Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan fatigue pada pekerja wanita di PT. X. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan juni-juli 2021 dengan melibatkan 5 orang pekerja dari PT. X yaitu 2 orang pekerja di bagian manajemen dan 3 orang pekerja di bagian produksi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain studi deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan data berupa data primer yang dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan data sekunder dari PT.X. Faktor risiko fatigu yang diteliti terdiri dari faktor risiko terkait kerja dan faktor risiko tidak terkait kerja.

Kegiatan industri pertambangan emas merupakan industri yang padat modal, padat karya, dan padat teknologi. Interaksi yang tidak harmonis diantara ketiga aspek tersebut dapat menyebabkan timbulnya kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja yang erat kaitannya dengan kelelahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan prevalensi kelelahan pada pekerja di PT. X Tahun 2017. Desain studi cross-sectional digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion Recovery (OFER) dengan target penelitian sejumlah 288 responden yang berasal dari semua departemen di PT. X. Diketahui prevalensi kelelahan pekerja di PT. X yaitu sebanyak 136 pekerja mengalami kelelahan (36,8%) dan sebanyak 182 pekerja tidak mengalami kelelahan (63,2%). Dari hasil uji statistik ditemukan dua variabel yang signifikan antara lain, variabel kepuasan kerja (p-value=0,003; OR=2.140), dan variabel stres kerja (p-value=0,000). Kesimpulannya, faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan merupakan faktor risiko psikososial. Sebagai upaya penanganan maka perlu dibentuk sistem manajemen penanggulangan kelelahan yang berkelanjutan, pengadaan dialog terbuka mengenai penanganan bahaya psikososial di tempat kerja, dan menerapkan komunikasi yang efektif dan budaya kerja yang kooperatif di setiap jenjang organisasi perusahaan.

Berdasarkan data tahun 2019-2022 tercatat 17 kecelakaan kerja dilaporkan di dalam PT. XYZ, dari 17 kecelakaan, 14 terjadi di bagian produksi. Tujuan umum penelitian adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja bagian produksi di PT. XYZ. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu cross sectional. Populasi dan sampel 152 pekerja menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer berasal dari kuesioner dan observasi serta data sekunder perusahaan. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi- square. Hasil penelitian 40,1% pekerja pernah mengalami kecelakaan kerja dengan jenis kecelakaan terbanyak adalah terjepit, sebagian besar pekerja memiliki umur dewasa, laki-laki, pendidikan menengah, masa kerja ≤ 5 Tahun, pola kerja shift, memiliki sikap positif, sering/sangat sering melakukan tindakan tidak aman, kelelahan rendah/menengah, kondisi fisik baik, pengawasan kurang baik, pelatihan baik, sosialisasi baik, sering/sangat sering mendapatkan APD tidak tepat, housekeeping kondusif dan sering/sangat sering bersinggungan dengan kondisi tidak aman. Kemudian ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, tindakan tidak aman, kondisi fisik, pelatihan dan kondisi tidak aman dengan kecelakaan kerja (p value < 0,05). Maka berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan PT. XYZ selalu dapat melakukan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan dalam upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja

Mata merupakan indera manusia yang paling dominan dalam beraktivitas. Sekitar 90% aktivitas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dikendalikan oleh sistem penglihatan sehingga penglihatan yang terganggu akan berpengaruh terhadap berbagi domain fungsional. Kelelahan mata merupakan salah satu gangguan yang paling sering ditemui pada pekerja dan dapat terjadi di berbagai jenis pekerjaan, termasuk pada pekerja fabrikasi yang aktivitas pekerjaannya sangat mengandalkan mata serta membutuhkan konsentrasi visual yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan mata pada pekerja fabrikasi di PT XYZ tahun 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada 76 pekerja fabrikasi di PT XYZ. Variabel penelitian meliputi kelelahan mata, intensitas pencahayaan di tempat kerja, kelainan refraksi, usia, masa kerja, durasi kerja, jenis pekerjaan, dan penggunaan APD. Variabel intensitas pencahayaan diukur dengan lux meter, variabel kelelahan diukur dengan Visual Fatigue Questionnaire, dan variabel lain diukur dengan kuesioner yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat, yaitu dengan uji chi-square dan mann-whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 67,1% pekerja fabrikasi di PT XYZ mengalami kelelahan mata. Tiga gejala terbanyak yang pernah dialami adalah mata terasa lelah (65,8%), penglihatan kabur atau buram (56,6%), dan iritasi mata (47,4%). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kelainan refraksi (p=0,006), usia (p=0,034), dan masa kerja (p=0,004) dengan kelelahan mata. Rata-rata skor kelelahan mata juga berbeda secara signifikan berdasarkan intensitas pencahayaan (p=0,049) dan durasi kerja (p=0,007). Oleh sebab itu, untuk meminimalisir risiko kelelahan mata, perlu dilakukan perbaikan yang mencakup faktor-faktor risiko tersebut.
