This study aims to determine therelationship of job satisfaction with turnover intention doctor at the hospital.Rumah Sehat Terpadu hospital in Bogor kapupaten 2014. Present study isdescriptive explanatory with cross sectional design using primary data collectedby giving questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observation. This study wasconducted in May 2014. Samples in this study amounted to 28 people with thecriteria physicians who actively work in the Irumah Sehat Terpadu hospital bewilling to answer questions and respondents, 1 month minimum employmentperiod, not a substitute for your doctor. The results of quantitative analysis known(42.9%) were less satisfied working as a doctor in Rumah Sehat Terpadu hospital.Respondents who perceive satisfied with job satisfaction but has the desireturnover amounted to 56.3%, while the respondents were not satisfied hissatisfaction but has the desire out of 16.7%. Job satisfaction has a relationshipwith the relationship between turnover intention (p value = 0.054, CI 95%).Key words: physician job statisfaction, Turnover Intention
Quality health services is now becoming the demands of all parties, including thepublic as service users, with the era of globalization, increasing social groupscapable, educated, and control of information, quality of service issues become anabsolute requirement The dominant factor affecting the quality of health servicesat the health center are human resources, both of which are involved in themanagement and care. Complaints (complaints) from customers is an indicator ofthe lack of quality of service due to poor management system.This study aims to determine the relationship between customer characteristicsand quality management efforts focus on providing customers with the level ofpatient satisfaction in the Puskesmas DTPin Bogor District 2014. Quantitativeresearch method is descriptive analytic cross-sectional design. With a populationis the entire patient care and management elements in the Puskesmas DTPinBogor District 2014. Samples in this study were inpatients as many as 181 peopleand 50 elements in the management of the Puskesmas DTPfrom 10 health centersWith Nursing.The results showed that there is no relationship between the characteristics ofpatients with levels of customer satisfaction, there is a significant associationbetween quality management efforts focus on providing customers with the levelof patient satisfaction in Bogor Regency DTP health centers in 2014, there is asignificant difference in mean scores between patient satisfaction The HealthCenter is implementing a quality management efforts focus on the customer andare not implementing a quality management efforts focuson the customer and notimplementing quality management efforts focus on the customer.The author suggested that health centers improve the management dimensions ofcustomer focus and customer-related processes. Both of these dimensions has notbeen fully implemented in the application of quality management efforts focus onthe customer. Management Health Center to pay attention and responsiveness as atangible dimension of service quality dimensions with the lowest satisfactionlevels. Problems in the dental clinic of Gandoang health center are the large gap between the number of diagnoses and the number of dental health services provided, and also reduction in the number of patient visits in dental clinic, these can be caused by unuptimal communication. This study aims to determine the relationship between dentist communication quality variables and patient characteristics with dental patient satisfaction. Research with a mixed method design with a sequential explanatory approach, begins with quantitative research and then deepened through qualitative research. The population was dental clinic’s outpatients, with a sample size of 100, while the qualitative research informants consisted of 2 patients, 1 dentist, and 1 head of the Gandoang helat center, through in-depth interviews. Most respondents (52%) stated that the quality of dentist communication was good, the aspect of introduce (59%) and shows respect (78%) were good, while the aspects of explanation (53%) and listen carefully (55%) were poor criteria. Most of respondents (54%) showed dissatisfaction. Most respondents were disappointed with open-endedness (58%) and empathy dimensions (54%). Multivariate analysis showed that the most dominant variable related to patient satisfaction with dental dentists was ciommunication quality, p value = 0.001, OR = 4,8 (95% CI 1,984-11,752), that means poor communication quality of dentists would have an opportunity of 4,8 times causing dissatisfaction patients compared to the quality of good dentist communication.
