Dalam menjalankan fungsinya rumah sakit dapat menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan bagi karyawan, pasien, pengunjung dan masyarakat. Berdasarkan survai 2001, 60% rumah sakit di DKI Jakarta baku mutu limbah cair yang dihasilkan masih belum memenuhi baku mutu dan hanya 10% rumah sakit yang melaksanakan pengelolaan dampak lingkungan rumah sakit.Penelitian dilakukan di DKI Jakarta selama bulan Juni sampai Juli 2002, dengan menggunakan rancangan potong lintang (Cross Sectional) terhadap 100 rumah sakit. Observasi dan wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner dilakukan terhadap rumah sakit yang meliputi faktor-faktor pelaksanaan pengelolaan dampak lingkungan Rumah Sakit, peraturan perundangan, struktur organisasi, pembinaan instansi berwenang, pengembangan sumber daya manusia, jenis rumah sakit, kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, manejemen lingkungan rumah sakit (kebijakan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemeriksaan dan pengkajian).Hasil uji Chi-square menunjukan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan pengelolaan dampak lingkungan rumah sakit yaitu struktur organisasi, pembinaan instansi berwenang, pengembangan sumber daya manusia, jenis rumah sakit, kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, manajemen lingkungan rumah sakit (kebijakan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemeriksaan dan pengkajian). Hasil analisis regresi logistik ganda menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan pengelolaan dampak lingkungan rumah sakit adalah pelaksanaan manejemen rumah sakit (X1XOR = 79,44), perencanaan pengelolaan lingkungan (X2}(OR w 52,68) dan jenis rumah sakit (X3)(OR = 18,86) dengan model persamaan Logit P (y) = 5,641 + 3,257X I + 2,444X2 + 2,224X3.Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perundangan hendaknya instansi berwenang melakukan inventarisasi produk peraturan perundangan yang berlaku dan desiminasi informasi peraturan tersebut. Dalam meningkatkan perencanaan rumah sakit bidang lingkungan, rumah sakit sebaiknya mempunyai SDM yang mengerti lingkungan. Peningkatan pelaksanaan pengelolaan dampak lingkungan dapat diupayakan melalui peningkatan kunj ungan supervise, pemantauan dan pemeriksaan serta bimbingan teknis pengelolaan lingkungan. By doing its function, hospitals may cause health disturbance to the employee, patient, visitor, and the community. Based on the survey in 2001, 60% of the hospitals in DKI Jakarta still produce waste water that does not fulfill the standard and only 10% hospital that implement the environmental impact management.This study was held in DKI Jakarta from June until July 2002 using Cross Sectional design to 100 hospitals. Observation and interview by questionnaire on hospitals including hospitals environmental impact management implementation factors, rules, organization structure, institution that has competency to construct, human resources development, hospitals type, obedient on the rules, hospitals environmental management (policy, plan, implementation, inspection and examine).Chi-square result shows that factors associated with hospitals management implementation on environmental impact are organization structure, institution that has competency to construct, human resources development, hospitals type, obedient on the rules, hospitals environmental management (policy, plan, implementation, inspection and examine). Multiple logistic regression analysis result shows that dominant factor associated with hospitals management implementation on environmental impact are hospital management implementation (X,) (OR=79, 44), environment management plan (X2) (OR=52,68), and hospital type (X3) (OR= 18,86), with equation model: Logic P (y) -5,601 + 3,257 X, + 2,444 X2 + 2,224 X3.To increase the knowledge and obedient on the rules, the institution that has competency to construct should inventorying the rules product that is valid and disseminate the information on that rule. In order to increase the hospital plan on environment, the hospital should have the human resources that understand about environment. Raising the management implementation on environment impact can be striving for by increasing the supervision, to monitor and inspect and by giving a technical guidance on environment management. Tujuan penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui faktor lingkungan fisik rumah dan faktor lainnya yangberhubungan dengan kejadian pneumonia pada Balita di DKI Jakarta denganmenggunakan data Riskesdas 2013. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional.Analisis univariat digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan masing-masing variabelyang diteliti dan analisis bivariat digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antaravariabel independen dengan variabel dependen.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa prevalensi pneumonia Balita di DKI Jakarta sebesar 4%. Hasil analisisbivariat menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berhubungan dengan kejadianpneumonia Balita adalah usia Balita.

In development countries nearly 1 in 5 children under five years old died due topneumonia. Children under five years old are the age group that susceptible topneumonia. Period prevalence of pneumonia in children under five years old inJakarta based on National Basic Health Research 2013 has reached 19.6 per mil.
The objective of this study is to determine the physical environment of house andother factors associated to the incidence of pneumonia children under five yearsold in Jakarta using National Basic Health Research 2013 data. This study designis cross-sectional study. Univariate analysis is used to describe each variablestudied and bivariate analysis is used to determine the relationship between thedependent and independent variables.
The results showed that the prevalence ofpneumonia children under five years old in Jakarta at 4%. Results of bivariateanalysis showed that the variables associated with the incidence of pneumonia isage of children under five.