The eyes are the most dominant human sensory organ in daily activities. Approximately, 90% of everyday tasks rely on the visual system; therefore, impaired vision can affect various functional domains. Eye fatigue is one of the most common visual complaints among workers and can occur in various types of jobs, including fabrication work, which heavily depends on visual concentration. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with eye fatigue among fabrication workers at PT XYZ in 2025. A quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach was employed, involving 76 fabrication workers. The variables examined included eye fatigue, lighting intensity in the workplace, refractive errors, age, years of service, working hours, job type, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Lighting intensity was measured using a lux meter, eye fatigue was assessed using the Visual Fatigue Questionnaire, and other variables were measured through a self-developed questionnaire. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods, specifically chi-square and Mann-Whitney tests. The results showed that 67.1% of workers experienced eye fatigue. The three most commonly reported symptoms were tired eyes (65.8%), blurred vision (56.6%), and eye irritation (47.4%). Significant associations were found between eye fatigue and refractive errors (p=0.006), age (p=0.034), and years of service (p=0.004). Partisipasi pekerja dalam melaporkan setiap kejadian kecelakaan kerja sangat diharapkan, guna mengantisipasi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja terulang kembali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan program pelaporan bahaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 166 yang merupakan pekerja transmisi PT Q. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Analysis data menggunakan analisis univariate dan bivariate dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceptions, attitude, individual backgrounds dalam kondisi Baik. Sedangkan management, working environment, working methods, daily activities dan program pelaporan bahaya dalam kondisi Sangat Baik Dari 15 pernyataan variabel perceptions 10 pernyataan berhubungan dengan program pelaporan bahaya. Terdapat hubungan antara variabel perceptions dengan program pelaporan bahaya. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara variabel attitude, individual backgrounds dengan program pelaporan bahaya pada pekerja transmisi di PT Q. Terdapat hubungan antara variabel management dan working environment dengan program pelaporan bahaya. Terdapat hubungan antara variabel working methods dan daily activities dengan program pelaporan bahaya. Dapat disimpulkan bawah hanya 1 variabel pada faktor person yaitu perception yang berhubungan dengan program pelaporan bahaya. The role of human resources in reducing the incidence of workplace accidents is essential. Worker participation in reporting every workplace accident is highly recommended to prevent recurrence. This study aims to identify factors related to hazard reporting programs. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach cross sectional study. The sample taken was 166 workers who were transmission workers of PT Q. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a likert scale. Data analysis using analysis univariate and bivariate with used SPSS application. The results of the study show that perceptions, attitude, and individual backgrounds are in good condition. Whereas management, working environment, working methods, daily activities and hazard reporting program in Very Good condition from 15 variable statementsperceptions10 statements related to the hazard reporting program. There is a relationship between the variablesperceptionswith the hazard reporting program. There is no relationship between the variable attitude, individual backgrounds with the hazard reporting program for transmission workers at PT Q. There is a relationship between the variablesmanagement and working environment with the hazard reporting program. There is a relationship between the variable working methods and daily activities with the hazard reporting program. It can be concluded that only one variable in the person factor, perception, is related to the hazard reporting program. All variables in the situations and behaviors factors are related to the hazard reporting program

