The risk of accidents and health problems in a result of pilot fatigue will bring abig impact on decision making during the flight. Some case studies and reportsprove that pilot fatigue is still occured. Risk factor analysis is conducted to reviewand determine fatigue on pilot. Samn-Perelli subjective scale is being used in thisstudy to determine the fatigue of pilot. Case studies is conducted in PT. GarudaIndonesia (Persero) Tbk., Jakarta. Cross-sectional method is used as a designstudy to review the relationship between the dependent variable at one time.Researchers used a questionnaire instruments to collect data and conductinterviews to several pilots. This research analyze the relationship between fatiguework related factors and fatigue work non-related factors with pilot fatigue.Company needs to maintain the company's program such as as flight and dutytime limitation, rest period to reduce the fatigue.Key words: Pilot fatigue.

Tank truck drivers are a group of high-risk workers to experience fatigue because it involves various factors, namely sleep-related factors, work-related factors, psychosocial factors, and individual factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between these factors with fatigue on tank truck drivers. The cross-sectional study designed in this study uses subjective instruments consisting of questionnaires (IFRC, PSQI, SHI, KSS, and other questionnaires) for 220 drivers and objective instruments in the form of Fitbit smart watches to measure the quality and quantity of sleep for 10 drivers. The results shows a significant relationship between sleep quality (p = 0.005, OR = 3.376), bed environment (p = 0.008, OR = 2.137) and habit before going to bed (p = 0.005, OR = 2,246) with fatigue status. There is no significant relationship between the quantity of sleep and the fatigue status. However, based on Fitbit smart watch measurements, the quantity of sleep on workdays is shorter than off-days, and poor sleep quality is obtained in REM sleep (< 20%). Other risk factors such as work environment (p = 0,000, OR = 4,209) and health status (p = 0,013, OR = 2,052) were also related to the fatigue status.

ABSTRACT
The ferry's crew has a unique job characteristics, 24 hours work schedulecontinuously on the ship with only three days off a month, being exposed to the riskof working environment conditions that can cause an incidence of work stress.Work stress of the crew will have an effect on their health and also to the safety ofthe ship and its passengers. The purpose of the research was to gain an overview ofwork factors (job content-job context) related to work stress on the ferry crew inThe Telaga Punggur Port 2013. The method used is Cross Sectional DescriptiveResearch, measurement data using questionnaires, analysis of the data done byunivariate and bivariat. Research results obtained 35% of ferry crew experienced astressful job and 65% are not subjected to the stress of work. Results of statisticaltests indicate factor that have a meaningful relationship with work stress is acondition of the work environment, where the crew had the perception that theenvironmental conditions of work on board is harmfull has a chance of greaterstress than crew who consider the work environment on board is not harmfull.
Operators fatigue in aircraft ground handling activities at the ramp area is in high risk of causing incidents and accidents which can effect heavy losses, especially for airlines, ground handling workers and airport operations. This research aims to determine the factors that influence fatigue in ground support equipment operators who handle wide body aircraft in PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This is a descriptive-analytic research with quantitative method. Total sampling method was used in this research with 80 respondents as sample. Data were analyzed by chi square test. The Fatigue Severity Scale used as an instrument for measuring fatigue. The results showed that age, commuting time and rest periods are significantly associated to fatigue on the ground support equipment operators. Individual factors have a big role on fatigue occurrence. Therefore, it is expected that workers can manage personal time and optimize their rest periods when working to reduce fatigue.
