Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palangka Raya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei cross-sectional dengan menggunakan kuesioner penilaian kinerja berdasarkan metoda penilaian sendiri dan metoda 360° yang dimodifikasi. Populasi dan sampel adalah semua Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palangka Raya sebanyak 69 orang. Dari 10 unsur penilaian kinerja, ada 6 (enam) unsur yang telah terbukti tidak memiliki perbedaan yang bermakna yaitu pengetahuan terhadap pekerjaan, kuantitas kerja, kualitas kerja, kreativitas, kemauan belajar dan inisiatif, dan komunikasi, sementara 4 (empat) unsur lainnya seperti kerjasama, integritas, disiplin kerja, dan kepemimpinan memiliki perbedaan yang bermakna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diperlukan perbaikan manajemen dan peningkatan efektivitas kepemimpinan di lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palangka Raya.
This study aims to determine the Performance of Employee of Palangka Raya Municipality Health Office. This type of research is a cross-sectional survey using modified questionnaires of performance asssessment based on self assessment and 360° methods. Population and sample are all Civil Servants of Palangka Raya Municipality Health Office as many as 69 persons. Of the 10 elements of performance assessment, there are 6 (six) elements that have been proved no significant difference such as knowledge of work, quantity of work, quality of work, creativity, willingness to learn and initiative, and communication, while 4 (four) other elements like cooperation, integrity, work discipline, and leadership have significant differences. Based on the results of this study, improved management and increased effectiveness of environmental leadership are needed in Palangka Raya Municipality Health Office.
Performance assessment is essential for hospital to assess the performance of employees.and to motivate in work. The studies using qualitative research by interviewing manager and employee of RSCM directly.Assessment using rating scale methode. Using the form provided by HRD in each unit. the employee perception about assessment is good. Result for very excellent 4, excellent 40 and average 2, Primary data obtained by direct observation and the secondary obtained by document review related to the research.
Exploration activities in upstream oil and gas industries are high risk activities.The results of the investigation analysis stated that the most factors that contributeto the incidence is the ineffectiveness of risk assessment. Therefore, the researcher tries to see the implementation of riskassessment process at HIRADC. This study aims to examine the hazardidentification, risk assessment, and determining control (HIRADC) in PT. X. Thisresearch used descriptive observational research design with qualitative method.The results suggested that it is necessary to synergize HSSE team in the field tomonitor HIRADC and PTW so that there is a correlation between the two. Penilaian pelayanan rawat jalan secara menyeluruh dibutuhkan oleh pihak manajemen rumah sakit untuk mengetahui posisi layanan saat ini sebagai langkah awal untuk menentukan strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan rawat jalan di sebuah rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pelayanan rawat jalan di RS Karya Bhakti Bogor tahun 2013, bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan standar Matriks Penilaian Pelayanan Rawat Jalan. Kebijakan rawat jalan RS Karya Bhakti telah memperhatikan standar yang ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah dan kebutuhan internal rumah sakit. Pelayanan rawat jalan RS Karya Bhakti termasuk ke dalam kategori transisi untuk indikator penjadwalan dokter, rencana strategis, struktur organisasi dan manajemen, kepuasan pasien, dokter, dan perawat rawat jalan serta tradisional-sangat berkembang untuk indikator pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Evaluasi komitmen dokter terhadap jadwal praktik, pemanfaatan dan perincian aktivitas di rencana strategis, pengukuran kepuasan pasien, kepuasan kerja dokter dan perawat rawat jalan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan rawat jalan rumah sakit.
An assessment of ambulatory care services is needed to determine current service position in order to improve the quality of ambulatory care in a hospital setting. This study was aimed to assess ambulatory care services in Karya Bhakti hospital on 2013. This is a qualitative study using Ambulatory Care Assessment Matrix as a standard. Ambulatory care policies in Karya Bhakti hospital have considered the Government and the internal needs of the hospital. Karya Bhakti hospital outpatient services assessed as trantition category for physician scheduling, strategic plans, organizational structure and management, patient-physician-nurses satisfaction and traditional-highly evolved category for information technology utilization. Evaluation of physician commitment to the practice schedule, utilization and activity details in the strategic plan, measuring patient, physicians and nurses satisfaction are needed to improve the quality of hospital ambulatory care services.
This thesis aims to determine the level of work safety risks in each process in CV. MenteBali Sejahtera area in 2020 with qualitative analysis methods and descriptiveobservational study design. This study found 27 risks with different levels that can beanalyzed. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi bahaya danpenilaian risiko kerja PT XYZ didapat bahwa Departemen PPIC dan Produksi yangmemiliki aktivitas pekerjaan berisiko tinggi yang terbanyak. 47 tindakanPengendalian yang sudah dilakukan dan 29 tindakan yang belum direncanakan olehmanajemen workshop. Berdasarkan evaluasi kesesuaian HIRADC dengan datainvestigasi kecelakaan terdapat 10 aktivitas pekerjaan menjadi berisiko tinggi. 16program keselamatan kerja sesuai dengan pengendalian pada HIRADC diworkshop dan 10 program prioritas utama perlu dilakukan perbaikan. 15 indikatoryang dapat menjadi indikator kinerja keselamatan sesuai dengan program kerjakeselamatan.

In the implementation of production in the manufacturing industry, every work process is never independent of hazard and risk. PT. X manufactures rubber parts for the automotive industry and other industries. One of the initial production process of rubber parts is mixing process. The stages of a complex mixing process, the materials used, and the operation of machines that are not completely automatic, are at risk of incidents and/or accidents and their consequences. This study aims to determine the level of OHS risk in the mixing process at PT. X. In this research, risk identification on mixing process using Job Hazard Analysis method based on OSHA 3071. Then, semi-quantitative risk analysis refers to Australian/New Zealand Standard 4360: 2004 on Risk Management; and determine the risk level according to the risk score calculated using the Fine risk formula (1971). Risk assessment is done in two main work of mixing process, that is kneader mixing and open mill mixing. Based on the results of risk identification, there are 22 hazards and risks in mixing kneader; and 22 hazards and risks in open mill mixing. Based on the assessment of existing risk in kneader mixing and open mill mixing, the hazard with the highest risk level is noise (which arises from machines in the mixing process area) with substantial risk level.

Microbiological hazard, particularly virus, contributing highly in disease, moreover with its microscopic size. Microbial risk assessment is a tool to estimate a probability of virus causing effect to human body, and as reference to generate appropriate and precise risk management. However, conducting microbial risk assessment is more complex because of its microorganism nature that is different from chemical hazard. This review aims to collect and synthesize information regarding microbial risk assessment using narrative literature review method. This review suggests that microbial risk assessment conducted based on its management purpose. Qualitative and semi-quantitative risk assessment can be performed for initial assessment before assessing quantitatively, due to its speed and simplicity. Quantitative assessment also executed based on its context for quantifying the exposure assessment and dose-response. Risk management from risk assessment result needs to be verified by reenacting risk assessment.
