Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi, pola makan, dan stres dengan siklus menstruasi pada remaja putri di SMA Negeri 68 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random klaster. Sampel yang diteliti adalah kelas X dan XI dengan total sampel berjumlah 104 siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa lama siklus menstruasi, IMT/U, persen lemak tubuh, frekuensi makan utama dalam sehari, asupan energi dan makronutrien, dan tingkat stres. Data ini dikumpulkan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner mandiri, wawancara recall 3x24 jam, pengukuran antropometri untuk berat dan tinggi badan dan pengukuran persen lemak tubuh menggunakan BIA. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 43 responden (41,3%) mengalami siklus menstruasi tidak teratur dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persen lemak tubuh dan stres dengan siklus menstruasi (nilai p<0,05).
This study aimed to identify the association between nutritional status,food pattern, and stress with menstrual cycle on female student of SMA Negeri 68 Jakarta. This study used the cross sectional design by using cluster random sampling method. The observed sample in this study was the 10th and 11th grader consisting 104 students. The collected data were menstrual cycle length, BAZ, percent of body fat mass, frequency of main eating per day, energy and macronutrient intake, and stress level. These data were collected by using self administered questionnaire, 3x24 hours recall interview, antropometric measurement for weight and height, and body fat measurement using BIA. This study used chi-square test analysis. The result of this study showed that there are 43 respondents (41,3%) had irregular menstrual cycle and there is significant correlation between percent of body fat mass and stress with menstrual cycle. (p value < 0,05).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara asupan zat gizi mikro dan faktor lainnya dengan nilai stres pada remaja. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara system random sampling Penelitian ini berlangsung pada bulan April hingga Mei 2013 di SMA Negeri 68 Jakarta Pusat dengan total sampel sejumlah 135 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa jenis kelamin, asupan energi, asupan lemak, asupan magnesium, asupan Tiamin (B1), asupan Piridoksin (B6), konsumsi kafein dan makanan-minuman tinggi gula yang dilakukan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner mandiri (perceived stress scale), wawancara recall 3x24 jam dan FFQ. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin, asupan energi, asupan lemak, asupan magnesium, asupan vitamin B1, konsumsi kafein dengan nilai stres (p<0.05). Disarankan agar remaja dapat mengontrol stres mereka melalui asupan zat gizi yang baik dan seimbang.

Abstrak:
Latar belakang: Kecenderungan perilaku makan menyimpang dapat didefinisikan sebagai gangguan kesehatan fisik dan psikososial yang ditandai dengan disfungsi perilaku makan dan penyimpangan citra tubuh. WHO (2019) menyatakan bahwa secara global terdapat 3 juta anak-anak dan remaja yang mengalami perilaku makan menyimpang. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kecenderungan perilaku makan menyimpang pada remaja putri di SMA Negeri 28 Jakarta tahun 2024. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional dan menggunakan data primer yang diambil dari 161 responden. Hasil: Prevalensi kecenderungan perilaku makan menyimpang pada remaja putri di SMA Negeri 28 Jakarta tahun 2024 sebesar 67,7%. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara citra tubuh, riwayat diet, pengaruh keluarga, dan pengaruh media sosial dengan kecenderungan perilaku makan menyimpang. Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata skor tingkat stres dan nilai standar deviasi IMT/U antara remaja putri yang memiliki kecenderungan PMM dengan remaja putri tanpa kecenderungan PMM. Sementara itu, diketahui bahwa kepercayaan diri, pengaruh teman sebaya, dan ketergantungan media sosial tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kecenderungan perilaku makan menyimpang. Kesimpulan: Sekolah dapat meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap kecenderungan perilaku makan menyimpang pada remaja putri dengan menyelenggarakan edukasi yang menyasar para siswa, guru, dan orang tua sehingga dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan deteksi dini.

