Kondisi Pandemik yang disebabkan oleh COVID-19 meningkat cukup pesat di awal tahun 2020 dan menimbulkan banyak kerugian terhadap banyak perusahaan, sehingga beberapa perusahaan yang tidak siap akan penanganan keadaan darurat terpaksa harus gulung tikar. Business Continuity merupakan sebuah Langkah bagi setiap pengusaha untuk menangani kondisi yang tidak terduga yang bersifat pandemik. Salah satu aturan mengenai Business Continuity terdapat di dalam The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1600, mengenai standar dari Manajemen Keadaan Darurat dan Business Continuity, yang mana memiliki beberapa point inti yaitu Recovery Point Objective (RPO), Maximum Tolerable Downtime (MTD), Recovery Time Objective (RTO). PT XYZ merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak pada jasa hulu minyak gas dan panas bumi, yang mana berada pada pekerjaan sektor Objek Vital Nasional. Perusahaan ini telah memilii Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) yang mengacu kepada ISO 4500:20018. Abstrak:
Secara umum industri petrokimia merupakan industri dengan tingkat potensi bahaya kecelakaan proses sangat berbahaya bagi para pekerja, masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar. PT. XYZ sebagai perusahaan produsen Pupuk Urea (NH₂)₂CO merupakan salah satu pabrik petrokimia di Indonesia dimana dalam menjalankan proses bisnis PT XYZ tidak terlepas dari berbagai ancaman risiko bahaya proses yang tinggi baik dari hulu (proses pengolahan bahan baku gas alam menjadi bahan baku setengah jadi) hingga hilir (proses produksi Pupuk). Maka dari itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem manajemen khusus untuk mengidentifikasi, mitigasi, mengendalikan hingga merepson bahaya dari semua aktifitas maupun proses produkti di tempat kerja. Process Safety Management (PSM) merupakan suatu sistem manajemen keselamatan berbasis proses proaktif dalam mengidentifikasi, mitigasi, mengendalikan serta merespon bahaya dari semua aktifitas ataupun proses produksi di tempat kerja yang banyak digunakan industry petrokimia yang diimplementasikan PT XYZ di salah satu pabriknya yaitu pabrik 2B. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis tingkat maturitas penerapan PSM pada pabrik 2B PT XYZ yang terdiri dari 14 elemen yaitu Process Safety Information (PSI), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Operating Procedure (OP), Employee Participation (EP), Training (TRA), Contractor (CTR), Pre Startup Safety Review (PSSR), Mechanical Integrity (MI), Permit To Work (PTW), Management Of Change (MOC), Incident Investigation (II), Emergency Response and Planning (ERP), Compliance Audit (CA), dan Trade Secret (TS) dimana tingkat maturitas penerapan PSM penting bagi organisasi agar dapat mengetahui kelemahan dan kelebihan dari setiap elemen yang telah mereka terapkan agar dapat mengidentifikasi dan menetapkan tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan penerapan elemen PSM sehingga dapat menurunkan potensi kecelakaan proses. Dalam melakukan penilaian tingkat maturitas PSM penelitian menggunakan metode mix methode analisis deskriptif semi kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan sumber informasi kunci yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi lapangan dan tinjauan dokumen perusahaan dengan jumlah sample 93 orang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan penilaian terhadap 14 elemen PSM di pabrik 2B PT XYZ berada pada commited to excellence dimana dari 14 elemen tersebut hanya terdapat 4 elemen berada pada level compliant.