Mengemudi bus merupakan salah satu jenis pekerjaan yang mempunyai risiko tinggi terhadap kecelakaan lalu lintas. Seorang pengemudi harus selalu mengharapkan sesuatu yang tidak diharapkan, sehingga akan selalu waspada dan sadar serta berhati-hati dalam bertingkah laku saat mengemudikan kendaraan. Safety driving merupakan dasar perilaku mengemudi yang lebih memperhatikan keselamatan khususnya bagi pengemudi itu sendiri dan orang disekitarnya. Safety driving didesain untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pengemudi terhadap segala kemungkinan yang tejadi selama mengemudi. Pentingnya safety driving pada saat berkendara merupakan salah satu pilar dalam mewujudkan keamaan dan keselamatan berlalu lintas dan sangat berpeluang untuk mengurangi kecelakaan yang terjadi. Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku berkendara selamat dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 308 pengemudi bus di PT XYZ. Adapun metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan melakukan pengisian kuesioner kepada responden. Selanjutnya data yang didapatkan diolah secara deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan software statistik untuk melihat gambaran dan hubungan dari setiap variabel. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah usia, masa kerja, status kebugaran, komunikasi dengan atasan, komunikasi dengan rekan kerja, kondisi jalan, kondisi kendaraan, waktu kerja pengemudi, jarak tempuh, SOP, kebijakan, pengawasan, kompensasi, status kepegawaian, training improvement, dan pemberian reward & punishment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status kebugaran (POR=6.203 (3.649 – 10.547)), komunikasi dengan atasan (POR=4.025 (2.500–6.478)), kondisi kendaraan (POR=2.602 (1.622-4.173)), waktu kerja pengemudi (POR=2.287 (1.447-3.614)), jarak tempuh (POR=1.904 (1.209-2.998)), SOP (POR=1.850 (1.175-2.913)), kebijakan (POR=1.860 (1.182-2.925)), pengawasan (POR=1.904 (1.209-2.998)), kompensasi (POR=2.570 (1.622-4.072)), training improvement (POR=8.069 (4.790-13.593)), dan pemberian reward & punishment (POR=2.199 (1.384-3.493)) dengan perilaku berkendara selamat. Sedangkan variabel usia, masa kerja, komunikasi dengan rekan kerja, kondisi jalan, dan status kepegawaian tidak menunjukan adanya hubungan dengan perilaku berkendara selamat. Status kebugaran menjadi faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi perilaku berkendara selamat pada pengemudi bus di PT. XYZ.
Driving a bus is one of the types of jobs that carries a high risk of traffic accidents. A driver must always expect the unexpected, so they remain vigilant, aware, and cautious in their behavior while driving. Safety driving is a driving behavior foundation that focuses on safety, especially for the driver themselves and those around them. Safety driving is designed to raise driver awareness of all potential events that may occur during driving. The importance of safety driving while driving is one of the pillars in achieving road safety and can significantly reduce the occurrence of accidents. The design of this research is cross-sectional. The aim of this study is to analyze factors associated with safe driving behavior using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 308 bus drivers at PT XYZ. Data collection was done by administering questionnaires to the respondents. The data obtained were processed descriptively and inferentially using statistical software to examine the relationships and patterns of each variable. The independent variables in this study include age, years of service, health status, communication with superiors, communication with coworkers, road conditions, vehicle conditions, driving duration, travel distance, SOP, policies, supervision, compensation, employment status, training improvement, and reward & punishment. The results showed a significant relationship between health status (POR = 6.203 (3.649 – 10.547)), communication with superiors (POR = 4.025 (2.500 – 6.478)), vehicle conditions (POR = 2.602 (1.622 – 4.173)), driving duration (POR = 2.287 (1.447 – 3.614)), travel distance (POR = 1.904 (1.209 – 2.998)), SOP (POR = 1.850 (1.175 – 2.913)), policies (POR = 1.860 (1.182 – 2.925)), supervision (POR = 1.904 (1.209 – 2.998)), compensation (POR = 2.570 (1.622 – 4.072)), training improvement (POR = 8.069 (4.790 – 13.593)), and reward & punishment (POR = 2.199 (1.384 – 3.493)) with safe driving behavior. On the other hand, the variables of age, years of service, communication with coworkers, road conditions, and employment status did not show any relationship with safe driving behavior. Health status is a dominant factor that influences safe driving behavior of bus drivers at PT. XYZ.

