Performance management system is a systematic process that has a verywide field of an organization including input, process, output andoutcomes to achieve organizational goals. Specialists are the major ofhuman resource in hospital. This study aims to determine theimplementation of performance management system analytics of specialistat Dr.Kariadi Hospital Semarang. This study is descriptive qualitativeresearch design. The results of this study consist of input include planning,recruitment, credentials, training, development, reward, guidance ofmedical care and complete infrastructure is already running. Workprograms and targets have not been running.Process; adherence toguidance of medical yet either. Output; measurement, performanceevaluation and feedback mechanism are not running well. Conclusion; theimplementation of performance management systems of specialists atDr.Kariadi Hospital have not been integrated and sustainable.Thesuggestion is to organize performance management system of specialistscorrectly and consistently at Dr.Kariadi Hospital.Key WordPerformance management, System, Specialist

One of the important business processes in hospital organizations is the management of pharmaceutical supplies. The management of pharmaceutical supplies management at RSPG Cisarua Bogor involves teams starting from the stages of planning, procurement, storage and distribution. Internal obstacles in the process of planning and procuring pharmaceutical supplies are obstacles that can be controlled by internal intervention in business processes within the hospital. This research focuses on proposed changes in the management system of pharmaceutical supply management, especially planning and procurement within RSPG Cisarua Bogor. Intervention in the procurement process using lean six sigma as an evaluation tool to determine weak points in this study only reached the improvement stage. Data collection used in-depth interviews with informants related to the process of planning and procuring pharmaceutical supplies, observation and document tracing then ended with group discussions to determine mutual agreement. The results showed that the absence of fixed procedures in the process of procuring pharmaceutical supplies made the procedure run longer and there was no benchmark of efficiency in the system. Tools in the process of procuring pharmaceutical supplies are also absent so that internal communication between departments even in the same team is low. At the improve stage of lean six sigma produced proposals for changes to standard operating procedures for routine pharmaceutical supply procurement processes, the use of procurement efficiency indicators and the use of ABC VEN as a tool in the pharmaceutical supply procurement process. Proposed improvements in the use of ABC VEN and planning efficiency indicators to address waste over production identified during the pharmaceutical supply planning process. Proposed establishment of new standard operating procedures containing timelines, tools for grouping pharmaceutical supplies based on ABC VEN and procurement efficiency indicators to overcome waste waiting in the pharmaceutical supply procurement process.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja dokter di poliklinik rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Angkatan Laut Dr. Mintohardjo, yang dilakukan terhadap seluruh dokter sebagai responden, menggunakan kuesioner penelitian dengan analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan disain cross sectional. Penilaian kinerja dokter dilakukan oleh pasien yang meliputi perilaku, kehadiran dan komunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dokter di poliklinik rawat jalan Rumkital Dr. Mintohardjo Jakarta adalah faktor psikologis (kepuasan kerja), faktor organisasi (kepemimpinan) dan faktor organisasi (budaya organisasi).
The research aims to find out the factors that relate to the performance of doctors in outpatient polyclinics Naval Hospital Dr. Mintohardjo, with the respondents of all doctors, using the questionnaire, analysis of univariate and bivariate by cross sectional design. Performance appraisal of doctor was performed by patients, which covers the behavior, presence and communication. The result showed that factors that influence the performance of doctors in outpatient polyclinic Naval Hospital Dr. Mintohardjo Jakarta are psychological factor (satisfaction work), the organization factor (leadership) and the organization factor (organization culture).
