Hanya aktivitas fisik yang berhubungan signifikan (p = 0,020; OR = 9,5).
Hypertension is a major cardiovascular risk factor. This study aimed to identify factors associated with blood pressure control among JKN participants at UI Makara Satellite Clinic. A cross-sectional design was used with 120 hypertensive patients selected through quota sampling. Data were collected using standardized questionnaires and analyzed with Chi-Square and logistic regression. Results showed 50.8% had controlled blood pressure. Only physical activity was significantly associated (p = 0.020; OR = 9.5; CI: 1.74–51.53; p = 0.009). Findings support strengthening promotive-preventive efforts through education and structured physical activity in hypertension management programs.

This study focuses on the relationship between nutritional knowledge and other factors and blood pressure control in hypertensive patients in the working area of the Kemirimuka Community Health Center. This study focuses on blood pressure control is carried out to prevent complications. There are pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies in the form of risk factor education. The results of this study show that age is a factor that influences blood pressure control. Nutritional knowledge and other factors not studied did not influence blood pressure control. The age variable influences the relationship between nutritional knowledge and the incidence of uncontrolled blood pressure. Age influences the relationship between nutritional knowledge and the incidence of uncontrolled hypertension after controlled by smoking habits, stress conditions, and gender in hypertensive patients in the Kemiri Muka Community Health Center working area in 2023.

Stress can increase blood pressure through sympathetic nervous mechanisms or unhealthy lifestyle behaviors that are induced by stress. This research is secondary research conducted in May-June 2024. This research aims to determine the relationship between stress and blood control after controlling medication adherence, DASHI diet adherence, smoking habits, physical activity, and sleep quality in hypertensive patients in the region works at Kemiri Muka Community Health Center, Depok City. The study design used was cross-sectional and purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 156 hypertensive patients aged > 18 years. The results showed that the proportion of uncontrolled hypertension was high, 68.5%. No significant relationship was found between stress or confounding variables (medication adherence, DASH diet adherence, smoking habits, physical activity, and sleep quality) and blood pressure control. However, analysis of the sub-questions of the stress questionnaire (PSS-10), found a significant relationship between 'getting angry because of something unexpected' with the frequency of 'often' compared to the frequency of 'never' (p = 0.003; OR= 4.955; 95% CI 1.724 -14.242) and 'feeling unable to control important things in life' with a frequency of 'often' compared to a frequency of 'never' (p = 0.007; OR= 4.955; 95% CI 1.724-14.242). There is no relationship between stress and blood pressure control. Medication adherence influenced the relationship between stress and uncontrolled hypertension, after controlled by diet adherence (p = 0.016; OR= 2.850; 95% CI 1.216-6.679). Key words: Stress, uncontrolled hypertension, unhealthy lifestyle
