This study aims to determine factors associated with balanced nutrition behavior in nutrition student of Universitas Indonesia. On this study balanced nutrition behavior was the dependent variable while balanced nutrition knowledge, nutritional status, body image, peer influences, student resident, and pocket money were independent variable. This is a quantitative study with cross-sectional design. Data were collected in April-Mei 2019 from 117 nutrition student which randomly selected from first year until fourth year. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires, twice 24-h food recall interviews, and measuring their height and weight. The results showed that 28.2% of the students had applied balanced nutrition behavior. The result indicated that there was a significant relationship between peer influences and balanced nutrition behavior (p-value: 0.001), as this variabel had emerged as a dominant factor as well. To enhance student balanced nutrition behavior, it is recommended for the faculty to provide facilities such as scales, dan safety sport equipment which can be accessed easily and free. It is also recommended for the health office to promote balanced nutrition using the peer educator approach.

Introduction: The Provincial Government of West Java has issued Governor of West Java Decree Number: 443/Kep.350-BUMD DAN INVESTASI/2021 concerning Oxygen Command center. An oxygen command center was formed to deal with oxygen emergencies at the peak of the Covid-19 variant of the delta in West Java July-September 2021. Evaluation is very important as lesson learning to prepare for handling emergency medical oxygen needs in the future. Purpose: Evaluate the implementation of the implementation of the oxygen command post based on the tasks contained in the Decree of the Governor of West Java Number 443/Kep.350-BUMD AND INVESTASI/2021 concerning the oxygen command post, especially at the peak of the delta variant. Methods: This research is a non-experimental research with a qualitative case study approach which is expected to answer research questions. This study uses the theoretical approach of George C. Edward III's Policy Implementation Model and William Dunn's Theoretical Decision Evaluation. The methods used in data collection were in-depth interviews with informants and document review. Result: The research shows that the oxygen command center does its job well but not optimal. In the aspect of communication, good communication has been established within the oxygen command center, more consistent communication is needed with partners outside the command center. In the aspect of resources, staff have been fulfilled and given authority, the available budget is sufficient to meet the needs of facilities in the field. The aspect of the bureaucratic structure runs optimally, the mechanism is made very detailed and routine coordination. The disposition aspect is well implemented. In evaluating the task of preparing a needs plan that is running well enough, seen from the availability of data to prepare a needs plan, distribution control by appointing a BUMD is the right choice with a yield of 12.44 tons/day of liquid oxygen and ownership of 1,634 oxygen cylinders. The coordination and synchronization that is carried out must build a common understanding of oxygen so that there are no communication errors that hinder coordination. The command center to form a secretariat/warehouse with centralized information management on the West Java Province Pikobar service is appropriate in accordance with the mandate of the governor's regulations. The monitoring carried out is also quite good and it is better to involve partners outside the oxygen command center so that they can also find out the current situation and condition of oxygen emergencies. So it can be concluded that the oxygen command center carried out its duties properly.Pendahuluan: Pemerintah Prvinsi Jawa Barat telah mengeluarkan Keputusan Gubernur Jawa Barat Nomor: 443/Kep.350-BUMD DAN INVESTASI/2021 Tentang Pos Komando Oksigen. Pos komando oksigen dibentuk untuk mengatasi kedaruratan oksigen pada puncak covid-19 varian delta di Jawa Barat Juli-September 2021. Evaluasi menjadi sangat penting sebagai pembelajaran dalam rangka mempersiapkan penanganan kebutuhan darurat oksigen medis dimasa depan. Tujuan: Mengevaluasi implementasi pelaksanaan pos komando oksigen berdasarkan tugas yang tertuang dalam Keputusan Gubernur Jawa Barat Nomor 443/Kep.350-BUMD DAN INVESTASI/2021 tentang Pos Komando oksigen khususnya pada puncak varian delta. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental dengan metode kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus yang diharapkan dapat menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan teori Model Implementasi Kebijakan George C. Edward III dan Evaluasi Keputusan Teoritis William Dunn. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah wawancara mendalam kepada informan dan telaah dokumen. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan pos komando oksigen menjalankan tugas dengan baik namun belum optimal. Aspek komunikasi, sudah terbangun komunikasi yang baik didalam pos komando oksigen, diperlukan komunikasi yang lebih konsisten dengan mitra di luar posko. Aspek sumber daya, sudah terpenuhi staf dan diberikan kewenangan, anggaran yang tersedia cukup memenuhi kebutuhan fasilitas dilapangan. Aspek struktur birokrasi berjalan cukup optimal, mekanisme yang dibuat sangat detail dan koordinasi rutin. Aspek disposisi diimplementasikan dengan baik. Pada evaluasi tugas penyusunan rencana kebutuhan yang berjalan sudah cukup baik dilihat dari ketersediaan data untuk menyusun rencana kebutuhan, pengendalian pendistribusian dengan menunjuk BUMD adalah pilihan tepat dengan hasil 12,44 ton/hari oksigen cair dan kepemilikan 1.634 tabung oksigen. Pengkoordinasian dan pensikronan yang dilakukan harus membangun kesamaan pemahaman tentang oksigen sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan komunikasi yang menghambat koordinasi. Pos komando membentuk sekretariat/gudang dengan pengelolaan informasi terpusat pada layanan Pikobar Provinsi Jawa Barat sudah tepat sesuai dengan amanat peraturan gubernur. Monitoring yang dilakukan juga cukup baik dan sebaiknya melibatkan mitra diluar pos komando oksigen agar juga dapat mengetahui situasi dan kondisi terkini kedaruratan oksigen. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan pos komando oksigen melaksanakan tugas dengan baik.