ABSTRAK
Pemanfaatan suatu pelayanan kesehatan merupakan hasil interaksi antara pengguna jasa pelayanan kesehatan dan penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan. Interaksi ini merupakan suatu hal yang sangat kompleks dan berhubungan dengan banyak faktor. Rumah Sakit Hermina Bekasi adalah rumah sakit umum swasta yang terletak di Kota Bekasi dengan unggulan pelayanan pada kebidanan dan anak. Tingginya jumlah kunjungan Ante Natal Care ternyata tidak diikuti oleh tingginya jumlah persalinan. Data selama tiga tahun berturut-turut menunjukkan jumlah kelahiran tidak pernah mencapai target yang ditetapkan oleh Rumah Sakit, hal ini menjadi menarik untuk diteliti lebih lanjut apa penyebabnya dari sisi penyelenggara dan pendukung pelayanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sedangkan desain penelitiannya adalah cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Populasi adalah seluruh pasien yang melahirkan di RS Hermina Bekasi. Pengambilan sampel dengan purposive dan quota sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat yaitu distribusi frekuensi, analisis bivariat dengan uji Chi Square, analisis multivariat tidak dilakukan karena tidak memenuhi syarat pengujian. Hasil uji statistik semua variabel bebas tidak adanya hubungan dengan frekuensi selalu memanfaatkan, namun berdasarkan hasil angka, proporsi terbesar frekuensi pemanfaatan pelayanan responden ada pada semua variabel bebas yang baik. Setelah dilakukan pemilahan dan penilaian lebih mendalam dengan menjabarkan hasil penilaian skala Likert yang ada dari masing- masing variabel bebas, didapatkan kekurangan pada hampir semua peryataan dari variabel bebas kecuali perilaku SDM (dokter dan perawat) dan kenyamanan. Sehingga perlu untuk ditelaah lebih lanjut terhadap kekurangan- kekurangan yang ada dari sisi provider. Analisa multivariat tidak bisa diolah lebih lanjut karena hanya satu yang bisa masuk permodelan multivariat (tidak memenuhi syarat).
ABSTRACT
Utilization of health services is the result of an interaction between the users health services and providers of health services. This interaction is a very complex matter and is associated with many factors. Hermina Bekasi Hospital is a general hospital located in Bekasi with superior service in obstetrics and children. The high number of Ante Natal Care visits was not followed by the high number of births. Data for three years in a row shows the number of births has never reached the target set by the hospital, it becomes interesting to study further about the causes from provider and health services side. This research use a quantitative analytical approach while the study design was cross-sectional. Data collection used questionnaires completed by respondents. The population was all patients who give birth in Hermina Bekasi hospital with purposive and quota sampling. Analysis of the data using univariate frequency distributions, bivariate analysis with Chi Square test, multivariate analysis was not performed because it does not meet the test requirements. The results of the all the independent variables statistical test are not always the relationship with the frequency of use, but based on the numbers, the largest proportion of respondents frequency of service utilization for all the independent variables are good. After sorting and more deep assessment by outlining the results of the existing Likert scale assessment of each of the independent variables, found flaws in nearly all variables except the stationing of human behavior (doctors and nurses) and comfort. So it needs to be examined against the existing shortcomings of the provider. Multivariate analysis could not be processed further because the only one who can get in multivariate modeling (not eligible).
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menyusun clinical pathwaykemoterapi adjuvant pada kanker payudara tanpa penyakit komorbid dr RSUP Dr Kariadi Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian operasional denganmetode pengambilan data retrospektif. Penelitian dilakukan di RSUP Dr Kariadi Semarang pada tahun 2012 pada instalasi rekam medis, instalasi rawat inap, instalasi farmasi, instalasi laboratorium dan bagian perbekalan farmasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang didiagnosis dengan kanker payudara dengan pada tahun 2012, yang dilakukan kemoterapi.
Customer satisfaction become a very important aspect so that it must be managed bywell, because it is as promotion media for hospitals (mouth to mouth).Dissatisfaction in the process of hospital services have affect on do not completion ofthe payment by the patient who run away, that it will have impact on patients will notcome back or losing customers. Some problems was still frequently complained bythe patient is the waiting time is too long. The waiting time was analyzed by observeon the patients who was undergoing outpatient services, and then measured theirsatisfaction, and also asked about their intentions to re-visit.
