Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungandengan perilaku tidak selamat pada Pekerja Proyek Ulubelu Unit 3 dan 4,Gheothermal Power Project di PT. X. Kecelakaan kerja secara umum disebabkanoleh dua hal yaitu perilaku kerja tidak aman (unsafe act) dan kondisi kerja yangtidak aman (unsafe condition). Heinrich (1980), memperkirakan 85% kecelakaanadalah hasil kontribusi perilaku kerja yang tidak aman (unsafe act). Berdasarkanhal tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa perilaku manusia merupakan unsur yangmemegang peranan penting dalam mengakibatkan suatu kecelakaan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatifmenggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional, Variabel independen ini meliputifactor personal (Psycological distress, Laziness, Mudah marah, Terburu-buru,pamer, dan Ketidaknyamanan), Faktor Pekerjaan (Jumlah pekerjaan, Timepressure), Faktor Manajemen (Pengawasan, Komitmen manajemen, dan Rewarddan Penalty) dan Faktor Kelompok (Tekanan kelompok). Variabel dependen yangditeliti adalah Perilaku Tidak Selamat. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 158responden. Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji Chi Square. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian, diketahui sebanyak 75 orang (47%) memiliki perilaku tidak selamat danselamat 83 orang (53%) yang memiliki perilaku selamat. Faktor-faktor yangterbukti berhubungan dengan perilaku tidak selamat adalah Psycological distress,Laziness, Mudah marah, Terburu-buru, Pamer, Ketidaknyamanan, Jumlahpekerjaan, Time pressure. Sedangkan, daktor-faktor yang terbukti mempengaruhiperilaku tidak selamat adalah Komitmen manajemen, Reward dan Penalty danTekanan Kelompok.Kata kunci: perilaku tidak selamat, proyek konstruksi, gheothermal power project.

Mengemudi bus merupakan salah satu jenis pekerjaan yang mempunyai risiko tinggi terhadap kecelakaan lalu lintas. Seorang pengemudi harus selalu mengharapkan sesuatu yang tidak diharapkan, sehingga akan selalu waspada dan sadar serta berhati-hati dalam bertingkah laku saat mengemudikan kendaraan. Safety driving merupakan dasar perilaku mengemudi yang lebih memperhatikan keselamatan khususnya bagi pengemudi itu sendiri dan orang disekitarnya. Safety driving didesain untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pengemudi terhadap segala kemungkinan yang tejadi selama mengemudi. Pentingnya safety driving pada saat berkendara merupakan salah satu pilar dalam mewujudkan keamaan dan keselamatan berlalu lintas dan sangat berpeluang untuk mengurangi kecelakaan yang terjadi. Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku berkendara selamat dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 308 pengemudi bus di PT XYZ. Adapun metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan melakukan pengisian kuesioner kepada responden. Selanjutnya data yang didapatkan diolah secara deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan software statistik untuk melihat gambaran dan hubungan dari setiap variabel. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah usia, masa kerja, status kebugaran, komunikasi dengan atasan, komunikasi dengan rekan kerja, kondisi jalan, kondisi kendaraan, waktu kerja pengemudi, jarak tempuh, SOP, kebijakan, pengawasan, kompensasi, status kepegawaian, training improvement, dan pemberian reward & punishment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status kebugaran (POR=6.203 (3.649 – 10.547)), komunikasi dengan atasan (POR=4.025 (2.500–6.478)), kondisi kendaraan (POR=2.602 (1.622-4.173)), waktu kerja pengemudi (POR=2.287 (1.447-3.614)), jarak tempuh (POR=1.904 (1.209-2.998)), SOP (POR=1.850 (1.175-2.913)), kebijakan (POR=1.860 (1.182-2.925)), pengawasan (POR=1.904 (1.209-2.998)), kompensasi (POR=2.570 (1.622-4.072)), training improvement (POR=8.069 (4.790-13.593)), dan pemberian reward & punishment (POR=2.199 (1.384-3.493)) dengan perilaku berkendara selamat. Sedangkan variabel usia, masa kerja, komunikasi dengan rekan kerja, kondisi jalan, dan status kepegawaian tidak menunjukan adanya hubungan dengan perilaku berkendara selamat. Status kebugaran menjadi faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi perilaku berkendara selamat pada pengemudi bus di PT. XYZ.
Driving a bus is one of the types of jobs that carries a high risk of traffic accidents. A driver must always expect the unexpected, so they remain vigilant, aware, and cautious in their behavior while driving. Safety driving is a driving behavior foundation that focuses on safety, especially for the driver themselves and those around them. Safety driving is designed to raise driver awareness of all potential events that may occur during driving. The importance of safety driving while driving is one of the pillars in achieving road safety and can significantly reduce the occurrence of accidents. The design of this research is cross-sectional. The aim of this study is to analyze factors associated with safe driving behavior using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 308 bus drivers at PT XYZ. Data collection was done by administering questionnaires to the respondents. The data obtained were processed descriptively and inferentially using statistical software to examine the relationships and patterns of each variable. The independent variables in this study include age, years of service, health status, communication with superiors, communication with coworkers, road conditions, vehicle conditions, driving duration, travel distance, SOP, policies, supervision, compensation, employment status, training improvement, and reward & punishment. The results showed a significant relationship between health status (POR = 6.203 (3.649 – 10.547)), communication with superiors (POR = 4.025 (2.500 – 6.478)), vehicle conditions (POR = 2.602 (1.622 – 4.173)), driving duration (POR = 2.287 (1.447 – 3.614)), travel distance (POR = 1.904 (1.209 – 2.998)), SOP (POR = 1.850 (1.175 – 2.913)), policies (POR = 1.860 (1.182 – 2.925)), supervision (POR = 1.904 (1.209 – 2.998)), compensation (POR = 2.570 (1.622 – 4.072)), training improvement (POR = 8.069 (4.790 – 13.593)), and reward & punishment (POR = 2.199 (1.384 – 3.493)) with safe driving behavior. On the other hand, the variables of age, years of service, communication with coworkers, road conditions, and employment status did not show any relationship with safe driving behavior. Health status is a dominant factor that influences safe driving behavior of bus drivers at PT. XYZ.