Objective: This study aims to determine the factors associated with the tendency of eating disorders among adolescent girls at Senior High School 28 Jakarta in 2024. Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan terhadap perbedaan siklus menstruasi pada siswi SMA Negeri 44 Jakarta tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Sampel yang diteliti adalah kelas 10 dan 11 dengan total sampel berjumlah 120 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa riwayat menstruasi, asupan energi dan makronutrien, aktivitas fisik, IMT/U, persen lemak tubuh, tingkat stres, dan perilaku makan menyimpang. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner mandiri, wawancara recall 2x24 jam, pengukuran antropometri untuk berat dan tinggi badan dan persen lemak tubuh menggunakan BIA. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji chi-square, uji T independen, dan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 65,8% mengalami siklus menstruasi tidak teratur. Stres merupakan faktor dominan terhadap perbedaan siklus menstruasi (OR=5,9). Anemia defisiensi zat besi merupakan kondisi anemia yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan zat besi, yang mengakibatkan kurangnya pasokan zat besi yang diperlukan untuk pembentukan sel darah merah (eritropoiesis). Anemia defisiensi besi memiliki dampak jangka pendek dan panjang, di antaranya menurunkan imunitas tubuh, mengganggu konsentrasi dan fokus, memperbesar risiko kematian saat melahirkan, memperbesar risiko melahirkan bayi dengan berat lahir rendah, hingga menyebabkan kematian. Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok 2023 menyatakan bahwa prevalensi anemia remaja putri di Kota Depok adalah sebesar 36,34%, yang tergolong sebagai moderate public health problem menurut WHO. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara faktor-faktor risiko anemia terhadap status anemia remaja putri pada SMA negeri di wilayah Kota Depok tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dengan metode pengambilan sampelnya dengan metode quota sampling. Total responden penelitian adalah sebanyak 165 orang remaja putri dari kelas 10 dan 11. Data-data pada penelitian ini diambil dengan beberapa cara, di antaranya dengan antropometri, pengukuran kadar hemoglobin dengan Hemocue Hb 201+ System, food recall 2x24 jam, serta pengisian kuesioner. Data kemudian dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat dengan uji chi-square, hingga multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik berganda. Prevalensi anemia pada penelitian ini didapatkan sebesar 53,3% serta analisis bivariatnya menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara asupan energi, asupan protein, asupan zat besi, asupan seng, asupan kalsium, konsumsi teh/kopi, siklus menstruasi, lama menstruasi, konsumsi TTD, status gizi, pengetahuan gizi, dan pendapatan orang tua remaja putri terhadap status anemia remaja putri di Kota Depok tahun 2024 (p-value < 0,005). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap status anemia adalah asupan protein (OR = 6,18).
Iron deficiency anemia is a condition caused by a lack of iron, resulting in an insufficient supply of iron necessary for the formation of red blood cells (erythropoiesis). Iron deficiency anemia has both short-term and long-term impacts, including reduced immunity, impaired concentration and focus, increased risk of death during childbirth, higher risk of delivering low birth weight babies, and can even cause death. Depok’s Health Service in 2023 reported that the prevalence of anemia among female adolescents in Depok was 36,34%, categorized as a moderate public health problem according to WHO. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between risk factors for anemia and anemia status among female adolescents at public high schools in Depok 2024. This study used a cross-sectional design with quota sampling for sample collection. The total number of respondents was 165 female adolescents from grades 10 and 11. Data in this study were collected through various methods, including anthropometry, hemoglobin level measurement with the Hemocue Hb 201+ System, 2x24 hour food recall, and questionnaires. The data were then analyzed using univariate, bivariate analysis with chi-square test, and multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression test. The prevalence of anemia found in this study was 53.3%, and bivariate analysis showed a relationship between energy intake, protein intake, iron intake, zinc intake, calcium intake, tea/coffee consumption, menstrual cycle, duration of menstruation, iron supplement consumption, nutritional status, nutritional knowledge, and parents’ income with anemia status among female adolescents in Depok 2024 (p-value < 0.005). Multivariate analysis indicated that the most dominant factor affecting anemia status was protein intake (OR = 6.18).
