Adolescent fertility still accounts for a major contribution to the total fertility in Indonesia. Based on data from Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey 2007, the Age-Specific Fertility Rate (ASFR) adolescents aged 15-19 years in 2002 to 2003 and in 2007 unchanged at 51 per 1,000 women. Adolescent fertility can cause health problems, socio-economic and population growth factors. The age of first marriage and contraceptive use affect adolescent fertility. Therefore, the research done by analyzing the data Riskesdas 2010. Design study is crossectional with a population of 760 adolescent studies. Odds Ratio (OR) obtained in the bivariate analysis stage and the stage of multivariate logistic regression using after the adjustment in region, education, employment, and economic status. The results indicate that age of first marriage did not significantly associated with adolescent fertility (p = 0.236). While contraceptive use associated with adolescent fertility (p = 0.000) with a value of OR = 76.24, which means teens are using contraceptives increase the risk by 76.24 times to have one or more children than those not using (36.10 to 161.04 ). The principle of temporality in the study was not met because the study design is crossectional so that the meaning of this relationship is the teens who use contraception are those of high fertility to prevent a higher fertility. The focus of this study is discusses about the effects of long-term contraception (MKJP) on fertility in young women aged 15 to 24 who are married. The implementation of the family planning program until now can’t control the fertility in Indonesia, and can’t reached the target by Indonesia government, seen from the TFR in Indonesia until now was 2.4. This condition differs from reaching the level of contraceptive use (CPR), which is higher than the goal, one of the causes is still low expectations of knowledge and attitudes using the MKJP contraceptive method as the choice of the best contraceptive tool compared to others. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design, sampel in this research was 1396 respondent. The results have a relation signifikan between and the use of MKJP on the fertility of married female adolescents in Indonesia after control the ideal number of children with OR 3.4-fold, so goverment must in order to improve the quality of KB expecially MKJP services.

Long Term Contraceptive Methods (MKJP) are effective and efficient contraceptionfor the purpose of using birth or termination of pregnancy in couples who do not wish to addmore children. Nationally, the most widely used family planning methods were injections of34.4%, pill 13.9%, iud / akdr (4.3%), implants (3.5%), female sterilization (2.3%) , Andcondoms (0.7%), and others. The use of long-term contraceptive method (MKJP) at theCipinang Besar Utara Public Health Center by 2015 by 34.1% decreased to 21.8% in 2016. Inthe RPJMN 2010-2014 one of the strategies of the implementation of family planningprogram is the increasing use of the term contraceptive method Length (MKJP) such as IUD,implant and sterilization. The purpose of this study is to obtain information about factorsrelated to long-term use of contraceptive method (MKJP) in WUS at Cipinang Besar UtaraPublic Health Center in 2017. The study design was cross-sectional. Sampling is donerandomly or simple random sampling. The number of samples used is 110 respondents. Teststatistic using chi square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationshipbetween maternal age (p = 0.019 and OR 3.1), maternal knowledge (p = 0.043 and OR 2.5),completeness of family planning services (p = 0.033 and OR 2.8) KB (p = 0,007 and OR 0,3),peer support (p = 0,002 and OR 0,2) with the use of MKJP.

Millennial are the largest composition in Indonesia. The role of IEC is very strategic with more diverse media choices in campaigning for family planning programs. This study aims to analyze the relationship of communication, information and education with the use of modern contraception in millennial generation women in Indonesia. This study uses data from the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) in 2002/2003 and 2017. The sample in this study is that women aged 22-37 years are married in the 2002/2003 IDHS as a nonmillennial generation group and women aged 22-37 years are married at the 2017 IDHS as a millennial generation group. This study uses logistic regression analysis. The results showed that millennial women who received family planning information through health workers had a 1.8 times greater chance (95% CI: 1.69-2.04) to use modern contraception than women who did not receive family planning information through health workers. And millennial women who have been exposed to family planning messages from television have a 1.1 times greater chance (95% CI: 1.07-1.24) to use modern contraception than women who have never been exposed to family planning messages from television.

The focus of this study is the influence of demographic characteristics, perceive susceptibility related to knowledge of the reproductive system, perceive suceptibility related to dating behavior and sexual experience, perceive suceptibility related to marriage and the desire to have children with the ideal age of first marriage in adolescents (15-24 years old) in Indonesia. This study is a descriptive analytical research using quantitative research methods. The research design is used a cross-sectional appoach. The research variables will be measured and collected at one time. This study uses secondary data from the 2017 Indonesian Health Demographic Survey (IHDS) for Adolescents. The data of the ideal age of the first marriage will be analyzed univariately, bivariate with Linear Regression and Anova tests, and multivariate with path analysis using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the study show that the average ideal age of first marriage for adolescent girls aged 15-24 years is 23 years old, although it is known that 1.1% of adolescents still have an ideal age for first marriage at the age of ≤ 18 years. In addition, the relationship between the age at the time of menstruation, the ideal age of having children for the first time, and the ideal number of children with the ideal age of first marriage of adolescence had a statistically significant relationship. Meanwhile, the relationship between the age of first dating, the age of first sexual intercourse and the ideal age of first marriage does not have a statistically significant relationship. Adolescent age is a direct independent variable that affects the ideal age of first marriage where adolescent age directly has an influence of 7.8% on the ideal age of first marriage of adolescents. If the age variable through the age of first menstruation will have an effect of 0.68% on the ideal age of first marriage, as well as the influence of the age variable through the ideal age of having a child for the first time will give caregivers 0.74% to the ideal age of first marriage. So that the adolescent age variable has the greatest influence if it directly or does not pass the intermediate variable on the ideal age of first marriage.
Unmet Need have relatively high number 11%, indicates that family planning services in several levels of society are not being met and there are still not using contraception even though they do not want to have children anymore.
