Kepuasan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya pelayanan kesehatan milik pemerintah merupakan barang mewah dan sulit dijangkau masyarakat luas. Salah satu indikator untuk menilai mutu pelayanan adalah kepuasan pasien. Semakin berkurangnya jumlah pengunjung puskesmas di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota dalam tiga tahun terakhir ini mungkin disebabkan rendahnya kepuasan pasien akan pelayanan di puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran kepuasan pasien puskesmas dan hubungannya dengan karakteristik umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, status perkawinan dan kualitas pelayanan pemeriksaan. Jenis penelitian adalah cross sectional. Dilakukan kepada 101 pasien Puskesmas di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Pengukuran kepuasan dengan cara directly reported satisfaction. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Februari sampai 19 Maret 2004, menggunakan median sebagai cut of point kepuasan. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian menyatakan tingkat kepuasan pasien sebesar 55,4 0/0. Kepuasan paling tinggi ditemukan pada pelayanan di loket (94,1%), terendah kepuasan terhadap kondisi WC (51,5%). Analisis bivariat menemukan faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kepuasan adalah pendidikan. Sementara pada analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa variabel umur, pendidikan dan kualitas pemeriksaan mempunyai hubungan dengan kepuasan. Namun hubungan yang paling kuat adalah antara pendidikan dengan kepuasan dengan Odds Ratio sebesar 5,655. Artinya, orang yang berpendidikan rendah cenderung merasa puas terhadap pelayanan kesehatan sebesar 5,655 kali dibandingkan dengan orang yang berpendidikan tinggi. Disarankan agar seluruh petugas puskesmas dapat membberikan pelayanan dengan ramah, bersahabat serta penuh perhatian kepada pasien, dapat memberikan jawaban yang memuaskan atas pertanyaan yang diajukan. Agar puskesmas melakukan kembali prinsip Quality Assurance dalam memberikan pelayanan. Untuk menghindari penumpukan pasien di poliklinik, disarankan agar petugas poliklinik baik dokter maupun paramedic mulai melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan jadwal dimulainya pelayanan di loket. Jumlah tempat duduk di ruang tunggu poliklinik agar ditambah dengan memperhitungkan jumlah pasien terutama pada saat jam sibuk. Kebersihan dan ketersediaan air di WC agar ditingkatkan, memperbaiki saluran air bersih dan mesin pompa yang macet. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, disarankan agar Dinas Kesehatan kembali melakukan program QA, mulai dari pelatihanlpenyegaran tenaga puskesmas sampai kepada pembentukan kembali tim supervisor Kabupaten. Mengadakan kesepakatan dengan seluruh dokter puskesmas dan organisasi profesi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, memperhatikan kebutuhan perbaikan sarana puskesmas dan memberikan dana operasional puskesmas dalam bentuk block grant.
Factors Related to the Patients Satisfaction in Puskesmas in Regency of Lima Puluh Kota, Year 2004The satisfaction towards health services, especially the service of government owned institution is a luxury and cannot afford by many people. One of the indicator to evaluate the service quality is the patients' satisfaction. The decreasing number of puskesmas patients in Regency of Lima Puluh Kota in the past three years is probably due to the low patients' satisfaction towards the services in the Puskesmas. This research is intended to obtained the description about the satisfaction of puskesmas patients and its relationship with factors such as age, sex, education, occupation, marital status and quality of examination service. The type of the research is cross sectional. It is done towards 101 patients of Puskesmas in Regency of Lima Puluh Kota. The satisfaction measurement was done on February 12 to March 19, 2004 by using median as cut of point of satisfaction. The data analysis is done by using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of the research indicates that the patients' satisfaction is 55.4%. The highest satisfaction is found out in the service at the counter (94.1%), the lowest satisfaction is towards the toilet (51.5%). The bivariate analysis found out the factors related to the level of satisfaction is education. While the strongest relationship is between education and satisfaction with Odds Ratio 5,655. It means that the people with low education tend to feel satisfied towards the health services namely 5,655 times compared to the people with higher education. It is suggested that the whole people in charge in the puskesmas can provide the service with hospitality, friendly and with care towards the patients, and can give satisfactory response towards questions by the patients. It is better if the puskesmas use the duality Assurance principle in providing the services. To avoid the accumulation of patients in the policlinic, it is suggested that the people in charge in the policlinic, both doctors and nurse to perform their tasks according to the schedule of the service in the counter. The number of seats in the waiting room of the policlinic needs to be increased by considering the number of patients especially during the peak hours. The hygiene and availability of water in the toilet needs to be improved, reparation of the damaged waterway and the water pump needs to be done. In order to increase the satisfaction of the patients, it is suggested that the Health Office perform again the QA program, from training or refreshment of the Puskesmas personnel up to the establishment of supervisor team at the Regency level. Make an agreement with the whole doctors of puskesmas and professional organization to improve the quality of services, by considering the needs for improvement of puskesmas facilities and provide operational fund for the puskesmas in the form of block grant.