Abstrak:
PT. X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pariwisata dan properti. Karyawan dituntut untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan sesuai dengan ekspektasi konsumen dan organisasi sehingga tidak terlepas dari streskerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor bahaya psikososial yangberhubungan dengan stres kerja menggunakan desain studi cross sectional pada107 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 49,5% responden mengalami stres tinggi. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan stres kerja padakaryawan adalah perkembangan karir, kepuasan kerja, hubungan interpersonal,desain kerja, beban kerja. tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kontrolpekerjaan dan jadwal kerja dengan stres kerja.

Abstrak:
Masih minimnya penelitian tentang kelelahan akut dan kronis, terutama di industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor yang berhubungan terhadap fatigue akut dan kronis pada pekerja bagian produksi dan packaging PT X. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu faktor individu (umur, waktu tidur, commuting time), dan faktor pekerjaan yaitu (durasi kerja, shift kerja, lokasi kerja, dan waktu lembur). Skala Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion an Recovery digunakan untuk mengukur keluhan fatigue akut dan kronispada pekerja. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu tidur dan commuting time memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap fatigue akut pada pekerja, sedangkan waktu tidur dan durasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap fatigue kronis pada pekerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan pada pekerja konstruksi proyek pembangunan jalan tol layang Y oleh PT X khususnya pada saat pekerjaan pier head. Abstrak:
Perilaku tidak selamat pada tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yangberkontribusi terhadap kecelakaan kerja. Berbagai penelitian dan laporan kasusmembuktikan tingkat kecelakaan akibat perilaku masih terus terjadi. Analisisperilaku tidak selamat dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendorongtimbulnya perilaku tidak selamat. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatankualitatif, menggunakan model ABC perilaku. Pengumpulan data dilakukanmelalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Informan dalampenelitian sebanyak 7 orang yang terdiri dari tiap lapisan tenaga kerja. Penelitianini menggambarkan perilaku tidak selamat tenaga kerja serta faktor anteseden dankonsekuensi yang melatarbelakangi munculnya perilaku tidak selamat pada tenagakerja. Perusahaan perlu mempertahankan program pelatihan dan promosi K3 yangsudah berjalan. Perilaku tidak selamat dapat dicegah dengan meningkatkanpengetahuan, pengimplementasian peraturan K3 dengan baik, komitmenmanajemen dalam pelaksanaan K3, pengawasan yang efektif, pelaksanaan HSEReward yang efektif, dan diberlakukannya sanksi K3.Kata kunci: Perilaku Tidak Selamat, Model ABC Perilaku , Anteseden,Konsekuensi.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) pada pekerja bagian finishing PT. X di Proyek Apartemen Serpong pada tahun 2014.Faktor-faktor yang diteliti yaitu faktor internal meliputi sikap dan pengetahuan,faktor eksternal meliputi ketersediaan APD, kenyamanan APD, pengawasan danperaturan APD. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara umum penggunaan alat pelindung diri pada pekerja Bagian finishing PT. X masih kurang, dari 50 responden didapatkan 36 responden (72%) tidak menggunakan APD. Hasil uji statistik dengan Chi Square, menujukan pada faktor internal: tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan (p=0,623 > 0,05) dan sikap (p=0,311 > 0,05) dengan penggunaan APD. Faktor eksternal : terdapat hubungan yang bermakana antara ketersediaan APD (p=0,026 < 0,05), kenyamanan APD(p=0,039 < 0,05) dan pengawasan (p=0,036 < 0,05) dengan penggunaan APD dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna (p=0,607 > 0,05) antara penggunaan APD dengan peraturan APD.
