This thesis discusses about compatibility grouping of medical action on Askespatients in the Puri Raharja hospital, where during the period from July to August2013 are still known to occur 49.2% discrepancy TMO setby doctors and PT Askes. This thesis explores therelationship between organizational and individual variables onthe suitability grouping TMO. The study design was a combination of quantitativemethods and qualitative methods. Results showed officials do not facilitatemeetings between doctors and Askes, the doctors are not included in each of thestages and socialization cooperation with Askes andno disclosure of medical services Askes, therefore the authorities to facilitate ameeting between the doctor and the Askes, doctors involved in each partnership witha third party concerning especially TMO and medical services as wellas delivering medical services openly calculations.Keywords :Operative Medical Action, Askes, Surgeon
Unit rawat jalan adalah suatu bagian dari rumah sakit yang merupakan pintu atau media pertama untuk kontak dan berinteraksi dengan pengguna jasa atau pasien. Data kunjungan unit rawat jalan poliklinik RSU Surya Husadha Denpasar menunjukkan bahwa belum tercapainya target yang ditetapkan rumah sakit, dan juga menurunnya jumlah kunjungan tahun 2011 dibanding tahun 2010 dan 2009. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja. Dipilihlah balanced scorecard karena dapat memberikan gambaran yang menyeluruh terhadap kinerja rumah sakit. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan data sekunder hasil survei kepuasan pelanggan dan data primer angket kepuasan karyawan. Pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh gambaran bahwa perspektif keuangan menunjukkan hasil yang baik dimana pendapatan meningkat dan CRR melebihi 100 %. Perspektif pelanggan cukup baik dimana tingkat kepuasan pelanggan melebihi standar Depkes yaitu 90 %. Perspektif proses bisnis internal menunjukkan hasil yang cukup karena RSU Surya Husadha Denpasar sudah memiliki protap dan memiliki mekanisme pengawasan, akan tetapi masih ada rujukan serta kurangnya fasilitas yang dimiliki. Terakhir perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan memiliki nilai kurang karena tingkat kepuasan pegawainya masih rendah yaitu kurang dari 90 % standar Depkes.
Outpatient Unit is a part of the hospital which is the first media to contact and interact with the service user or patient. Data visits in unit outpatient clinic Surya Husadha Denpasar General Hospital showed that the achievement of the targets set have not been home sick, and also decreased the number of visits in 2011 than in 2010 and 2009. For it is necessary for performance measurement. Balanced scorecard was chosen because it can provide a comprehensive picture of hospital performance. The research was conducted with quantitative and qualitative approach, using secondary data from customer satisfaction surveys and primary data questionnaire employee satisfaction. Conducted a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews. From this study indicated that the financial perspective has shown good results where revenue increased over 100% and CRR. Customer perspective well enough where the level of customer satisfaction exceeds 90% of the MOH standards. Internal business process perspective showed adequate results for Surya Husadha Hospital Denpasar already have SOPs and have a monitoring mechanism, but there are still references as well as the lack of facilities owned. Finally learning and growth perspective has less value because of the level of employee satisfaction is still low at less than 90% MOH standards.
This thesis discusses the evaluation of clinical pathway implementation, with the aim of knowing the implementation of Clinical Pathway and unit cost analysis of the Sectio Caesarea action at Bhakti Rahayu General Hospital Denpasar. The research design used is the mix method, namely quantitative and qualitative research designs, obtained from patient billing data and in-depth interviews. The study was conducted in April 2019 to July 2020. The results obtained are still variations in some of the services provided so that they get different costs between the total cost of action in accordance with the clinical pathway of Rp 1,920,000, - with the real cost of services provided at IDR 3,319,281, - which means there is still a difference of IDR 1,399,281, -.
ABSTRAK Analisis Kepatuhan Dokter Dalam Penulisan Resep Sesuai Formularium RSU Prima Medika Denpasar Salah satu unsur dalam peningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan adalah terjaminnya aksesibilitas obat yang aman, berkhasiat, bermutu, dan terjangkau. Pengelolaan obat yang tidak efisien dapat memberikan dampak negatif secara medik dan ekonomi. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah ketidakpatuhan dokter dalam meresepkan obat sesuai dengan formularium. RSU Prima Medika merupakan salah satu rumah sakit swasta di Denpasar yang telah memiliki formularium sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan dokter dalam penulisan resep sesuai formularium RSU Prima Medika Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain crossectional. Sampel adalah 120 dokter yang memiliki Surat Ijin Praktek (SIP) di RSU Prima Medika. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan data kepegawaian. Data dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dengan software statistik. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa lebih banyak dokter laki-laki dengan rerata umur 44.4 ± 11.7 tahun dan paling banyak dokter spesialis. Gambaran kepatuhan sesuai fomularium RSU Prima Medika Denpasar adalah 27.5%. Faktor yang berhubungan terhadap kepatuhan dokter dalam penulisan resep sesuai dengan formularium RSU Prima Medika Denpasar adalah Pengetahuan, Informasi, Penghargaan, Sosialisasi, Supervisi, dan Lingkungan Tempat Kerja sedangkan faktor yang tidak berhungan kepatuhan dokter dalam penulisan resep sesuai dengan formularium RSU Prima Medika Denpasar adalah Jenis Kelamin, Pendidikan, Lama Praktek, Sanksi, Permohonan Pasien, Pihak Membayar, dan Industri Farmasi. Variabel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini berhubungan terhadap kepatuhan penulisan resep sesuai dengan formularium RSPM sebesar 60.2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39.8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain Disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan dokter dalam penulisan resep sesuai dengan formularium RSU Prima Medika Denpasar masih cukup rendah. Faktor yang paling berhubungan adalah penghargaan, pengetahuan, dan informasi. Disarankan kepada pihak manajemen untuk membuat suatu sistem kebijakan penghargaan dan sanksi, membuat buku saku formularium yang praktis, format dan tampilan yang menarik serta didistribusikan ke seluruh dokter praktek serta melakukan sosialisasi dan supervisi berkala. ABSTRACT Complience Analysis of Formularium Drug Prescription in Prima Medika Hospital Denpasar One of component to increase hospital’s quality service is assurance of safe drug’s accessibility, beneficial, quality and affordable. Unefficient of drug management lead to medically and economicall negative effects. Prima Medika Hospital Denpasar is one of the private hospital in Denpasar which had their own formularium. In 2016, various types of excessive inventory drug lead to stuck and expired which have detrimented hospital. Aims of this study were to analyze factors related to doctor’s complience about formularium drug prescription in Prima Medika Hospital Denpasar. This was a quantitative study using crossectional design. Samples were 120 doctors who had legal permit practice in Prima Medika Hospital Denpasar. Data were collected by interview using structured questionnaires and analyzed univariate, bivariate dan multivariate with statistic software. Results showed that most doctors were male, mean of age is 44.4 ± 11.7 year; most of Specialist Doctors. Rate for complience of drug prescribing following formularium Prima Medika Hospital Denpasar is 27.5%. Factors related to compliance knowledge, information, reward, socialization, supervision, and Working environment. Meanwhile factors which were not related were gender, education, working experience, punishment, patient request, payment type, and Pharmaceutical industry. Variable on this study were 60.2% related with compliance and 39.8% were related to other factors. In conclution, complience of drug prescribing following formularium Prima Medika Hospital Denpasar is low. The most related factors including rewards, knowledge, and information. It can be suggested that hospital management to produce a sistem of rewards and punishment as well as periodically socialized and supervised for the prescription.