Abstrak:
Didapati bahwa sebanyak 22% dari total penduduk dunia memiliki hipertensi. Di Indonesia sebesar 34,1% dengan Jawa Barat sebesar 39,6%, Kota Bogor sebanyak 36,2%, dan Kecamatan Tanah Sareal sebanyak 30%. Dari jumlah penderita hipertensi tersebut paling banyak adalah perempuan. Hipertensi pada perempuan banyak dialami dalam kehamilan dan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan unutk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik, pengetahuan, dan sikap ibu hamil terhadap hipertensi di Puskesmas Tanah Sareal tahun 2021-2022. Studi cross sectional dilakukan kepada 40 responden yang didapati dari purposive sampling. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 5% ibu hamil mengalami hipertensi, 80% usia 20-35 tahun, 47,5% memiliki pendidikan menegah, 82,5% tidak memiliki faktor genetik, 75% sedang mengalami hamil tunggal, 62,5% multigravida, 72,5% memiliki pengetahuan tinggi, dan 55% memiliki sikap positif. Pengetahuan pada ibu hamil dapat mempengaruhi dalam pencegahan hipertensi dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dalam pencegahan dan deteksi dini penyakit.

Abstrak:
Latar Belakang: Pelaksanaan program vaksinasi sebagai salah satu strategi preventif pengendalian virus COVID-19 memunculkan berbagai macam respon di masyarakat. Penerimaan vaksinasi COVID-19 dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya sangat berdampak pada keberhasilan program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan vaksinasi COVID-19 pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia tahun 2022 berdasarkan teori health belief model. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain potong lintang dengan cara pengambilan data primer melalui survei online dengan sampel penelitian yaitu mahasiswa aktif program sarjana. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel. Hasil: Dari 295 responden, terdapat 48,1% mahasiswa yang akan melakukan vaksinasi COVID-19. Penerimaan vaksinasi COVID-19 memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan pengetahuan, persepsi kerentanan, persepsi keparahan, persepsi hambatan, persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemampuan diri dan isyarat bertindak (p < 0,05). Kesimpulan: Penerimaan vaksinasi COVID-19 pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia masih rendah. Berbagai strategi yang efektif harus dilakukan untuk memicu niat mahasiswa melakukan vaksinasi COVID-19. Diperlukan kerjasama antara pemerintah dengan civitas academica melalui sosialisasi/kampanye aktif di kampus dan memaksimalkan chatbot whatsapp Kementerian Kesehatan untuk menguragi keragu-raguan melakukan vaksinasi COVID-19.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini adalah mengenai hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan penerimaan informasi dengan tindakan pencegahan Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) pada pegawai PT. Nutricell Pacific Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi observasional deskriptif dan analitik dengan jenis potong lintang. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan jumlah keseluruhan populasi. 68 responden yang berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini mengisi kuesioner secara daring menggunakan google form. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sebagian besar pengetahuan responden tentang CVS masih kurang. Sebagian responden memiliki sikap yang negatif terhadap faktor risiko dan pencegahan CVS. Responden lebih banyak menerima informasi tentang CVS dari internet dibandingkan dengan sumber informasi lainnya. Sebagian besar responden menerapkan tindakan pencegahan CVS yang kurang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan penerimaan informasi dengan tindakan pencegahan CVS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan bahwa perlu adanya pendidikan kesehatan melalui kegiatan edukasi kesehatan. Kegiatan edukasi kesehatan dapat ditunjang dengan penggunaan media poster di area kerja.

ANEMIA PADA REMAJA PUTRI MEMPUNYAI DAMPAK YAITU MENURUNKAN PRODUKTIVITAS DAN PRESTASI REMAJA (DEPKES, 2003). PEMERINTAH MENINDAKLANJUTI DENGAN MELAKUKAN PROGRAM PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGGULANGAN ANEMIA PADA REMAJA PUTRI DENGAN CARA PEMBERIAN TABLET TAMBAH DARAH (TTD) (DIREKTORAT GIZI MASYARAKAT, 2016). PENELITIAN INI BERTUJUAN UNTUK MENGETAHUI GAMBARAN PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGGULANGAN ANEMIA PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI PUSKESMAS KELAPA DUA DI KABUPATEN TANGERANG DENGAN TEORI LOGIC MODELS YANG TERDIRI DARI RESOURCES(INPUT), PROSES, DAN OUTPUT. PENELITIAN INI MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN KUALITATIF DAN MELIBATKAN SATU INFORMAN STAKEHOLDER DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN TANGERANG DAN TIGA INFORMAN STAKEHOLDER PUSKESMAS KELAPA DUA SEBAGAI INFORMAN KUNCI. SEDANGKAN YANG MENJADI INFORMAN ADALAH GURU PIK-R SMA NEGERI 23 KABUPATEN TANGERANG DAN REMAJA PUTRI KELAS XI YANG MENGALAMI ANEMIA BERAT. PENGUMPULAN DATA DILAKUKAN DENGAN CARA WAWANCARA MENDALAM. TEKNIK PENGOLAHAN DATA DILAKUKAN DENGAN MENYUSUN TRANSKRIP, PENGKODEAN, MEMBUAT MATRIKS, DAN MENGANALISIS DATA. HASIL PENELITIAN MENUNJUKKAN BAHWA PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGGULANGAN ANEMIA DILIHAT DARI SISI RESOURCES (INPUT) MASIH PERLU DITINGKATKAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIANYA DAN PERLU ADANYA KEBIJAKAN DI TINGKAT KABUPATEN YANG DAPAT MENJADI PAYUNG HUKUM TENTANG PEMBERIAN TTD, SERTA MEMPUNYAI KOMITMEN YANG TINGGI DARI PARA LINTAS SEKTOR UNTUK MEMBANTU PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM.