Fatigue merupakan masalah multifaktor yang kerap dialami pekerja sektor manufaktur disebabkan oleh faktor terkait kerja dan faktor tidak terkait kerja sebagai variabel independen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara faktor terkait kerja dan tidak terkait kerja dengan kelelahan atau fatigue pada perusahaan manufaktur di PT X Tahun 2024. Faktor terkait kerja yang diteliti meliputi beban kerja, shift kerja, jam kerja panjang, waktu istirahat, dan waktu perjalanan. Sementara itu faktor tidak terkait kerja yang diteliti meliputi usia, aktivitas fisik, penggunaan allohol, dan kualitas dan kuantitas tidur. Penelitian ini menggunakan dengan desain studi cross sectional menggunakan kuesioner yang mengadaptasi kuesioner OFER-15, kuesioner beban kerja, dan PSQI. 96 responden berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan distribusi pekerja lelah (kategori sedang tinggi-tinggi) sebesar 34,4%. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan chi square menunjukkan bahwa shift kerja, jam kerja panjang, waktu istirahat, waktu perjalanan, usia, aktivitas fisik, penggunaan alkohol dan kualitas dan kuantitas tidur tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan fatigue. Sementara itu, variabel beban kerja berhubungan signifikan dengan fatigue dengan p value = 0,010 (p<0,05) dan OR = 3,500 (95% CI: 1,425 – 8,579) yang bermakna bahwa pekerja dengan beban kerja berat berisiko 3,5 kali lipat mengalami kelelahan kronis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hanya variabel beban kerja yang berhubungan signifikan dengan kelelahan kronis dan akut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan tindak lanjut dari perusahaan berupa penegakkan fatigue risk management system (FRMS) dan pengintegrasian kebijakan terkait kerja, sementara itu saran untuk pekerja berupa pengaturan manajemen tidur, waktu istirahat, dan aktivitas fisik.
Fatigue is a multifactor problem often experienced by manufacturing sector workers due to work-related and non-work-related factors as independent variables. This study aims to analyze the relationship between work-related and non-work-related factors and fatigue in manufacturing companies in PT X in 2024. The work-related factors studied include workload, work shifts, long hours, rest time, and travel time. Meanwhile, non-work-related factors studied include age, physical activity, alcohol use, and sleep quality and quantity. This study used a cross-sectional study design, using questionnaires that adapted the OFER-15 questionnaire, workload questionnaire, and PSQI. 96 respondents participated in this study, with a distribution of fatigued workers (medium-high category) of 34.4%. Statistical test results using chi-square showed that work shifts, long working hours, rest time, travel time, age, physical activity, alcohol use, and sleep quality and quantity were not significantly associated with fatigue. Meanwhile, the workload variable was significantly associated with fatigue with a p-value = 0.010 (p<0.05) and OR = 3.500 (95% CI: 1.425 - 8.579), which means that workers with heavy workloads have a 3.5-fold risk of experiencing chronic fatigue. It can be concluded that only the workload variable is significantly associated with chronic fatigue, either acute or chronic. Therefore, follow-up is needed from the company by enforcing the fatigue risk management system (FRMS) and integrating work-related policies, while advice for workers is in the form of sleep management, rest time, and physical activity.

Kelelahan atau fatigue pada pekerja tambang memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap tingkat absenteisme, penurunan produktivitas, biaya kesehatan, dan kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran keluhan kelelahan pada pekerja di PT X serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan. Faktor risiko yang diteliti yaitu faktor terkait pekerjaan (beban kerja, masa kerja, waktu istirahat, area kerja, shift kerja, dan stres kerja) dan faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan (usia, kualitas dan kuantitas tidur, kebiasaan merokok, commuting time, pekerjaan sampingan, konsumsi kafein, status pernikahan, status gizi, dan olah raga). Untuk mengukur kelelahan menggunakan kuesioner Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion Recovery Scale (OFER), mengukur stres kerja menggunakan kuesioner Survei Diagnosis Stres (SDS), mengukur kualitas tidur menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), mengukur beban kerja mental menggunakan NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire (GJSQ), mengukur karakteristik responden menggunakan The Self-administered Questionnaire, dan untuk mengukur beban kerja fisik menggunakan alat Fingertip Pulse Oximeter. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 156 pekerja tambang di PT X dengan menggunakna desain penelitian cross-sectional. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial dengan uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara masa kerja, waktu istirahat, usia, dan beban kerja mental dengan kelelahan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukannya pengembangan program pencegahan dan pengendalian kelelahan (fatigue management) di tempat kerja dan melihat hubungan faktor terkait pekerjaan yang lebih dominan terhadap kelelahan dibandingkan faktor tidak terkait pekerjaan.
Fatigue in mining workers has a huge impact on absenteeism rates, decreased productivity, medical costs, and accidents. This study aims to describe the level of fatigue in workers at PT. The results showed that there was a significant association between period of work, rest time, age, and mental workload. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a fatigue management program in the workplace and refers to see the result that the relationship between work related factors and fatigue is more dominant than non-work related factors.
