Abstrak:
Dalam rangka mencegah segala potensi risiko, dibutuhkan iklim keselamatan yang baik di tempat kerja. Iklim keselamatan digunakan untuk melihat aspek psikologis pekerja mengenai nilai, sikap, dan persepsi mereka terkait keselamatan di tempat kerja yang mana dapat berdampak terhadap perilaku. Oleh karena itu untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penerapan iklim keselamatan yang baik menjadi kunci utama dalam membentuk persepsi pekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran iklim keselamatan di Proyek Pembangunan Kereta Cepat Jakarta Bandung Halim tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara daring dan turun langsung ke lapangan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sebanyak 70 responden pekerja PT. Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor dimensi iklim keselamatan secara keseluruhan sudah cukup baik. Dimensi iklim keselamatan tersebut yaitu komitmen manajemen (5,52), komunikasi keselamatan (5,27), pelatihan (5,22), akuntabilitas pribadi (4,98), peraturan dan prosedur (5,14), dan lingkungan yang mendukung (5,16). Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menyarankan, untuk merubah persepsi pekerja dapat ditingkatkan melalui penegasan komitmen manajemen, peraturan dan prosedur dengan komunikasi dan pelatihan yang memadai dan ditopang oleh tanggung jawab yang baik serta lingkungan yang mendukung.

Safety climate is used to look at the psychological aspects of workers regarding their values, attitudes, and perceptions about safety in the workplace which can have an impact on behavior. Therefore, to overcome this, the application of a good safety climate is the main key in shaping workers' perceptions. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the safety climate in the Jakarta Bandung Halim High Speed Rail Development Project in 2022. This study used a quantitative method with a cross sectional design. Data collection was done online and offline using a questionnaire. A total of 70 respondents workers PT. Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung participated in this research. The results showed that the average score of the overall safety climate dimension was quite good. The dimensions of the safety climate are management commitment (5.52), communication (5.27), training (5.22), personal accountability (4.98), rules and procedures (5.14), and a supportive environment (5,16). Overall research results suggest that changing employee perceptions can be improved through affirmation of management commitment, regulations and procedures with adequate communication and training also supported by good personal accountability and a supportive environment.

Abstrak:
Literasi gizi adalah kapasitas individu untuk memperoleh, memproses, dan memahami informasi gizi dasar yang diperlukan untuk membuat keputusan gizi yang tepat. Literasi gizi dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok yaitu literasi gizi fungsional, interaktif, dan kritikal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran tingkat literasi gizi dan perbedaan proporsi tingkat literasi gizi berdasarkan usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan, paritas, dukungan petugas kesehatan dan keterpaparan informasi pada ibu hamil di Kecamatan Racaekek Kabupaten Bandung Jawa Barat Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis desain studi cross-sectional. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner mandiri pada 100 ibu hamil yang sehat dan bisa membaca serta menulis di Desa Jelegong dan Desa Bojongloa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi gizi fungsional, interaktif, maupun kritikal pada responden secara umum tergolong masih kurang. Terdapat perbedaan proporsi antara pendidikan dan pendapatan dengan tingkat literasi gizi total dan tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara variabel independen dengan tingkat literasi gizi fungsional, interaktif, dan kritikal.

Nutritional literacy is divided into three groups, namely functional, interactive, and critical nutritional literacy. This study aims to describe the level of nutritional literacy and the difference in the proportion of nutritional literacy based on age, education, occupation, income, parity, support from health workers and information exposure to pregnant women in Racaekek District, Bandung Regency, West Java in 2022. This study uses a quantitative approach with type of cross-sectional study design. Data were taken using an independent questionnaire on 100 healthy pregnant women who could read and write in Jelegong Village and Bojongloa Village. The results showed that the level of functional, interactive, and critical nutritional literacy of the respondents in general was still low. There is a difference in the proportion between education and income with the level of total nutritional literacy and there is no significant difference between the independent variables and the level of functional, interactive, and critical nutrition literacy.

Abstrak:
Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur, terdapat hubungan antara distress kerja dengan iklim keselamatan, yang berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dimensi distress kerja terhadap iklim keselamatan. Studi cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada 152 karyawan perusahaan pembangkit listrik tenaga gas di site Prabumulih, Palembang, dan dua site Batam, pada departemen operation dan maintenance yang dipilih secara acak sebagai responden penelitian. Responden mengisi kuesioner iklim keselamatan Nordik (NOSACQ-50) dan kuesioner distress kerja NIOSH Generic Job Stress secara daring. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik korelasi bivariat dan regresi linier. Gambaran iklim keselamatan perusahaaan menunjukkan hasil rata-rata 2,73 atau pada tingkatan cukup, sehingga memerlukan perbaikan pada komitmen tenaga kerja pada keselamatan dan prioritas keselamatan. Berdasarkan tingkat distress kerja, terdapat 10,53% karyawan yang memiliki tingkat distress rendah, 77,63% karyawan yang memiliki tingkat distress sedang, dan 11,84% karyawan yang memiliki tingkat distress tinggi. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan variabel distress kerja pada penilaian diri, masa depan karyawan, dan dukungan sosial, menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan iklim keselamatan. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan variabel distress kerja pada konflik dan ketidakjelasan peran menjadi variabel paling dominan berhubungan dengan iklim keselamatan. Untuk meningkatkan iklim keselamatan, perusahaan harus berusaha untuk mengurangi distress di tempat kerja melalui pengendalian faktor konflik dan ketidakjelasan peran.

This study aims to determine the relationship of the dimensions of work distress to the safety climate. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 152 employees of a gas-fired power plant company at the Prabumulih site, Palembang, and two Batam sites, in the operation and maintenance department who were randomly selected as research respondents. Respondents filled out the Nordic safety climate (NOSACQ-50) and NIOSH Generic Job Stress online questionnaire. Data were analyzed using bivariate correlation statistical tests and linear regression. Company's safety climate showed an average result of 2.73 or at a sufficient level, required improvement in the commitment of the workforce to safety and safety priorities. There were 10.53% of employees who have low levels of distress, 77.63% of employees who have moderate levels of distress, and 11.84% of employees who have high levels of distress. Bivariate analysis showed that the variables of work distress on self-assessment, future work, and social support, showed a significant relationship with safety climate. Multivariate analysis showed that the variables of work distress in conflict and role ambiguity were the most dominant variables related to the safety climate. To improve safety climate, Company should strive to reduce workplace distress through controlling conflict factors and role ambiguity.
