Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit yang endemis di Kota Tangerang dengan kejadian yang berfluktuasi per bulannya. Penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue dan ditularkan oleh nyamuk Ae. aegypti yang diduga memiliki hubungan dengan kondisi variabilitas iklim. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang tersedia maka penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi ekologi, berdasarkan urutan waktu (time series) untuk melihat adakah hubungan antara variabilitas iklim (suhu, curah hujan dan kelembaban) dengan Kejadian demam berdarah dengue di Kota Tangerang dalam kurun waktu 2004-2013. Analisis yang digunakan adalah univariat dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat dengan uji korelasi dan regresi linear. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dinyatakan bahwa adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara kejadian demam berdarah dengue dengan variabilitas iklim dengan keeratan hubungan yang sedang, yaitu hubungan antara kejadian demam berdarah dengue dengan suhu (p = 0,004; r = 0,314); hubungan antara kejadian demam berdarah dengue dengan curah hujan (p = 0,000; r = 0,355) dan hubungan antara kejadian demam berdarah dengue dengan kelembaban (p = 0,002; r = 0,298). Hubungan yang erat dapat dilihat dengan periode waktu yang pendek yaitu per tahun.
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a endemic disease of Tangerang City with fluctuating case month by month. DHF is a disease that caused by dengue virus and transmitted by Ae. Aegypti, and also have relation with climate variability conditions. This research is using secondary data with ecological study design by using time series, to see the correlations between climate variability (temperature, precipitation and humidity) with hemorarhagic dengue fever cases in Tangerang City in the period 2004-2013. This research are using univariate analysis method and bivariate analysis with correlation and linear regression. The results of this study revealed that are a significant correlation between dengue hemorrhagic fever cases with climate variability; correlation between dengue hemorrhagic fever with temperature (p = 0.004; r = 0.314); correlation between dengue hemorrhagic fever with precipitation (p = 0.000; r = 0.355) and correlation between dengue hemorrhagic fever with humidity (p = 0.002; r = 0.298). Abstrak:
Latar Belakang: Sebagai kota baru yang berkembang menjadi kota industri, perdagangan dan jasa, maka Kota Cilegon harus memiliki perencanaan strategis untuk dapat mengembangkan suatu lingkungan yang sehat sesuai dengan visi Pemerintah Kota Cilegon yang telah ditetapkan yaitu “ Kota Mandiri dan Berwawasan Lingkungan”. Selain itu juga untuk dapat mewujudkan Kota Sehat, semua fihak harus dapat terlibat dan bekerjasama serta memiliki komitmen yang kuat untuk dapat mencapai visi tersebut. Tujuan: Dirumuskannya Perencanaan Strategis Pengembangan Lingkungan Yang Sehat Menuju Cilegon Kota Sehat 2006 – 2010. Disain: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian operasional dengan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Tahap I terdiri dari analisis lingkungan eksternal dan internal pada Pemerintah Kota Cilegon yang dituangkan dalam matriks EFE dan IFE dan dilakukan oleh Concensus Decision Making Group. Tahap II adalah tahap penyesuaian, yaitu setelah menentukan tujuan jangka panjang CDMG melakukan analisis dengan matriks SWOT dan matriks IE. Tahap III menggunakan matriks QSPM, untuk menentukan strategi terbaik. Hasil: Analisis matriks IE menunjukkan posisi organisasi Pemda Kota Cilegon berada pada sel V, Hold and Maintain dan setelah disesuaikan dengan strategi yang dihasilkan oleh matriks SWOT maka strategi yang digunakan adalah pengembangan produk dan penetrasi pasar. Kesimpulan dan saran: Agar dapat mengembangkan lingkungan yang sehat maka perlu dibuat program yang akan dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan sebagai berikut: membuat komitmen antar dinas terkait; mengupayakan sistem informasi pencemaran udara; mengembangkan suatu sistem untuk mengatasi pencemaran udara; melaksanakan pelatihan dan menambah jumlah pegawai; menata pemukiman penduduk dan mengatasi pencemaran udara; meningkatkan program kesehatan lingkungan; meningkatkan kerjasama antar dinas instansi terkait untuk mengatasi masalah lingkungan dan memanfaatkan anggaran yang tersedia untuk kegiatan lingkungan. Polusi debu particulate matter 10 mikron (PM10) di Kabupaten Banjar Kalimantan Selatan menunjukkan peningkatan. Meningkatnya kadar PM10 merupakan isu signifikan yang menimbulkan gangguan pernafasan. Pada tahun 2000 prevalensinya sebesar 36,9 %, sedangkan 2001 menjadi 40,92 %. Studi cross sectional ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar debu PMI0 rumah dan PM10 ambien dengan kejadian gangguan pernafasan pada bayi dan balita. Pengukuran PM10 dilakukan di dalam rumah yaitu ruang dapur, ruang tidur, dan ruang tamu, sedangkan di luar rumah pengukurannya dilakukan sejauh lima meter dan pintu depan.Dari 384 responden ditemukan 202 rumah dengan kadar debu PM10 lebih dari 70 µg/m3 dan 182 rumah kurang dari 70 µg/m3. Terhadap rumah yang kadar debu PMI0 lebih dari 70 µg/m3, ditemukan 111 bayi dan balita (55%) mengalami gangguan pernafasan. Sedangkan terhadap rumah yang kandungan PM10 kurang dari 70 µg/m3 hanya ditemukan 51 bayi dan balita (28%) mengalami gangguan pemafasan. Bayi dan balita tinggal di dalam rumah dengan kadar debu PM10 nya lebih dari 70 µg/m3(OR = 4,75; p value = 0,0005) mempunyai risiko mengalami