This study aims to analyze how influence of conformity the goals and objectives training (X1), the quality of trainer/instructor training (X2), training materials (X3), a method of training (X4), age (X5), education (X6) and marital status (X7) of the attitude of nurses (Y). This study is a quantitative study with cross-sectional design. The samples in this study are nurse who have taken the In House Training about Patient Safety, with 60 sample of nurses have taken from the total population. The study used a descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that the descriptive analysis of the respondents about the conformity of the goals and objectives training, the quality trainer/instructor training, training materials, and a method of training that have resulted in mean very high and high categories. And also the results of multiple linear regression in the regression equation is Y = 119.150 + 0.185X1 + -0.170X2 + -0.049X3 + 1.320X4 + -0.495X5 + -0.906X6 + 0.520X7 means there is no significant effect between the conformity of the goals and objectives training, the quality of trainer/instructor training, training materials (X3), a method of training, age, education and marital status of the attitude of nurses in the infusion theraphy. Tesis ini membahas penilaian kinerja dokter umum dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dokter umum di RSU UKI Jakarta Timur. Penilaian kinerja dokter umum dilakukan dengan cara penilaian kinerja 360 derajat dan penilaian diri sendiri, dengan menggunakan lima aspek penilaian kinerja dokter umum. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Dilakukan wawancara mendalam kepada para informan yaitu dokter umum, rekan sekerja, dan atasan dokter umum. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kinerja dokter umum di RSU UKI dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan baik. Seluruh variabel dalam input yaitu faktor-faktor motivasi dinyatakan seluruhnya mempengaruhi kinerja dokter umum di RSU UKI dalam penelitian ini. Tetapi faktor yang menjadi motivasi utama dokter umum dalam penelitian ini ingin bekerja di RSU UKI adalah faktor ingin melanjutkan sekolah ke tingkat pendidikan dokter spesialis. Perlunya perbaikan dalam perlengkapan alat-alat kedokteran di RSU UKI, pemberian pendidikan dan pelatihan kepada para dokter umum di RSU UKI, supervisi, penghargaan, dan pemantauan pembuatan dokumentasi pasien dari dokter umum perlu dilakukan oleh pihak rumah sakit.
The focus of this study is the estimation of medical doctors work and factors that influence medical doctors work at UKI Hospital. The estimation of medical doctors work has been done by 360 degrees estimation of work and self assesment, by using five aspecs of medical doctor work. This research is a qualitative descriptive interpretive. Deep interview has been done to the informan which is medical doctors, work partner, and the superior of medical doctors. This research showed that estimation of medical doctors work at UKI Hospital are good. All of the variabel in input which is motivation factors are proved influenced medical doctors work at UKI Hosptal in this research. But the main motivation for medical doctors is the factor that they want to continue their education to specialist level. UKI Hospital needs to renew the medical tools, education and training should be given to medical doctors, supervision and appreciation to medical doctors, and supervision in the making of patient documentation from medical doctors is need to be done by UKI Hospital.
SBAR is a communication technique to improve team communication andcollaboration in patient safety. This study was conducted using quantitative cross-sectional comparative .The results showed there were significant differences in theaspects of knowledge about the elements of effective communication, theimportance of basic knowledge about the other person, the open question, theimportance of being a good listener, the importance of collaboration among healthprofessionals to create good teamwork in patient safety and improvementsignificant in terms of the action using the SBAR communication method to thenurse who had been trained. Needs further evaluation on delivering the trainingand monitoring its implementation in hospitals in order to be useful for a qualityservice to patients in an effort to Patient Safety.Keywords: Communication, Collaboration, Patient Safety, Training, SBAR
ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas hubungan faktor sosial budaya, pribadi dan psikologis dengan kepuasan pasien pengguna Kartu Jakarta Sehat (KJS) pada 110 responden di Unit Rawat Jalan RSU UKI. Rancangan penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan pasien KJS sebesar 40,9%. Akses ke rumah sakit, motivasi, informasi baik dan informasi tidak baik berhubungan signifikan dengan kepuasan pasien KJS, namun motivasi adalah hal yang paling dominan berhubungan. Selain itu kepuasan pasien KJS juga berhubungan signifikan dengan pemanfaatan kembali layanan dan minat merekomendasikan layanan pada orang lain.
ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is the relation among socio-culture, characteristics, and psychology factors to Jakarta Health Card (JHC) Patient Satisfaction in 110 outpatient UKI Hospital. The study design is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach. The result shows that only 40,9% of the patients are satisfied with the hospital service. Access to the hospital, motivation, good information and bad information are significantly associated with JHC patient satisfaction, but motivation is the dominant factor. Besides, JHC patient satisfaction also has significant correlation with reuse and recommendation of the hospital service to others.