Cervical cancer ranks second highest at 9.2 per 100,000 population, with an average death rate of 9.0 per 100,000 population. Cilegon has not reached the designated target for IVA screenings, with percentages from 2019 to 2022 reaching 0.99%, 1.78%, 2.05%, and 2.35%, thus not achieving the national target of 80% and the health SPM target of 100%, with a target population of 71,139 individuals. The research objective is to analyze the achievement of early detection of cervical cancer at the Cilegon City Health Center from 2019 to 2022. The research design is qualitative with a case study design, conducted in April - May 2023. The research findings indicate that the program's achievement in detecting cervical cancer in Cilegon City from 2019 to 2022 has not reached the SPM target. In terms of structural components, human resources, standard operating procedures, funding, and infrastructure are already available, but there is still a slight obstacle due to the imbalance between the number of human resources and the target. In terms of process components, each health center has implemented planning, implementation, recording, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation processes according to procedures. Efforts have been made to facilitate access, actively promote awareness, employ innovative approaches, and foster cross-program cooperation, but cross-sector collaboration has not significantly improved the early detection of cervical cancer at the Cilegon City Health Center. This is due to discrepancies in perceptions of target calculation, suboptimal promotion and advocacy activities, inappropriate communication approaches, ineffective media usage, underutilization of potential resources in Cilegon as an industrial city, and a population that is either afraid of or unaware of IVA screenings.
Jumlah penduduk tahun 2010 melebihi proyeksi jumlah penduduk oleh BPS. Dengan laju pertumbuhan penduduk 1,49% dikhawatirkan akan terjadi ledakan penduduk. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh faktor sosial ekonomi terhadap jumlah anak dalam satu rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sosial ekonomi yang terdiri dari status ekonomi (kuintil pengeluaran), pekerjaan ibu, pendidikan ibu dan lokasi tempat tinggal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap jumlah anak dalam satu rumah tangga. Abstract Total population in 2010 exceeded the projected total population by the BPS. With the population growth rate of 1.49% of the population explosion feared would happen. This study was conducted to see the influence of socioeconomic factors on the number of children in one household. The results showed that socioeconomic factors comprising economic status (quintiles spending), maternal employment, maternal education and location of residence significantly affected the number of children in one household. At present Cengkareng Hospital has just entering into the stage of changing an image of a government Hospital that is still attached and has a negative conotation.marketing strategic Plan constitutes an effort of solving the problem and anticipation toward the future, a marketing strategy that will be perform is migration segmentation toward a target on middle to upper community group market, this issue is performed because of a large opportunity, where the existence area of the Hospital is a residencial and industrial area so that this opportunity will be able to give maximum contribution for the hospital funding, however it doesn’t leave out the current market. The Design of Cengkareng Hospital systematically consist of market segmentation strategy, marketing targeting strategy and the last one is strategy positioning market. Further Tactic strategy is carried out in the form of development marketing program by mix marketing (product, price, place and promotion). This research is held in RS Cengkareng , using kuantitative and kualitatif analysis . Where secondary data obtained from various sources and corelation data base . And result from projection of the data used as information in Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activity to identify hospital’s internal and external environmental. From the result of regional research that become the segmentation target, its aim is West Jakarta district, Tanggerang as well as North Jakarta with the community segmentation who domiciled in the area mentioned above aged 25 – 64 , with minimal graduate diploma 1 – University. The main objective is in a moderate manner then the selling potential for west Jakarta per month in the year of 2005 up until 2010 is as follow : 210, 814, 907 , 979, 984 persons. By the annual increase of each district +/- 30 – 40 % this condition is kept in balance by additional service capacity increases with 50 % in 2006 and 100 % in 2007. To optimalize more the result of developing in marketing product of Cengkareng Hospital is to optimalize the performance of its core product : Policlinic and Hospitalization and also to raise the issue of health and work health safety, including medical checkup. The promotion product mentioned is balanced by decisioning of price which start based on the need and benefit which is gained from the product to compared with the product of competitors. The price is decided relatively to be compared with competitors price to be able to give value added for the consumers. Other than that (becides) the place is closer to the industrial market and middle and upper class community market around Cengkareng Hospital, its objective is to make in accordance with the image product which is connected with the pricing segment by maximalizing marketing staff performance.