gangguan pernafasan sebesar 4,75 kali dibandingkan dengan kadar debu PM10 rumah kurang dari 70µg/m3 setelah dikontrol oleh kadar debu PM10 ambien dan kelembaban? Dust Exposure in Relation with Respiratory Health Effects (Study on Baby And Children Aged Less Than Five Years Inhabiting The Coal Transportation Lane at Subdistrict Mataraman in District Banjar, South Borneo)Dust pollution of Particulate Matter 10 micron (PM10) in Banjar District, South Borneo increases. This is a significant issue causing respiratory health effects. Its prevalence is 36,9 % in 2000 and 40,92 % in 2001. This cross sectional study is aimed at finding the relationship between indoor dust consentration PM,() and PM10 ambient and the respiratory effects on baby and children aged less than five years. PMto measurement is done indoors such as in kitchen, bedroom and visiting room. On the other hand, outdoor measurement is conducted on space as far as 5 metres of the front door.From 384 respondents, it is found that there are 202 households with consentration PM10 more than 70 Mg/m3 and 182 households with concentration less than 70 Mg/m3. To the household with consentration PMI0 more than 70 Mg/m3, it is found that 111 (55%) baby and children aged less than five years infected by respiratory health effects. On the other hand, to the household with consentration PM10 less than 70 Mg/m3, it is found that only 51 babies and children aged less than five years (28 %). Baby and children aged less than five years inhabiting the home under consentration PM10 more than 70 Mg/m3(OR = 4,75; p value = 0,0005) is mostly probable to be infected by respiratory health effects as much as 4,75 times compared with consentration PM10 less than 70 Mg/m3 after being controlled by dust consentration PM1O ambient and indoor humidity and the interaction between dust consentration PMio home and dust consentration PMio ambient, and the interaction between home ventilation and dust consentration PMIO ambient. Dust consentration PMI0 indoor is related with respiratory health effects to baby and children aged less than five years. PMio home is influenced by PM1o ambient. The more PMio ambient is, the more dust consentration PMIO home will be. The influentian variables in this research are ventilation, humidity and PMIO ambient. To reduce dust consentration PMIO ambient influence to dust consentration PMlo home in coal transportation lane, it is suggested that inhabitant plant many trees beside the lane or their yards.

Abstrak:
Kabupaten Sukabumi merupakan salah satu bagian dari wilayah Indonesia yang memiliki keanekaragaman geologi, biologi dan budaya, yang wajib untuk dilestarikan. Salah satu cara yang dapat membantu pelestarian keanekaragaman ini adalah dengan menciptakan Geopark. Pengembangan wilayah yang dilakukan dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup masyarakat di wilayah geopark. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pengembangan Geopark Ciletuh Pelabuhan Ratu terhadap kesehatan fisik, kesehatan psikologis, hubungan sosial dan aktivitas spiritual kualitas hidup masyarakat yang tinggal di wilayah geopark. Metode Public health Assessment (PHA) digunakan untuk melihat hasil awal dampak dari pengembangan lingkungan terhadap kesehatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mewawancarai 101 responden yang tinggal di wilayah geopark serta mengobservasi wilayah geopark dan juga melakukan pengujian pada 16 sampel air bersih. Hasil statistik dan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan perubahan lingkungan fisik yang terjadi di wilayah geopark tidak mempengaruhi kualitas hidup masyarakat yang tinggal di wilayah geopark, untuk hasil observasi terlihat adanya perubahan lingkungan yang terjadi di wilayah Geopark Ciletuh. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan wilayah geopark Ciletuh tidak berpengaruh kepada kualitas hidup masyarakat. Partisipasi masyarakat dan pemerintah sangat diperlukan dalam pengendalian pembangunan di sekitar wilayah Geopark Ciletuh dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Kata kunci: lingkungan fisik, geopark, kualitas hidup, Public Health Assessment Sukabumi regency is part of Indonesia region which has geodiversity, biodiversity and cultural diversity, which are required to be preserved. One way that can help preserve this diversity is by creating a Geopark. The development of the region can affect the quality of life of the community in the geopark. This study aims to determine the impact of the development of Geopark Ciletuh Pelabuhan Ratu on physical health, psychological health, social relations and spiritual activity of quality of life of people living in geopark areas. The Public Health Assessment (PHA) method is used to see the preliminary impact of environmental development on health. This research was conducted by interviewing 101 respondents who live in the geopark region as well as observing the geopark region and also conducted experiments on 16 water samples. The results of statistics and interview conducted in this study indicate that the physical environment changes that occur in the geopark area does not affect the quality of life of people living in the geopark area, for the observation results seen environmental changes that occur in the Geopark Ciletuh region. In conclusion, the development of Geopark Ciletuh area has no effect on the quality of life of the community. Community and government participation are essential in controlling the development around Geopark Ciletuh areas to protecting the environment.