Tesis ini membahas tentang kepuasan kerja petugas Puskesmas berdasarkan kepuasan kerja intrinsik dan ekstrinsik, serta membahas kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh petugas loket pendaftaran, perawat, dokter, dan petugas loket obat di unit rawat jalan Puskesmas Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya gambaran kepuasan kerja petugas maupun kepuasan pelanggan Puskesmas serta hubungan antara keduanya. Data diolah melalui analisis univariat, bivariat, multivariat, dan dengan menggunakan diagram kartesius (Importance Performance Analysis). Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja petugas Puskesmas dan kepuasan pelanggan hendaknya pihak terkait seperti Kepala Puskesmas, Dinas Kesehatan dan Pemerintah Daerah berusaha untuk memenuhi harapan petugas Puskesmas dan pelanggan, antara lain meningkatkan insentif bagi petugas, perbaikan manajemen Puskemas, dan pemenuhan peralatan di Puskesmas. Sedangkan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan hendaknya pihak Puskesmas berusaha untuk terus memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada pelanggan dengan berupaya untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, sehingga masyarakat akan puas mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan di tingkat Puskesmas. The study focused into job satisfaction (especially intrinsic and extrinsic’s job satisfaction) among primary healthcare provider and customer satisfaction’s relationship in outpatient’s unit Community Health Centre in Cirebon district. This research used quantitative method with cross sectional approach. The data was processed with univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis using Cartesius diagram. The researcher suggests that Puskesmas, Health district office, District Government should improve the service quality by implementation quality assurance programme in health center (such as Puskesmas accreditation or Pusksmas ISO), remuneration payment system, leadership and management capacity building also medical and non medical equipment availability. This study is quantitative research using cross sectional design to know the relationship of characteristic and job satisfaction on performance of Public Health Care officer in Belitung Regency in 2017. The sample in this research is civil servant which is found in 9 (nine) PHC in Belitung Regency which amounts to 180 people. The results showed that the characteristic variables related to the performance of PHC employee in Belitung Regency were the last education. Job satisfaction variable related to performance of PHC employee of Belitung Regency is compensation. The variable of characteristics and job satisfaction are related after tested together (simultaneous) there are three significant variables are compensation, relationship with colleagues and supervision. Rumah sakit sebagai institusi yang melayani kesehatan dituntut untuk terus berkembang dan melakukan perbaikan sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu yang memuaskan pasien. Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator dalam mengukur mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit dan juga sebagai indikator dari standard suatu rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan di poliklinik rawat jalan RS. Marzoeki Mahdi, mengetahui gambaran karakteristik pasien di poliklinik rawat jalan RS. Marzoeki Mahdi, mengetahui hubungan karakteristik pasien dengan tingkat kepuasan, serta mengetahui faktor karakteristik yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kepuasan di poliklinik rawat jalan RS.Marzoeki Mahdi. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan cross- sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen terhadap 158 responden yang diambil secara acak dengan menggunakan systemic random sampling. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama 5 (lima) minggu. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat, multivariat Serta diagram Kartesius. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa responden terbanyak yang datang berobat ke poliklinik rawat jalan RS. M. Mahdi adalah kelompok umur produktif yaitu 30-60 tahun,jeniS kelamin terbanyak adalah perempuan, tingkat pendidikan terbanyak adalah akademi/ perguruan tinggi , status pekerjaan terbanyak adalah tidak bekerja/ibu rumah tangga dan sumber pembiayaan terbanyak adalah askes PNS. Dari hasil penelitian didapati tingkat kepuasan responden di polikilnik rawat jalan yaitu yang merasa puas sebanyak 70.9% dan respoden yang merasa tidak puas sebanyak 29.1%. Dan diperlihatkan bahwa pendidikan mempunyai hubungan yang bennakna dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di poliklinik rawat jalan RS. M. Mahdi. Diketahui juga variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan tingkat kepuasan di poliklinik rawatjalan adalah variable pendidikan. Hasil analisis diagram Kartesius didapati dimensi mutu yang menjadi prioritas utama dan harus diperbaiki serta dilaksanakan sesuai harapan pasien adalah dimensi tangible dan reliability. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan pasien di poliklinik rawat jalan RS. Marzoeki Mahdi cukup baik, namun diharapkan pihak manajemen rumah sakit dapat lebih meningkatkan mutu pelayanannya, sehingga unit rawat jalan ini berkembang dengan pesat sejalan dengan meningkatnya jumlah kunjungan pasien dari tahun ketahun yang terus mengalami kenaikan jumlah kunjungan, untuk itu perlu mendapat perhatian.