XYZ as a producer of Urea Fertilizer (NH₂)₂CO is one of the petrochemical industry in Indonesia and their business processes cannot be separated from upstream process hazards (processing natural gas raw materials into semi-finished raw materials) to downstream process hazards (fertilizer production process). Therefore, a special management system is needed to identify, mitigate, control and respond to hazards from all products and processes activity in the workplace. Process Safety Management (PSM) is a proactive process-based safety management system in identifying, mitigating, controlling and responding to hazards from all activities or production processes in the workplace that are widely used by the petrochemical industry which is implemented by PT XYZ in one of its factories, it?s 2B plants. The purpose of this study is to analyze the maturity level of PSM implementation at PT XYZ's 2B plants which consists of 14 elements, namely Process Safety Information (PSI), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Operating Procedure (OP), Employee Participation (EP), Training (TRA). ), Contractor (CTR), Pre Startup Safety Review (PSSR), Mechanical Integrity (MI), Permit To Work (PTW), Management Of Change (MOC), Incident Investigation (II), Emergency Response and Planning (ERP), Compliance Audit (CA), and Trade Secret (TS) where the maturity level of PSM implementation is to be able to identify the advantages and disadvantages of each element implemented in order to identify and determine actions that can be taken to improve the implementation of PSM elements so as to reduce the potential for the accident process. In conducting research to assess PSM implementation maturity level, the research uses a mixed method of semi-qualitative descriptive analysis by approaching the sources of information obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and observations field and research company documents with a sample of 93 people. Distres kerja merupakan bahaya fisik dan emosional yang disebabkan tidak imbangnya antara kebutuhan pekerjaan dengan kemampuan, sumber daya atau kebutuhan individu (NIOSH, 2014). Distres kerja dapat berdampak pada perubahan fungsi kognitif, emosi, dan perilaku serta penurunan kinerja dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menganalisis faktor psikososial yang dapat berdampak pada distres kerja agar penaggulangan lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan dan kerugian pada individu maupun perusahaan dapat diminimalisir. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sektor konstruksi pada pekerja Divisi Civil & Trackwork Proyek Light Rail Transit (LRT) PT X pada bulan November- Desember 2021. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain studi yang dipilih yaitu cross sectional dengan sampel 110 pekerja. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil dari penelitian pada arena individual dan arena rumah tidak terdapat variabel yang signifikan dengan tingkat distress kerja. Pada Arena pekerjaan content of work, variabel yang signifikan antara lain: durasi kerja (p- value = 0,001), status pekerjaan kerja (p-value = 0,002), dan kondisi lingkungan pekerjaan (p-value = 0,006). Pada arena pekerjaan context of work, variabel yang signifikan antara lain: struktur dan iklim organisasi (p-value = 0,003), hubungan interpersonal (p-value = 0,001), peran dalam organisasi (p-value = 0,002). Gaya manajemen/kepemimpinan organisasi (p-value = 0,007), kesempatan karir (p-value = 0,001), dan kepuasan kerja (p-value = 0,034). Variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan tingkat distres kerja yaitu durasi kerja (p-value=0,001, OR=12,1) diikuti oleh kesempatan karir (p-value=0,001, OR=1,264) serta status pekerjaan (p-value=0,007, OR=1,100). Work distress is a physical and emotional hazard caused by an imbalance between job requirements and individual abilities, resources or needs (NIOSH, 2014). Work distress can have an impact on changes in cognitive function, emotion, and behavior as well as decreased performance and productivity. This study was conducted to analyze psychosocial factors that can have an impact on work distress so that further countermeasures can be made and losses to individuals and companies can be minimized. This research was conducted in the construction sector for workers in the Civil & Trackwork Division of the PT X Light Rail Transit (LRT) Project in November- December 2021. This research was quantitative with the chosen study design, namely cross sectional with a sample of 110 workers. The data was taken using a questionnaire that had passed the validity and reliability test. The results of research on the individual arena and home arena there are no significant variables with the level of work distress. In the arena of work content of work, significant variables include: duration of work (p- value = 0.001), work status (p-value = 0.002), and work environment conditions (p-value = 0.006). In the context of work, significant variables include: organizational structure and climate (p-value = 0.003), interpersonal relationships (p-value = 0.001), role in the organization (p-value = 0.002). Organizational management/leadership style (p-value = 0.007), career opportunities (p-value = 0.001), and job satisfaction (p-value = 0.034). The variables most related to the level of work distress were work duration (p-value=0.001, OR=12.1) followed by career opportunities (p-value=0.001, OR=1.264) and job status (p- value=0.007, OR =1,100).
