Abstrak:
Pada tahapan proses produksi pembuatan busi banyak menggunakan mesin maupun material yang mengandung risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan bagi pekerja. Keselamatan dalam bekerja dipengaruhi oleh cara pandang atau persepsi pekerja terhadap bahaya maupun risiko. Pentingnya pembentukan persepsi yang baik bertujuan agar tidak terjadi perception error yang menyebabkan human error sehingga terjadi kecelakaan yang mengakibatkan turunnya produktivitas kerja. Persepsi risiko dapat dijabarkan melalui pendekatan paradigma psikometrik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi risiko keselamatan kerja di bagian Chucking Machine dan Assembly Line PT NGK Busi Indonesia tahun 2014 dengan pendekatan psikometrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi potong lintang di dua departemen yaitu Chucking Machine dan Assembly Line PT NGK Busi Indonesia. Sampel yang diambil adalah keseluruhan populasi (total sampling) sebanyak 121 pekerja. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner menggunakan skala paradigma psikometrik. Penilaian risiko yang mendominasi adalah kurang berisiko. Hal ini menunjukkan persepsi risiko pekerja masih rendah. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya peningkatan komunikasi dua arah maupun pengadaan program untuk peningkatan awareness dan memperbaiki cara pandang terhadap risiko.
At the stage of the production process of making spark plugs use a lot of machines and material containing health and safety risks for workers. Safety at work is affected by the perspective or perception of workers to the hazards and risks. The importance of establishing a good perception aims to prevent perception errors that cause human error resulting in an accident. Perceptions of risk can be assessed through psychometric paradigm approach. The purpose of this study is to determine the safety risk perception at the Chucking Machine and Assembly Line PT NGK Busi Indonesia year of 2014 according to psychometric approach. The research was conducted with quantitative approach and crosssectional study in two departments, namely Chucking Machine and Assembly Line PT NGK Busi Indonesia. There were 121 workers chosen as samples in this research. Data were collected through questionnaire using a scale psychometric paradigm. Results shows that workers perception are less risky. This indicates that worker’s perception still low to faced risk in their workplace. Therefore, the need to increase two-way communication, improve the perception of risk and develop awareness program for improvement

Abstrak:
Bahaya psikososial merupakan stresor di tempat kerja yang dilihat dari aspek context of work dan content of work dan berpotensi untuk menimbulkan stres kerja. Aspek dari context of work yang dianggap sebagai suatu bahaya yang dapat menyebabkan stres kerja mencakup budaya dan fungsi oganisasi, peran dalam organisasi, pengembangan karir, kontrol/pengambilan keputusan, hubungan interpersonal serta hubungan rumah-pekerjaan. Sedangkan, aspek content of work mencakup lingkungan dan peralatan kerja, desain tugas, beban kerja serta jadwal kerja. Dalam skripsi ini, penulis membahas persepsi bahaya psikososial pada karyawan Departemen Assembling Line PT NGK Busi Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian survei yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi terhadap bahaya psikososial lebih dominan ke arah persepsi karyawan yang melihat pekerjaannya sehari-hari tidak membuatnya merasa terbebani, baik itu dari aspek context of work maupun content of work. Walaupun demikian, karyawan menganggap aspek content of work lebih membebani daripada context of work. Salah satu content of work yang menjadi stresor bagi karyawan, yaitu lingkungan dan peralatan kerja di mana karyawan merasa perlu diperbaikinya lingkungan kerja terutama suhu panas di pabrik. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya perbaikan lingkungan kerja dan meningkatkan training terutama yang berkaitan dengan heat stress maupun tentang manajemen stres dan waktu untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan.

One of the content of work that become stressors for employees, the environment and equipment in the workplace where employees feel need to be repaired, especially the working environment in the factory hot temperatures. Therefore, the need for improvement of the working environment and improve training, especially with regard to heat stress and on stress management and time to improve the safety and health of employees.

Abstrak:
Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) merupakan kejadian yang cukup banyakterjadi pada industry manufaktur yang diakibatkan oleh pajanan kebisingan. PadaPT NGK Busi Indonesia, Jakarta terdapat bahaya kebisingan yang bersumber dari mesin dan peralatan kerja. Penelitian dilakukan secara Cross-sectional ataupotong lintang terhadap dosis pajanan bising harian dan keluhan gangguan pendengaran dengan melibatkan faktor perancu berupa usia, masa kerja, APT,merokok, hoby menembak, memakai head-set, menonton konser music rock,mengunjungi diskotik, riwayat penyakit telinga, obat oto/neurotoksik, danpenyakit degeneratif. Dengan metode pengukuran dosis pajanan bisisng harian dan pengisian kuisioner. Berdasarkan analisis hubungan dua variable hanyakebisaan merokok yang memiliki perbedaan yang nyata dengan keluhan gangguanpendengaran dengan nilai p-value < 0,05. Perlu ditingkatkan pelaksanaan HearingLoss Prevention Program berupa audit awal, identifikasi dan analisi sumberbising, peningkatan pengawasan penggunaan APT, audiometry berkala, program motivasi dan edukasi, dokumentasi dan audit program HLPP.

This study designed by cross-sectional method againts dailynoise dose exposure and hearing loss complaints that there are confoundingfactors such as working period, ear protective equipment, smoking, shootinghobby, listening music with head-set, watching rock concert, discotic, history ofhearing illness, neurotoxic drugs, and degenerative illness. This study was usingtools such as result of daily noise dose exposure measurement and fullfillmentquestionaire. According to relationship analysis of two variable there is onlyfactor of smoking habit that have strongly associated with hearing loss complaintswith p-value <0,05. This should be improvement of Hearing Loss PreventionProgram Implementation such as initial audit, identification and analize noisesource, supervise enhancement of ear protective equipment utilization, periodicalaudiometry, education and motivation programs, documentation and programaudit of hearing loss prevention program.
