Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) merupakan prosedur kerja dari setiap jenis kegiatan pelayanan yang diberikan. Bila dilihat dari pendekatan sistem yang terdiri dari komponen masukan, proses, keluaran, maka SOP dapat dikatakan sebagai komponen proses. Dari data laporan tahunan RSUD Lubuk Sikaping Kabupaten Pasaman, untuk tiga tahun terakhir nilai indikator-indikator kesehatan menggambarkan rendahnya mutu pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan proses pelaksanaan SOP pelayanan rawat inap oleh perawat dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di RSUD Lubuk Sikaping Kabupaten Pasaman tahun 2000. Penelitian dilakukan secara observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian merupakan observasi kegiatan oleh perawat di ruang rawat inap. Sedangkan jumlah sampel adalah 64 kali observasi yang dilakukan oleh 32 orang perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD Lubuk Sikaping Kabupaten Pasaman. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga buah instrumen. Instrumen untuk perawat dan pasien berupa data sekunder. Instrumen untuk pelaksanaan SOP berupa data primer. Pengolahan data menggunakan program Epi Info dan SPSS, sedangkan analisis data dengan melakukan analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hahwa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikan pada cc=0,05 terhadap pelaksanaan SOP adalah pendidikan, status pernikahan, beban kerja, diagnosa penyakit, dan kemandirian pasien. Faktor yang paling dominan adalah beban kerja dimana perawat yang tidak diberi tugas rangkap akan cenderung bekerja sesuai dengan SOP 6,564 kali dibanding dengan perawat yang punya tugas rangkap. Untuk itu perlu kiranya pertimbangan sejauh mungkin agar tidak memberikan tugas rangkap kepada perawat yang bertugas di ruang rawat inap RSUD Lubuk Sikaping Kabupaten Pasaman.
Factors Related to Implementation of SOP of in-Patient Service by Nurses in Increasing the Quality of Service in Regional General Hospital Regency of Pasaman Year 2000.Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is the work procedure of each type of service activities provided. In terms of system approach that consists of input, process, output process components, the SOP is a part of the process component. From the annual report of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital, in regency of Pasaman, for the past three years it turned out that the health indicators that describe the health service quality is not in accordance with to the expected level_ The purpose of this research is to identify the factors related to the implementation process of the SOP of in-patient service by nurses in improving the service quality in the regional general hospital of Lubuk Sikaping in 2000. This research is done through observation with cross sectional method. The population of the research is observation activities from nurses that in charge in an in-patient room. While the sample of the research is 64 observation activities from 32 nurses that in charge in an in-patient room of the Regional General Hospital of Lubuk Sikaping. The data collection is done by using 3 instruments. The instrument for nurses and patients are obtained from secondary data. While instrument for SOP is primary data. The data processing is done by using Epi Info and SPSS, while the data analysis is done by using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. The result of this research indicates the factors that related significantly within a=0.05 toward the implementation of SOP is education, marital status, workload, diseases diagnosis, and self-sufficiency of patients. The most dominant factors is the workload in which the nurses that have no multiple tasks will tend work according the SOP 6.564 times compared to the nurses that have multiple tasks. Therefore, the management of the Regional General Hospital of Lubuk Sikaping needs to consider not to give multiple task to nurses that are in charge in the in-patients ward. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kinerja perawat rawat imp dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Palembang dari tanggal 1 April sampai dengan 31 Mei 2001. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional pada 60 perawat di ruang rawat inap.
Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat; dengan menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, regresi linier, t-test dan analisa varian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perawat rata-rata adalah 294,71 dan nilai median 303,30. Setelah dikelompokkan dengan pengkategorian baik dan kurang didapatkan hasil 50 % kinerja baik dan 50 % kinerja kurang. Dari analisis bivariat didapatkan bahwa faktor tingkat pendidikan, motivasi, persepsi peran, disain pekerjaan, imbalan. dan sumberdaya mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan kinerja. Dan hasil analisis multivariat didapat bahwa faktor-faktor tingkat pendidikan, persepsi peran, imbalan dan merupakan faktor-faktor yang dominan secara bersama-sama berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat.
Perlu bagi pihak mamajemen RS Jiwa Palembang untuk memperhatikan peningkatan kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dengan meningkatkan pendidikan, balk pendidikan formal maupun non formal yang terprogram. Variabel imbalan perlu diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat, dengan mengadakan program pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kebanggaan peran sebagai perawat.
Factors Related to Performance of Inpatient Nurses in Palembang Mental Hospital, Year 2001Nursing is one the profession that plays important role in organizing efforts of assuring quality of care in hospital. Nursing documentation is an important document for patients nursing activities in the hospital.
Human resource, especially nurses play an important role in increasing the nursing activities service quality that in turn will increase the service quality. Therefore, productivity increase is needed to improve performance. The performance is highly affected by various factors, both internally and externally.
This research is intended to obtain description regarding the performance of inpatients nurses and to implement nursing activities documentation and to identify factors related the performance of the nurses. The research was done in Palembang Mental Hospital from April 1 to May 31, 2001. The research design used is cross sectional on 60 nurses in the inpatients room.
The analysis used was univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis; by using descriptive statistics test; linear regression , independent sample t-test and analysis of variance. The result of the research indicates that average performance of the nurses is 294,71 and median value is 303,30. After it is group according to good and poor category, it is found out that 50 % is good and 50 % is poor. From bivariate analysis it is obtained that education, motivation, role perception , job design and resources factors have significant relationship with performance ( p < 0,05 ). From the multivariate analysis, it is obtained that education, role perception and incentive factors are dominant factors collectively with relationship to the performance of the nurses.
It is necessary that management of Palembang Mental Hospital to consider the nurses performance in documentation of the nursing activities by increasing the education, both formal and informal programmed education. The role perception and .incentive variable needs to be considered in increasing the performance of the nurses, by organizing training program that will increased the work motivation and self-respect as nurses.
This study aims to determine the factors related to the utilization of advanced inpatient care (RITL) in FKRTL by JKN participants in the North Sulawesi Province in the year both before the COVID-19 pandemic (2019) and during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020). This research is quantitative with a cross-sectional study design using secondary data in the form of BPJS Health Sample Data 2019-2020. The sample obtained came from the total sampling method, so that samples that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be included. The total sample obtained in 2019 was 24,748, while the total sample obtained in 2020 was 25,902 participants. The relationship test was analyzed through the Single Logistic Regression test. The results of the study show that overall there is a decrease in inpatient utilization after the COVID-19 pandemic compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic. RITL services both before the COVID-19 pandemic (2019) and during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020) were widely accessed by participants in the elderly group (7.39% and 4.13%), women (6.49% and 4. 46%), the group of participants with divorced status (12.16% and 6.58%), the group of wives (7.44% and 6.06%), the group of participants with a history of PM and PTM (11.36% and 7, 78%), the right to care class I (7.67% and 6.54%), the PBPU segmentation group (9.66% and 8.53%), the group who had accessed outpatient care in FKTP (9.09% and 5.89%) and FKRTL (17.51% and 10.85%), participants registered in clinic type FKTP (8.04% and 6.64%), participants registered in privately owned FKTP (7.19% and 5.84%, and the group of participants who live in cities (6.03% and 4.20%). All variables have a significant relationship with RITL utilization both before the COVID-19 pandemic or during the COVID-19 pandemic.
