vo2Max results were found in the good category. A fit physical condition has a positive impact on the workforce, including creating optimal work productivity and vice versa. This study was designed with a qualitative research approach to case study design. The results of this study found that there was an intrinsic motivation of the informants to measure physical fitness, namely an interest in these activities which had a positive effect on health. Informants also felt that they got refreshment outside of their daily routine, as well as the need for self-awareness by employees about the importance of physical fitness. For extrinsic motivation of employees, namely: appreciation, supervision, responsibility, personal relationships, working conditions and workplace policies and administration. Unfit body condition, weather, lack of time and family become barriers in measuring physical fitness. It can be concluded that in order to obtain optimal physical fitness measurement results, interest in the form of hobbies and interests, challenges and responsibilities in the form of self-awareness is needed which comes from intrinsic motivation. For extrinsic motivation, respect, supervision, interpersonal relationships, working conditions and policies and administration are needed. There are also social environmental and physical environmental barriers that prevent employees from measuring physical fitness.

Abstrak:
Penilaian konsumsi gizi/dietary assessment merupakan metode penilaian status gizi untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait pola makan, baik berupa jumlah, jenis, hingga frekuensi pangan yang dikonsumsi. Salah satu metode yang sering digunakan dalam penelitian dengan topik pangan dan kesehatan adalah metode semiquantitative food frequency questionnaires (SFFQ). Namun, SFFQ memiliki berbagai kelemahan, salah satunya yaitu daftar makanan dalam kuesioner tidak dapat ditanyakan seluruhnya kepada seluruh kelompok populasi, sehingga diperlukan adaptasi serta tes validitas. Bahan makanan dalam SFFQ disusun berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu, hasil uji coba, dan observasi lingkungan sasaran. SFFQ yang terbentuk terdiri dari 19 bahan makanan dan 135 jenis pangan. Perbandingan dilakukan kepada satu kali pengambilan SFFQ untuk mencatat asupan selama sebulan terakhir dengan dua kali pengambilan 24-hour food recall untuk mewakili weekday dan weekend sebagai real intake. Sebanyak 73 siswa kelas 11 dengan rentang usia 16-18 tahun ikut serta dalam penelitian. Hasil uji t berpasangan menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara asupan energi, karbohidrat, dan protein SFFQ dengan recall. Setelah dilakukan energy adjustment, hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan SFFQ dengan recall. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan tingkat validitas sedang (fair) dengan catatan hasil recall weekend saja tidak dapat dianggap sebagai asupan rata-rata harian akibat variance yang terlalu besar.

Dietary assessment is a method used to evaluate nutritional status by collecting information on eating patterns, including the quantity, types, and frequency of foods consumed. One commonly used tool in public health nutrition research is the semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire (SFFQ). However, SFFQ has several limitations, including the fact that its food list may not be universally applicable across different population groups, requiring cultural adaptation and validation. The food items included in SFFQ were selected based on previous studies, preliminary testing, and environmental observations of the target population. The finalized SFFQ consisted of 19 food groups and 135 food items. A single SFFQ reflecting intake over the previous month was compared against two 24-hour food recalls representing weekday and weekend as the real intake. A total of 73 eleventh-grade students aged 16–18 years participated in the study. Paired t-test showed significant differences in energy, carbohydrate, and protein intake between SFFQ and recalls. After energy adjustment, correlation analysis showed no significant associations between nutrients derived from SFFQ and those from recalls. The validation results indicated a fair level of validity. However, recall data from the weekend alone should not be considered representative of usual daily intake due to high variability.
