World Population Data Sheet 2014 shows that Indonesia is the most occupied by 251million. One factor is the high TFR in Indonesia with a fixed rate of 2.6%, it still has notreached the target RPJMN 2015-2019 of 2.3%. One of the efforts in controlling thepopulation and reducing the birth rate is the use of long-term contraceptive methods thatare considered effective and efficient for women of childbearing age. In Indonesia thecoverage of MKJP is still low at 10.2% while in NTB it is 11.3%, the figure is stillbelow the target of BKKBN 2016 about the achievement of MKJP of 21.1%. Lack oflong-term use of contraception is due to various factors including lack of husbandsupport. The purpose of this study to analyze the relationship of support of the husbandwith the use of MKJP in West Nusa Tenggara. This research uses cross sectional designquantitative research type using secondary data of endline survey ImprovingContraceptive Method Mix (ICMM) organized by Jhon Hopskins University (JHU-CCP) in cooperation with Yayasan Cipta Cara Padu (YCCP), Health Research CenterUniversity of Indonesia, Ministry of Health and BKKBN in 6 districts of West NusaTenggara Province in 2016 with a sample size of 4,822 people. The result of bivariateanalysis in this study mentioned that there was no statistically significant relationshipbetween husband support and MKJP use based on statistical test value (p value = 0,135POR = 1,14 CI 95% = 0,96-1,35). Discussion and decision-making by husbands againstWUS in the use of contraceptives, as a whole, has not contributed to the selection ofeffective or efficient method of contraceptive methods, ie MKJP so that the higher useof Non-MKJP in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The result of logistic regression testshowed that husband support was related to the use of MKJP after controlled byeducation (POR = 1.37), knowledge (POR = 7.04) and the interaction between husbandsupport and media information exposure with POR = 3.99. Thus, WUS with the supportof husbands and media exposure has a chance 3.99 times to discuss with the husbandusing MKJP compared with WUS that no husband support and not exposed to themedia.
The unknown factors affecting postpartum contraceptive use in sub-district health centers Jagakarsa makes the writer interested in conducting research on the factors that influence the use of postpartum contraception in Jagakarsa district health center. The factors that will be examined are: predisposing factors (maternal knowledge about contraception and family planning services, maternal attitudes toward contraception, maternal age, maternal education, maternal occupation, number of living children, the youngest child age, reproductive intentions and autonomy on fertility and family planning) , enabling factors (affordability of family planning services) and reinforcing factors (husband support and counseling KB). This research is quantitative research design of case-control study conducted in May-June 2013. In the case of this study population was all women aged 15-49 years, had the smallest child to the age of 0-42 days and using contraception. While population control is all women aged 15-49, have children ages 0-42 tterkecil the day and not using contraception. Number of samples obtained from two different test formula proportions were 49 respondents for the case group and 49 respondents to the control group. Sampling was done by systematic random sampling. Data collected by mengajkan question on the questionnaire.
Tesis ini membahas tentang hak reproduksi perempuan dalam perkawinan transnasional di Kota Singkawang Kalimantan Barat Tahun 2013. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola perkawinan, faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan hak reproduksi perempuan dalam perkawinan transnasional. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap 6 informan, 6 informan keluarga dan 6 informan kunci.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendukung dalam perkawinan transnasional adalah sosial ekonomi yang rendah; persamaan agama, bahasa dan etnis serta persepsi positif tentang negara Taiwan. Hak reproduksi perempuan dengan status pisah yang tidak terpenuhi yaitu hak untuk membangun dan merencanakan keluarga, hak untuk bebas dari segala bentuk diskriminasi dalam keluarga dan kesehatan reproduksi, hak untuk bebas dari penganiayaan dan perlakuan buruk dan hak untuk menentukan jumlah anak dan jarak kelahiran. Pemerintah daerah Kota Singkawang perlu meningkatkan kerjasama lintas sektoral antara instansi dan lembaga masyarakat, pencatatan yang baik jumlah warga yang menikah dengan Warga Negara Asing dan penyuluhan yang berkaitan dengan perkawinan transnasional dan kesehatan reproduksi dengan menggunakan bahasa setempat.
The focus of this study is the reproductive rights of women in transnational marriages in Singkawang West Kalimantan in 2013, aim to determine the patterns of marriage, the factors that support and reproductive rights of women in transnational marriages. This qualitative study using in-depth interviews of 6 informants, 6 family informants and 6 key informants.
The results showed that factors related in transnational marriage are low socioeconomic; similiarities in religion, language and ethnicity; positive perceptions about Taiwan. Unfullfill reproductive rights of divorced women are the right to build and plan a family, the right to be free from all forms of discrimination in the family and reproductive health, the right to be free from torture and ill-treatment and the right to determine the number and spacing of children. Singkawang local governments need to improve cross-sectoral cooperation between institutions and community organizations, having acurate recording of citizens who are married to foreign citizens and having counseling program related to transnational marriage and reproductive health by using the local language.
Long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) is a contraceptive method that has high effectiveness, reversible and long-term. But with many advantages, users Long - Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) is still low in many areas. Though the government has issued wisdom through Jampersal program that includes directing the participants of Jampersal to use Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC). The purpose of this study wanted to know the relationship between long-acting reversible contraceptive use with participation in the program Jampersal, acceptor characteristics and other factors in women of childbearing age in the health center Margajaya Bekasi. The study design was a case-control study sample corresponds with acceptor 86 consisting of 43 cases and 43 controls. Population is women of childbearing age (15-49 years) who started a new family planning acceptors from January 2012 to May 2013 who settled in the region Margajaya Health Center. The results showed a statistically significant association use Long- Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) with the number of living children, the purpose of using contraception, knowledge and exposure to mass media sources or information about Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC).
