Penelitian difokuskan untuk menganalisis perilaku keselamatan penggunaan LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) 3 kg terhadap ibu rumah tangga. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa perilaku keselamatan dapat ditingkatkan dengan menambah pengetahuan mengenai bagian-bagian LPG 3 kg dan penggunaan LPG 3 kg terutama dalam penempatannya. Hal ini dapat dilakukan melalui sharing pengalaman penggunaan LPG 3 kg antara ibu rumah tangga atau media sosialisasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2011 di wilayah Depok dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 277 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil Penelitian dari 277 responden, menunjukkan 62,1% responden memiliki tingkat perilaku aman dan 37,9% responden memiliki tingkat perilaku yang kurang aman. Di samping itu, diperoleh hubungan antara perilaku keselamatan penggunaan LPG 3 kg pada ibu rumah tangga dengan pengetahuan dan lama penggunaan LPG 3 kg. The focus of this research to analysis on safe use of LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) 3 kg toward safe behavior of housewives. This research is a quantitative descriptive analitic interpretive. The researcher suggest that the behavior of safety can be improved by adding knowledge about the parts of LPG 3 kg and the use of LPG 3 Kg specially on appointment LPG. It can do with sharing the experience for using of LPG 3 Kg between housewives or by medium’s sosialiszation. This research was conducted in March-April 2011 in the location in Depok with spread questionnaires to 277 respondents. Data processed using SPSS. Results from the study of 277 respondents, found 62.1% of respondents have a level of safety behavior and 37.9% of respondents have of unsafety behavior. In addition, we found that variables related to safety behavior use 3 kg of LPG on the housewife is knowledge and the duration of using 3 kg of LPG. This research discussed about the application of Management System Occupational Health and Safety in RST Dompet Dhuafa Hospital with assessment criteria from Indonesian Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012. Hospital as one of the health care facilities that have the highest potential for accidents and occupational diseases are required to do the assessment of implementation Management System of Occupational Health and Safety to minimize the risk of health hazards and the assessment of the achievements for management system of occupational health and safety in that hospital itself . Therefore, these analysis deemed necessary to determine the application of the system from policy, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, to review and improvement of Occupational Health and Safety at Rumah Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa Hospital. The research method that used by the authors of this research is qualitative descriptive with Cross-sectional design study. Collecting data in this study conducted with a observation, document review, and in-depth interviews. And for the analysis data, the authors using 12 elements with 166 criteria in Appendix II of Indonesian Govermant Regulation No. 50 of 2012. The final results of this research, that the implementation of the management system occupational health and safety in RST Dompet Dhuafa Hospital is good with a percentage of 77.6 %. 125 criteria have been implemented, 36 criteria are still in the process or have not been implemented, and the other criteria (5 criteria) are considered irrelevant to the RST Dompet Dhuafa Hospital. The use of biological agents in the laboratory in addition to having positive impact also has a a negative impact. Negative impact that arise in the use of biological agents in the laboratory is the emergence of an infection risk to workers due to hazardous biological materials. In addition, other negative impact is the emergence of the risk of misuse of biological agents by certain parties. University of Indonesia, which has a goal to become a research university, must also pay attention to it. Negative impacts that may arise from the use of biological materials can be overcome by applying biorisk management that can protect workers and the environment.
Penelitian ini membahas tentang keselamatan kerja yang bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis risiko aspek ergonomi, dimulai dengan identifikasi bahaya, analisis dan evaluasi risiko dan pengetahuan besaran risiko bahaya aspek ergonomi yang terdapat pada kegiatan kerja di Ruang Perawatan Rehabilitasi Medik RSUP Fatmawati. Disain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan semikuantitatif untuk analisis risiko aspek ergonomi. Teridentifikasi bahaya risiko aspek ergonomi sangat tinggi cidera punggung yaitu tugas kerja memindahkan pasien dari tempat tidur kekursi roda pada pasien tetraplegi. Risiko tinggi cidera punggung dan bahu yaitu tugas kerja memindahkan dan mengangkat pada pasien paraplegi dan sebagian hemiplegi. Risiko subtansial pada tugas kerja membantu pasien latihan duduk dan berdiri. Risiko sedang sampai dengan ringan terpleset, tersandung, terpapar kuman. Telah dilakukan pengendalian bahaya di ruang rehabilitasi medik yaitu subtitusi, kontrol administrasi dan APD, namun masih terdapat risiko residu pada bahaya tersebut dan telah direkomendasikan pengelolaan dan pengendalian risikonya. This study discusses about the occupational safety which aims to analysis the risk of ergonomic aspects, it begins from hazard identification, risk analysis and evaluation of the risk scale and knowledge aspects of ergonomic hazards found in work activities in the Fatmawati Hospital ward Medical Rehabilitation. This research is qualitative descriptive interpretive with semiquantitative approach to ergonomic aspects of risk analysis. Ergonomic hazards identified high risk aspects of the back injury that is the task of working to move patients from bed to wheelchair patients tetraplegi. High risk of back and shoulder injury that is the task of working on the move and lift patients paraplegi and partial hemiplegi. Substantial risk to the task of working to help the patient sitting and standing exercises. The risk of moderate to lightly falling, tripping, exposure infectious material. Hazard controls has been performed out in the ward medical rehabilitation, that is substitution, administrative controls and PPE, but there are still residual risks and hazards risk management and risk control has recomended. Fatigue is the major cause of accident involving heavy vehicle drivers, one of them is truck drivers. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify fatigue hazard and analyze fatigue risk level, so that the appropriate control can be determined. Variables studied include length of work, work shift, work environment, workload, rest time, physical condition, sleep quantity, sleep disturbance, and stress. Identification of fatigue hazard and analysis of fatigue risk level conducted to each variable. Identification of fatigue hazard was conducted by observation and interview with the drivers and the operator. Analysis of fatigue risk level was conducted by qualitative method and calculated with crossing consequences level and likelihood level.

This study discusses the risk that the value of owned production process everystep of the overhaul compresor chiller AC system by PT. Jaya Teknik Indonesia inPertamina Kwarna Building, in 2012. Risk assessment is done by analyzing theprobability value, exposure and consequences of each phase of work which is thencompared to a standard level of risk semi-quantitative WT Fine J to determine thelevel of risk that exist at each stage of the production process. Scaffolding is temporary component in construction. Workers have to climband stand on above scaffolding. Safety aspects of the activities scaffoldmust be considered both at the stage of setting up and dismantling. Theprocess of scaffolding activities have potential hazards such as falls,pinched, slip, and hit the main frame. his research is a semi-quantitativeapproach using Risk Management AS / NZS 4360: 2004 Risk assessment.The method used is to determine the level of risk in the workplace Healthand Safety in Senayan stage scaffolding work squere hotel complexespecially prroses scaffold erection and dismantling. Data was collectedthrough observation, interviews and document review at unit PT. X. Theresults showed that the implementation on the scaffold already have a goodrisk management system, but the risk has fallen 40% and the potential riskof slipping and collapsing scaffolds have the potential risk of 40%. that needfurther security.Key word: Management, Risk, Scaffolding
