The plantation sector is one of the most important sectors globally in terms of food supply and labor. This sector is also considered to be one of the most dangerous sectors in terms of high rates of occupationals diseases, accidents and deaths. In Lampung Province, the plantation sector is the largest contributor to occupational accidents compared to other industrial sectors. This study aims to analyze the contributing factors (Personal factors, Job Factors, physical environment, and social environment) with the severity level of work accidents in the plantation sector in Lampung Province. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. This research was conducted based on work accident report data for plantation sector companies in Lampung Province at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bandar Lampung. The study was conducted from February 2021 to April 2021. The population in this study was 296 cases of work accidents taken from the company's occupational accident report to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Data analysis was performed using chi square statistical test and logistic regression test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between work factors in the work shift category (p = 0.033; OR = 1.858) and physical environmental factors in the work location category (p = 0.034; OR = 1.781) and there is no significant relationship between human factors and environmental factors against occupational accident
Customer satisfaction at RSUD dr. Soekardjo has decreased since the last 3 (three) years and has not yet reached the target set. Patient satisfaction is one of that affects the quality of hospital services. Patients as external consumers need to get health services as expected. patient satisfaction measure were taken through 4 dimensions of satisfaction. This study aims to determine the role of deliver Information and health Education in the Inpatient at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya 2020. The research used quantitative approach with cross sectional study design. The sample in this study was 173 adult inpatients with a sampling technique using quota sampling. Data collected using a questionnaire with the interview method. Data were analyzed with chi square and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that the delivered of information and education was related to patient satisfaction at RSUD dr. Soekardjo, Tasikmalaya 2020, patients who were adequately informed and educated 4 times were more satisfied with hospital services compared to patients who did not get enough information and education. Suggestions are to conduct an overall evaluation of the implementation of deliver information and education, the availability of information and education media as well as the increased use of these media
Tesis ini membahas hubungan karakteristik perusahaan peserta PT. Asuransi Jiwa InHealth Indonesia dengan pemanfaatan benefit persalinan sectio caesaria produk managed care dengan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu perusahaan yang mengambil benefit persalinan sebanyak 1.441 perusahaan. Disain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan antara karakteristik group yaitu proporsi wanita usia subur, proporsi perempuan menikah, rerata jumlah anak, jenis badan usaha dan besar kelompok dengan pemanfaatan benefit persalinan sectio caesaria, ditemukan variabel dominan yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan benefit persalinan sectio caesaria diantaranya kelompok besar, kelompok sedang dan proporsi wanita usia subur. This thesis discusses the relationship characteristics of participating companies PT. Asuransi Jiwa InHealth Indonesia benefit to the utilization of sectio caesaria maternity, managed care product. Using secondary data, the companies that take the benefit of maternity by the number of 1441 companies. This study design was cross sectional. The result showed relationship between the characteristics of the group: the proportion of women of childbearing age, the proportion of married women, the average number of children, types of bussiness and type of groups to the utilization of benefits sectio caesaria and found that the dominant variabel are a large group, average group, and the proportion of women are childbearing age. Goals Hospitals in providing public health services should be able to maintain quality of services. One of the government's efforts to improve the quality of home services through accreditation, which is compulsory and required by government regulation. This study focus on two goals of Prima Medika Hospital in preparation of KARS 2012 accreditation: International Patient Safety Goals and Millennium Development Goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the stages, problems and monitoring in the preparation process of accreditation on the patient's safety goals and the Millennium Development Goals. This research uses qualitative method by involving 7 participants working group of accreditation. Data collected by in-depth interview technique and document tracing, then analyzed using content analysis. The results of the interviews show that the preparation phase begins with the commitment of all hospitals, the accreditation working group established by the director, the compilation of documents of the assessment elements according to the accreditation standards, program dissemination to medical and non-medical staff, then the implementation. The next stage are monitoring and evaluation, through monev report, quality indicator and field inspection. In conclusions, the very important stages in preparation process are: commitment from all level of hospital, approaches to the specialist doctors formally or informally, more internal training.