This research used cross-sectional design study, with 2.058 total sample of children aged 0-59 months. Data was analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis using Chi Square method. This research could not prove an association between physical environmental factors of house and other factors with the prevalence of pneumonia in children under five years. Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) adalah penyakit virus akut, mudah menular melalui perantaraan nyamuk Aedes aegepti. Penyakit ini dapat menimbulkan kematian dalam waktu yang relatif singkat, belum ada obat maupun vaksin. Penyakit ini juga telah menyebar tidak hanya di perkotaan saja namun merambah ke daerah pedesaan, karena vektornya (Aides aegypli) tersebar luas di kawasan pemukiman atau di tempat-tempat urn urn. DBD merupakan salah satu penyakit endemis yang masih merupakan masalah kesehatan di Indonesia meskipun sudah dapat ditekan, namun insidennya masih cukup tinggi, yaitu 3,6% (tahun l990) menjadi 2,0% (tahun 1999). CFR 3,2 % (tahun 1994) menjadi 1,4 % (tahun 2000). Namun demikian daerah yang terjangkit terus bertambah dari 201 Dati II (tahun 1998) menjadi 225 Dati II (tahun 2000). Oleh karena itu penyakit DBD ini harus terus diwaspadai dan dipantau terus menerus. Dengan demikian penelitian kearah mencari faktor karakteristik dan kebersihan lingkungan fisik rumah yang berhubungan dengan kejadian DBD menjadi dasar penelitian ini dilakukan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi, hubungan dan mencari model faktor karakteristik dan kebersihan lingkungan fisik rumah dengan kejadian DBD yang dilakukan di Kota Bandar Lampung dengan rancangan kasus-kontrol dengan metoda population based, kasus diambil dari regristrasi 5 (lima) Rumah Sakit Umum yang ada di Bandar Lampung sedangkan kontrol diambil dari tetangga terdekat kasus dengan jumlah sampel 56 kasus dan 112 kontrol (1:2) dengan rentang waktu dari bulan Januari 2002 s/d Mei 2002.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 9 (sembilan) variabel yang diuji dengan uji bivariat ada enam variabel yang mempunyai hubungan bermakna ( <0,05) dan iiga variabel mempunyai nilai p nya > 0,05.Dari hasil uji multivariat dan uji interaksi diperoleh model dan dari model tersebut, faktor umur merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kejadian DBD di Kota Bandar Lampung dengan OR .= 18,48 (Cl: 6,51-52,47) dan p value 0,000,Aplikasi dari penanganan program pemberantasan penyakit ini, tidak terlepas dari berbagai kebijakan dari sektor lain, sehingga upaya pemecahannya harus secara strategic melibatkan sektor terkait. Kerjasama lintas sektor dalam pemberantasan penyakit menular dan penyehatan lingkungan akan meneptukan keburhasilan program ini. Upaya-upaya kerja sama lintas sektor seperti Gerakan 3 M,dan lain-lain perlu ditingkatkan dan dilanjutkan. Pelaksanaan hukum, advokasi, sosialisasi serta adanya kesepakatan dalam pemberantasan penyakit menular dan kesehatan lingkungan perlu ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan lagi.Daftar Bacaan: 35 (1960-2002)
Risk Factor Relating to Dengue Haemorhogic Fever (DHF) Incident in Bandar Lampung 2002Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is acute virus disease, easly communicable and transmitted by Aedes aegypti mosquito. Di-IF can be causation mortality in short time drug or vacsin find not yet. It transmitted in cities, but now had transmited to districs. Because vectors in everywhere as buildings or in public places. DHF is one of endemic disease and still health problem in Indonesia, although it could be pressed but incidence still high enough is 3.6 % (1990) to 2.0 % (1999th). Case Fatality Rate (CFR) from 3.2%(1994`') to 1.4% in 2000th. But the distric endemic is increase, from 201 districs (1988th) become 225 districs in 2000`''. Because of that DHF disease must to be monitor everywhere and time.This study proposed to find out the frequency distribution, relation ship and look for characteristic and house phisic environmental Health factors model relation to Di-IF incidence in Bandar Lampung city 2002 and used Case Control study design. Cases take from 5 Hospital regristration in Bandar lampung City and control take from neighbour cases with 56 samples and 112 controls (1:2) in January 2002 - Mci 2002.The result of study, with Chi square Test from 9 variables in relation to DI-IF find out 6 variables related significant (p value <0,05) and 3 variables isn't significant (p value > 0,05) related to DHF incident.The result model from multivariate and interaction test, find out that highest dominan factor relation to Dl-IF incidence in Bandar Lampung city is age factor.Aplication for Communicable Disease Control Programs depend on the other sectors wisdom and to solve this problem must be strategic to involve the other sectors. Coordination between sectors in communicable disease control and environmental health very important for succesfully this program, for example as " Gerakan 3 M " and "Pekan Sanitasi" action. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that can kills almost 1,5 million humans every year. Tuberculosis is a disease that attacks the lung frequently. Tuberculosis is a disease caused by bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. in 2020, DKI Jakarta Province, the capital city of Indonesia, was the second rank with the highest tuberculosis, that was 228 cases per 100.000 population. There are many factors that influence the incidence of tuberculosis, including socioeconomic factors, house and environmental condition factors, and lifestyle factors. The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between socioeconomic status factors, house and environmental condition factors, and lifestyle factors with incidence of tuberculosis in DKI Jakarta Province in 2021. This research used Ecological study design with sub-district analysis unit in DKI Jakarta Province amounts 44. The data used are secondary data from DKI Jakarta Health Agency, DKI Jakarta Department of Population and Civil Registration, Central Statistics Agency, and Open Data from the DKI Jakarta Government. The data was displayed in a table to find out the magnitude of the incidence of tuberculosis. The results of the study indicate that socioeconomic factors, namely low levels of education are risk factors for the occurrence of Tuberculosis.
