Abstrak: Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan makanan yang terbaik bagi bayi pada 6 bulan pertama kehidupannya. Pada tahun 2014 cakupan ASI eksklusif di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo adalah 66,2%, angka ini masih rendah dibandingkan dengan target yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 80%. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan ibu dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif adalah faktor psikososial yaitu intensi pemberian ASI. Intensi pada masa prenatal merupakan prediktor yang kuat dan penting terhadap durasi dan intensitas pemberian ASI.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan intensi pemberian ASI eksklusif pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur tahun 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap (p=0,001;OR=28,5; 95% CI: 4,8-168), self eficacy ibu (p=0,043;OR=3,75; 95% CI: 1,02-13,8), persepsi tentang hambatan dalam menyusui (p=0,008;OR=5,83; 95% CI: 1,52-22,4) dan pengetahuan (p=0,007;OR=6,37; 95% CI: 1,56-26,1) dengan intensi pemberian ASI eksklusif. Perlu adanya pemberian informasi dan edukasi tentang pentingnya manfaat ASI dan cara mengatasi hambatan-hambatan dalam menyusui.

Breastfeed is the best food for baby in the first six years of his life. In year 2014, the scope of exclusive breastfeeding in Pasar Rebo Public Health Center is 67.2%, which is lower than the pre-assumed target of 80%. One of the factors affecting the success of mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding is the psychosocial factor, namely the breastfeeding intention. The intention of breastfeeding during the prenatal period is a strong and important predictor of the duration and intensity of breastfeeding.

This research aims to know the related factors toward the intention of exclusive breastfeeding on pregnant mothers in Pasar Rebo Public Health Center East Jakarta Municipality in year 2015. This research is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. The subject of this research is all the pregnant mothers in Pasar Rebo Public Health Center.

The result of this research shows that there is a significant relationship between attitude (p=0.001;OR=28.5; 95% CI: 4.8-168), mothers‟ self-efficacy (p=0.043;OR=3.75; 95% CI: 1.02-13.8), mothers‟ perception about the obstacles in breastfeeding (p=0.008;OR=5.83; 95% CI: 1.52-22.4) and mothers‟ knowledge (p=0.007;OR=6.37; 95% CI: 1.56-26.1) with the intention of exclusive breastfeeding. The writer suggests to give more information and education about the importance of breastfeeding and the way to overcome the obstacles in breastfeeding.

Abstrak: Cakupan ASI eksklusif pada 3 tahun terakhir pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo masih rendah bila dibandingkan dengan target Kementerian Kesehatan RI yaitu kurang dari 80%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur Tahun 2017. Desain penelitian ini cross sectional dengan sampel ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 6-24 bulan.

Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif hanya sebesar 34,6%. Dari 11 variabel yang diteliti terdapat 5 variabel yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan perilaku pemberian ASI Eksklusif yaitu pengetahuan ibu, sikap ibu, IMD (Inisiasi Menyusu Dini), dukungan suami dan dukungan petugas kesehatan.

Hasil penelitian menyarankan mengenai upaya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayi selama 6 bulan pertama melahirkan. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dilakukan secara menyeluruh dan berkesinambungan serta tidak hanya kepada ibu hamil dan menyusui saja, namun terhadap suami, keluarga dan masyarakat, agar masyarakat sadar dan mempunyai sikap positif tentang pentingnya memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayi selama 6 bulan.

The Achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in the last 3 years at Puskesmas Kecamatan ePasar Rebo is lower than the Ministry of Health's target ( less than 80%). The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding behavior in Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo East Jakarta, 2017. The design of this study cross sectional with a sample of mothers who have babies aged 6-24 months.

Based on this research, the behavior of exclusive breastfeeding is only 34,6%. From 11 variables studied, there are 5 variables that have significant relationship with exclusive breastfeeding behavior that is mother's knowledge, mother attitude, IMD (Early Breastfeeding Initiation), husband support and health officer support.

The results suggest about efforts to conduct health promotion about the importance of giving exclusive breastfeeding to babies during the first 6 months of childbirth. Also, this health promotion are conducted thoroughly and continuously and not only to pregnant and lactating mothers, but to husbands, families and communities, so that people are aware and have a positive attitude about the importance of giving exclusive breastfeeding to babies for 6 months.

Abstrak: Salah satu infeksi yang harus dideteksi selama kehamilan adalah infeksi HIV pada ibu karena berpotensi tertular pada bayi yang akan dilahirkannya yaitu sekitar 30%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap ibu hamil terhadap Provider Initiated Test and Counseling (PITC) di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Dalam penelitian ini teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode simple random sampling sehingga didapat sampel sebanyak 70 orang. Dari hasil analisis multivariat pada penelitian ini didapatkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap ibu hamil terhadap PITC adalah keterpaparan informasi melalui media cetak (p=0,002), keterpaparan informasi melalui media elektronik (p=0,008), keaktifan dalam kegiatan keagamaan (p=0,021) dan dukungan keluarga (p=0,038).

One of the infections that should be detected during pregnancy is HIV infection in pregnant women, because of the potential for infected at birth to the baby about 30%. This study aimed to determine the attitude of pregnant women to Provider Initiated Test and Counseling (PITC) at Pasar Rebo Distric Health Center in 2017. This research type is quantitative with cross sectional design. In this research the sampling technique used is simple random sampling method so that get the sample counted 70 people. From the result of multivariate analysis in this research, the factors that influence the attitude of pregnant mother to PITC are the exposure of information through print media (p=0,002), the exposure of information through electronic media (p=0,008), the activity in religious activity (p=0,021) and family support (p=0,038).
