Tofu Factory X Citeureup is food producers in. Bogor, which has factors and hazardand risk potentials in each process. This study aims to know the occupational healthand safety risks, do assessment, and determine control may be performed. Thisstudy is a descriptive study and cross-sectional study design using tools such as riskmanagement standard AS/NZS 4360:2004 and risk calculation with the W.T Fineformula. The results showed that there are risk levels not acceptable in any processof making tofu, is very high, priority 1, substantial, priority 3, and acceptable.Recommendations that can be provided is substitution, engineering, administrative,and use of PPE.

Occupational health and safety issues at SMEs were caused by lack of riskmanagement. The purpose of this study was to assess level of OHS risk at five (5)of metal-based workshop at Gunung Sari Village, Bogor, 2016. W.T Fine methodwas used for analyzing the risk level by scoring the level of consequence,exposure, and likelihood of each risk. The results showed that ergonomics andchemical hazard were categorised as very high risk level.

Occupational health and safety problems in small and medium enterprises arecaused by lack of risk management. This research aimed to assess the OHS risklevel at five small shoes industries. Risk assessment was done by implementingW.T Fine method to analyze risk level by scoring the level of probability,exposure and consequence. This study found that the risk of chemical hazard(solvent vapor from glue) was very high; the risk of ergonomic and mechanicalhazard were categorized as priority 1, the risk of poor housekeeping wassubstantial; the risk of kinetic hazard was priority 3; and the risk of psychosocialhazards was acceptable.Keywords:Risk assessment, consequence, exposure, probability, level of risk. Workers of tempe factory in Desa Citeureup had a risk to experiencemusculoskeletal disorders complaints that derived from the process of working.The aim of this study is to obtain a description of musculoskeletal disorderscomplaints. The subject of the study was 15 workers in three places, and themethod used was observational descriptive study with cross-sectional design. Theresult showed that the process of working in the manufacture of tempe have highlevel of ergonomics risk. There were 4 (four) activities from 10 (ten) that havehigh risk level. The most dominant complaints most dominant from the workerswere stiff. The factory was suggested to improve body posture to minimizemusculoskletal disorders complaints and ergonomic risk factor.

Research carried out because the increment number of informal workerswho work in the sector of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), butthere is lack of activity for health and safety risk assessment done in that sectorand workers rarely covered by health or accident insurance program.The research aims to determine the level of occupational safety and health risks inthe production process of making footwear in SMEs X, SMEs Y, SMEs Z anddetermine the highest risk and provide recommendations control measures againstthe identified risks.The method used in this research is semi-quantitative and descriptive basedon the standard AS/NZS 4360:2004 using the Job Safety Analysis method toidentify hazards and risks and Fine method for measuring the level of risk bymultiplying the probability, exposure and consequences of any risks. Descriptivestudy was conducted to elucidate the control measures already carried out by eachSME. Sample was conducted by purposive sampling method, ie all workers whoare in the process of production of the footwear in SMEs X, Y SMEs, SMEs Z.The results showed that at this stage of the production process in SMEs X, YSMEs, SME Z risks are included in all categories at Fine methods, namely: VeryHigh, Priority 1, Substantial, Priority 3, Acceptable. The highest risk (Very High)obtained from the use of chemicals and electric cables that do not meet standards.

ABSTRAK
Kebisingan pada industri harus dapat dikurangi agar para karyawan yang terpapar tidak mengalami gangguan pendengaran. Agar area kerja dapat diperbaiki dan kebisingan dapat dikurangi maka diperlukan suatu kegiatan promosi kesehatan dalam mencegah gangguan pendengaran yaitu Hearing conservation program. Peneliti bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Hearing Conservation Program pada PT XYZ tahun 2013. Proses evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan checklist evaluasi Hearing conservation program dari NIOSH (Alih bahasa Departemen Kesehatan). Maka diperoleh hasil pelaksanaan Hearing conservation program pada PT XYZ yang telah dilaksanakan sebesar 76 % dan 24 % belum terlaksana. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan Hearing Conservation program di PT XYZ masih harus ada perbaikan agar karyawan tidak terpapar oleh kebisingan dan terhindar dari gangguan pendengaran. Saran pada PT XYZ sebaiknya menjalankan secara menyeluruh dan sosialisasi terhadap pelaksanaan Hearing conservation program harus dilaksanakan pada seluruh karyawan.
ABSTRACT
Noise in the industry must be reduced so that the employees are not exposed to hearing loss. So that the work area can be improved and the noise can be reduced, we need a health promotion activity in preventing hearing loss is hearing conservation program. We aimed to evaluate the implementation of the Hearing Conservation Program in PT XYZ in 2013. The evaluation process is conducted by using a checklist evaluation of the NIOSH Hearing conservation program (Language Interpreting Department of Health). Hearing the obtained results of the implementation of conservation programs at XYZ Ltd. which has been implemented by 76% and 24% have not been implemented. It can be concluded that the Hearing Conservation program activities in PT XYZ still must be improved in order employees not exposed to noise and avoid hearing loss. Advice on PT XYZ should run thoroughly and disseminate the hearing conservation program implementation should be carried out on all employees.
